Perfect spot in farmington close to everything. House was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great for kids of all ages and across the street from a playground. Our 3 year old loved the trampoline.

This place was great! Plenty of space. Beautiful views and was located in a great space. Our host communicated very well, was attentive and prompt if we needed anything. Check in and check out was simple and fast. We enjoyed our stay!

Great host & spotless household. All rooms were cleaned & basically every spotless of the homestead. Very respectful & reasonable payment for the house.

This is a wonderful find! Our kids ran and played all day in the outdoor space! They loved the swing on the back patio and the toys in the chest. They also found the colors and coloring books! There are little thoughtful treasures all over the house from snacks and hot coco in the kitchen, to cotton balls and q tips in the bathroom. The host was also very responsive to anything that we needed! We were right at home and loved our stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. from the moment we checked in, we felt right at home. there was so much space. everyone was comfortable and the children had plenty of room to run and play outside. The kitchen and deck were our favorite place to gather eat, laugh and enjoy the view. Absolutely worth the price and I will be booking again. The neighbors were also helpful in communicating a few amenities the house had.

Lots of room for your fishing buddies. Not too many bells and whistles but the place is roomy and clean. Large kitchen and many seating areas. Lots of bathrooms. The mudroom proved very helpful for our boots and waders durning our winter fishing trip. Beds were comfortable. Great coffee bar! Host was very responsive.

Absolutely loved this home. It was very CLEAN. Owner is very flexible with check in and check out.

Tracey was an excellent host. She provided very clear and detailed instructions and responded quickly to questions. Her studio apartment was comfortable and quiet. It is located about 7 miles NE of downtown Farmington in a very beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. I had everything I needed for a 4 night stay. Thanks Tracey!

The place is cozy and comfortable with all the current amenities. Each room equipped with their own TV and kitchen had a smart fridge that was really nice. Master bedroom had its own private bathroom equipped with a vanity that really nice and that I enjoyed using. The only thing I’d say it needs is a bigger water heater because the hot water does not last long and if two showers are going at the same time you have no more than 2-3 min of warm water. Great home comfy, was able to relax and unwind

We traveled to Farmington from Colorado to see our son who lives with his dad. Walking into this beautiful home instantly gives you a sigh of relief feeling... It's beautiful, its clean, its comfortably decorated & features everything you will need! Then when you start to explore, and you step out to the wrap around trex deck and see the breathtaking back yard with turf, flagpole and views, it leaves you speechless! It gave our family an at home feeling that we have never felt at our own home, just sooo cozy words cannot explain!!

Great location, close to Pueblo sites and the Animas river! House was great! Kids loved playing pool, adults enjoyed the hot tub, everyone enjoyed the view!

My family and I have stayed at several Air B&Bs and this one was one of our favorites! Not only was the property exactly as described, but it was clean, roomy, and peaceful. Jamie was extremely kind and helpful and communicated easily as needed. The river was so close I could watch my son and husband fish from the house or sit out on the bank for the most relaxing mornings with coffee. We will, without a doubt, be scheduling another stay soon!

It was our son’s 24th birthday. He loves to fish and this is the perfect location. The whole process, from booking this home, to the communication from our hosts and the instructions were simple and helpful. We have stayed in multiple homes throughout the state of NM and Colorado, but this is the first home we have stayed in that has everything a family should need minus the food of course. We enjoyed the game room and their large dinner table. The home was cozy rooms are spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There are also a ton of deer. Our boys caught multiple fish, but two of them were well over 19 inches! If you’re looking for a place to relax or you love the great outdoors, this is the perfect home!

We 6 friends had a wonderful stay in this fantastic big house. Each of us had individual bed which is great. Communication was seamless. The host was responsive and considerate. Once we need more laundry detergent, the host had it dropped off right away. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a wedding, cute home. No outlets in the bathrooms, a long mirror in the master bathroom near an outlet may help. Clean and cozy.

My family and I had a blast at this house! We enjoyed the yard the most and spent most of the time outside. Everyone had more than enough places to sleep and beds to sleep on. My daughter loved this house so much that’s all she continues to keep talking about. Thank you for such an awesome experience!

Ashley's place is a gem. The kitchen & dining in comfortable to eat and work. The living room has been a life-safer to spread out, regroup Paramedic gear with computer tasks on her L-shaped couch which is very comfortable. My favorite is porch sitting, I love the fenced private area, great temps @ night, the breeze tends to steer away from where she has a little table & two chairs tucked. There is so much room so if you travel with fold out chairs, as I sometimes do, you'll have lots of spots to get comfy. 3 great sized bedrooms (one with bunk beds) ideal for families or friends groups. 2 large bathrooms, a garden tub in the master + the king bed....good luck if you can't sleep in at least one morning. The coziest with an extra thick foam top, great for the roadtrip aches & pains! The pour-over coffee is a really nice touch, her coffee mugs are adorable. Nice W/D, appliances everything worked wonders for me. GREAT location 5ish miles to SJRMC, perfect for medical travelers!!
