My family and I had a great trip! It’s so nice being able to walk right out the backyard and into the San Juan! House was perfect for all of us and our dog. We all were able to go to our own spaces, relax and recharge so we could fish some more.

Had a quick weekend stay here while in town for motocross racing with the kids. The house was large and clean and comfortable and had many amenities that we didn’t think to pack that came in handy. Kevin was very say to deal with and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We came to stay for our sons wedding. It was a great space to visit with family. It was well stocked with the basics, which was nice since we were cooking for the wedding. My husband and I also enjoyed stargazing from the back yard and the bueatiful view from the front yard of snow caped mountains.

Monica was a great host! She was super responsive whenever we needed anything especially during our 7 week stay. Would definitely book again if I’m in the area.

We didn’t want to leave! The perfect spacious, clean, comfortable, dog-friendly Airbnb! Hopefully we’ll have reason to return next year.

Brandon’s place was clean and tidy. The location was good for my purposes. I’ll enjoy staying there next to I’m in the area.

I stayed here for 1 month and it was the perfect place for my stay! Jess and Mike were always so responsive and helpful whenever I had questions about the place. The apartment itself was decorated beautifully and was clean. As a medical professional, this was the best location for my stay as I was rotating in the area. It is accessible to many locations in Farmington and the surrounding area. I appreciated that there were things that made the stay feel just like home, from tupperware for packing lunches to work to the coffee bar set up. I would absolutely stay here again if I am back in the area!

Our apartment was beautiful and cozy! And the other guests were an absolute delight to meet! This place has a real friendly feel while providing all the privacy you desire. Our last night, the whole town lost power, and not only did other guests reach out with candles, but the property manager also drove from his home to make sure everyone was OK. A true community feel! We will definitely stay again!

Located in downtown Farmington, you're steps away from restaurants (like The Chile Pod), shops, and art galleries, all in a safe, welcoming neighborhood. Melissa was a huge help, answering our questions. The mix of historic charm and modern touches creates a one-of-a-kind retreat. We loved our time here and highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Farmington.
