San Juan del Sur Bay : locations de maisons de vacances

Nos quedamos en la casa proxima a la piscina, el alojamiento cumplio con todas nuestras expectativas, es muy espacioso, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para poder organizar nuestras comidas y las vistas son espectaculares. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño e iluminación. Además tuvimos la suerte de poder participar de un evento/encuentro que John había organizado y que incluía una cena muy completa en un ambiente súper familiar, recomiendo preguntar a John sobre sus eventos e intentar coordinar la estadía con uno de ellos para vivir esa experiencia también. Gracias por todo John, con seguridad volveremos!

We had an amazing stay at Fabrizio’s house in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. He was incredibly polite and attentive, always responding immediately to any request. The home offers privacy, safety, and breathtaking views, making it a perfect getaway. With a variety of beautiful beaches just 15 minutes away, plus Fabrizio’s great recommendations, exploring the area was effortless. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur. You won’t regret booking here.

Amazing place to stay in SJDS. Lots of space, beautiful views, comfortable bed, very clean and fantastic pool. We loved it there. The walk is a bit steep for the first 100 m but doable unless you are very old or have bad knees. It’s a pretty quick walk to town so we walked it everyday. If you are getting groceries that are heavy, get a taxi back up the hill for $10. Also, don,t rely on Google maps to get you there as it leads you in the wrong direction. Use Karin’s recommendation with Hotel Victoriano as your reference point. You’ll go over gravel roads for a bit but don’t worry, you are on the right path. If you are there on a weekend you will be glad to be up the hill and a bit away from town as it gets loud with parties in town. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the town.

An amaaaaazing place!! The buildings are wonderfully taken care of, the vistas from Villa Loma are bella, the amenities are top notch and most importantly the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We will be back!

From the very beginning, Clare and Sacha made us feel so welcome in their space. When we walked in the door, all of us did a collective gasp. The love and attention that went into building the space is so obvious. The huts are beautifully designed, and have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was awesome, and we loved swimming and rinsing in the outdoor shower. The location was great to walk to the beach. They recommended us lots of great local transportation and food options. The breakfast that their staff cooked was delicious. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

5 STARS all the way around for Miki’s house. She was amazing to work with, her house was so cool and super close to the beach. We loved the vibe, the plants, the pool, everything was spot on!

Garret and Laura’s place was lovely. Me and my family were very comfortable and spent a great time there. We loved the kitchen and pool the most. The check in was very easy, the house had everything we needed and they were within reach all the time. Looking forward to come back soon <3

We stayed at CasAnika for three weeks and had an amazing time! The house is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a beautiful terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. The Wi-Fi was great for remote work, and we loved the pool area and the friendly dogs and cats. Tony was a fantastic host, always helpful and full of great tips. The location is quiet, private and ideal, within walking distance to Maderas and Marsella beaches. We rented a scooter for trips to town but rarely needed to go as the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend!

Ich habe mich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus wurde mit natürlichen Rohstoffen gebaut und ist sehr geräumig und schön. Maria hat uns immer sehr schnell geantwortet und weiter geholfen.

We had a fantastic stay at the Casita! Its location was perfect—just a short walk to everything at the Ranch—while still feeling private and secluded despite nearby homes. The space was very clean and organized. Karina, our primary contact, was exceptionally responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond, assisting us with everything from answering questions to helping us coordinate transportation to and from the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Hope to be back soon .

Casa Makai was a true jungle paradise! The house itself was beautifully designed, even better than the photos, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was amazing, perfect for relaxing in the hammock. It's a short 10min walk to Playa Maderas (great for surfing) and 3 min walk to Buena Vista Surf Club (excellent yoga). Laura was a fantastic host, very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing family trip, everyone was helpful including the neighbours. Pool and beach was to die for. We will be back

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay! The house was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and filled with fun activities like Hook 21, cornhole, and mini-golf, which kept us entertained throughout. The outdoor kitchen and living area were the heart of the home, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. The location was absolutely perfect—we felt safe and relaxed the entire time. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to accommodate my elderly parents, which we truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a comfortable and fun getaway, this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

We, 3 adults and 2 kids (2 and 6 yrs old) stayed at Casa del Arte for 1 month. We had a fantastic time, the space was comfortable for adults and kids, well set-up for a longer stay, and a great location for Playa Maderas. The house is located on top of a hill within a small, quiet community (two other multi-unit buildings). It was an easy 3 minute drive down to Playa Maderas, or an easy 10 min walk downhill. The view was beautiful with stunning sunsets, we loved seeing the birds and hearing the howler monkeys in the mornings. One thing to note is that there is a unit below and a unit above so there can be noise from the upstairs unit if someone is renting it. The roads to/from the house and Playa Maderas are dirt, bumpy, and under construction so if you are not comfortable with these conditions for sure rent a 4x4. We are comfortable driving in these conditions and had no issues with our rented SUV (dry season). Overall an excellent place to stay at Playa Maderas!

We stayed at Mario's place for 5 wonderful nights and can definitely recommend it. This place is perfect if you want to be only a few(5-10) minutes away from the center of everything in San Juan del Sur. We wanted to find a place that wasn't far from the action but offered a lot of privacy, we wanted to feel close to nature but not need a car, this place was perfect. As others have mentioned there is an inlet along the beach that you have to pass through, most of the day the water just covers the bottom of your feet but later on it isn't passable, so if going to or from town at night just use a taxi or your own vehicle. We used the pool often and we never saw anyone else in the pool, even though it is shared between the four houses in the development. In the mornings and around sunset we would see a lot of parrots in one of the larger trees in from of the house. Mario was available anytime we messaged, he always got back to us very quickly. We loved the place, and miss it very much!

We had a very nice stay at Casa Pocahontas and felt right at home. The house is decorated with a lot of love and is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Playa Maderas. We spent a lot of time in the open living area with the huge terrace. A great place to relax, read a book or watch the wildlife in the jungle. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were well equipped. There was even a yoga mat and blackrolls. If we had any questions, Sebastian was always available and due to the keybox the check in/out was very flexible and uncomplicated. We can only recommend the Casa and would definitely come back again.

We love the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everybody involved was very responsive. The electricity charge for our golf cart was a little over the top.

The house is overall great, but the layout is a bit unusual—you have to leave your room and go downstairs to use the outside bathroom, which isn’t ideal at night. Two days before checkout, a housekeeper came to tidy up the outdoor area for a few hours. While she respected my request to leave the indoor space alone, it felt a bit invasive for a week-long stay. Some guests might appreciate the gesture, but I prefer more privacy. No drinking water was provided, so we had to buy some right after arriving—not a big deal, but it would’ve been a nice touch. On the plus side, Brant and Khadine were very responsive. On day one, I mentioned that branches were scraping against the room and making it hard to sleep—they had a gardener come quickly to trim them, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic: steps from the beach and a 20–30 min walk to surf breaks. Two lovely cats add a sweet touch. Other "wins" = comfy beds, great hammocks, and a blender for smoothies :)

We had an amazing stay! The house had all the comforts of home; fantastic kitchen which had everything you need, big bathrooms and ultra comfortable beds! The grounds and pool area were gorgeous and were definitely the highlight! It was so peaceful and private - just heaven. Watching the monkeys swing up above you in the trees and listening to the birds was just magical. Indalecio was so lovely and catered to our every whim! Jim and Suzie, the owners, were an absolute delight and Becky was on top of all of our questions. We loved El Gigante, especially Redonda Bay! We will miss Luna and Charlie Max!!

I loved that place. Stayed there for 2 weeks and was supposed to stay only for 1. Definetly a nice place to stay if you want privacy ! Daniel is awesome as well ! Loved him !

Casa Tora es una buena opción para un grupo familiar que quiere disfrutar de la belleza natural de playa El Coco. La casa ofrece las amenidades que se necesitan para pasar una buena estancia. Muy recomendable opción.

Nous avons été charmés par la propriété de Michelle. Nous étions 5 adultes et 4 enfants. L’aire commune est grande et spacieuse. Les chambres ont toutes leur salle de bain privée. Le coin extérieur est vraiment bien. Juste assez d’ombres et de soleil pour profiter de la cour toute la journée. Il y avait 2 vélos disponibles mais nous ne les avons pas utilisés. Le logement était situé très près des commerces du centre du village. Il était à environ 15 minutes de marche de la plage. Ça se faisait très bien avec les poussettes. La communication avec Michelle était impeccable. Quand nous avions des questions, elle nous répondait très rapidement et nous mettait en contact avec les bonnes personnes. La maison est située dans une communauté privée et c’est très sécuritaire pour les enfants. La plage est vraiment magnifique, peu de gens, les vagues sont parfaites pour le surf. Je recommanderais ce logement sans hésitation.
