San Juan del Sur Bay : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a great stay at Jose's apartment and are happy we came back! The place is comfortable, private, and has a great hot shower. It's close to the main town but still tucked away from the crowds and noise, offering a peaceful stay. The location is very walkable, just a few blocks from the market, restaurants, and cafes. Would definitely recommend!

Staying at Villa Fiorella with Armando and his lovely family was a great experience! The price is very affordable and priced very fairly for a brand new apartment with excellent amenities. Armando and his family was incredibly kind and welcoming. One day when we first arrived, Armando told us his goal and desire is to treat his guests like family. At first, I was skeptical, because I too own apartments and prefer a hands-off approach, but I was proven wrong. He absolutely treats his guests like family. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with a car rental agency in town, and after losing money Armando offered for my family to use his car, because he wanted to help us and felt bad for us. This was an incredible act of kindness. We were blown away by how sweet this gesture was. Our daughter also LOVED Armando's daughter, Fiorella. She was so sweet and played with our daughter. Armando's children are so sweet and welcoming! You are nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains and fields. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place was, and watching the sunsets. Armando was very quick to attend to our requests, such as fix a small tear in the window screen, assist with organizing housekeeping, servicing the A/C unit, improving wifi, and anything else we requested. The quality of the apartment is very high, with very nice finishes and materials! We truly felt treated like family. There is also a beautiful garden in the back and the neighbors are family, so we felt very safe at this place. This place is about a 5-10 minute drive from town. Taxis are very affordable and will pick you up from this place ($4.29 dollars to town, $1.5 if you catch a taxi from the main road), take you to beaches and wait for you there, and bring you back home ($30 dollars round trip to maderas or hermosa). (Call Lester +505 7787 2868) The internet was a bit slow, but Armando is working every day to improve it. I work in telecommunications, using wifi calling all day, but for anyone streaming or using wifi for casual purposes you won't have problems. Overall a super great experience! Thank you Armando for showing us so much love and care. We would come back any day to revisit.

This place is heaven! The house is beautiful and the patio is incredible. On the beach with a patio offering bbq, hamac, direct access to pool and access to the beach. They even had a kids table and toys. Master bedroom is just Wow, with view to the ocean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot water and a/c. Close town, we would definitely come back!

This place was exactly what we were looking for in an AirBnB. The location was amazing, it was beautiful and peaceful. There’s plenty of things to do around this property if relaxing isn’t something you’re looking to do. It felt like we were in paradise. Cesar is very attentive and quick to respond to any situation. Can’t wait to go back!

Heel fijn huis om in te verblijven. Prachtig uitzicht, heel fijn terras met zwembad, helemaal perfect. De bedden waren ontzettend fijn en groot. Keuken met oven en blender was ook top. Aanrader, ik kom graag terug!

Great place! Very cozy, close to the beach, awesome location. Walking distance from the waves. Very short walk from the beach club. Very well maintained home. I have to say that the main rooms bed was extra comfortable with an amazing pillow top that made me recharge batteries every night. That was a huge plus. The pool looks bigger in the photos (hey, what doesn't) but it was very nice to dip in and cool off. Overall ver happy with the stay.

It was a beautiful experience probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in San Juan Del Sur. Amazing view the house has everything you need luxury, comfort, privacy. the only negative thing I could say is that you will need a car to get there. But if you do have a car, you will have no problem like I did. I definitely recommend this place and Roger was an amazing host communicative and nice.

Great unit to stay. If you need to check out before 8:00 AM make sure you arrange it with the staff. I did not know this and it was a bit of a hassle to check out and had to leave 45 minutes later then I wanted to leave.

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Un lugar increíble, la casa es preciosa y muy limpia, con jardinero y doméstica q ayudaban en mantenerla impecable. La playa contaba con un restaurante con piscina para el público y también tiene un estero cerca. La pasamos muy bien

We were really happy with this apartment. It was very well equiped and Roberta though about even the smallest details like the options to hang the wet clothes and all the equipment in the kitchen . Roberta solved every problem we had along the way ( we had just a few) as fast as possible and we always had a fast answer from her. Marisol, the lady that came to clean was so nice and professional. We really liked her. The swimming pool was always clean and ready to use 😁.

Billie’s place was way more then expected, it was such a beautiful and peaceful place. billie was a great host, she met us there and showed us everything we needed to know. The pictures don’t do justice of just how beautiful and comfortable this place is, just steps away from playa marsella, catching the sunset and watching the stars from the balcony is a must! we had a great time and would 100% recommend and return again! thanks so much for having us here ! we loved it!

Had a great time staying here right in town of SJDS. The spot was super walkable to bars and restaurants in the area. It’s just a couple of blocks away from cafe oro that offers daily shuttles to beaches nearby. Will definitely consider staying here again if I’m ever in the area.

My family of 4 adults stayed at Camilo's place for three nights and we had a great time. The condo has amazing views and is close to many great restaurants. We took a trip to Hermosa beach one day and it was a nice spot for surfing and relaxing. The condo was comfortable for the four of us. Walking to town was fast and easy and the way back was also good for our group. The driveway going up the complex was extremely steep and fine for our group since we are all pretty fit but if you aren't in shape a car will be required. Camilo was a great host and always responded within minutes. For dinner we really enjoyed Vivian and Tuani's. A nice spot to stay while in San Juan Del Sur.
