San Juan Playa : locations de vacances adaptées à la pratique du sport

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the flat! The views are stunning and you can hear the sea all the time, so nice to go to sleep with! The decor is a little different to when the flat was pictured. A bit of a menagerie of pictures etc, there was no pillow or duvet protectors. But otherwise we did really like the place. The beds are super comfy, outdoor furniture is also really comfy. There are people who meet you to check in and out. Parking space allocated. The area itself is very quiet. We drove into Alicante nightly to find good choices, but we are out of season in march. It is really peaceful but the nearest shop is quite a walk and restaurants on the front we didn’t really try as Alicante is so close and we loved it there. We would stay again. We used the pool a few times and it was warm enough with sun loungers. Also used the sauna which was nice. There is a little well equipped gym and tennis rackets in the flat but we didn’t use either. Wow what a place! Although the pictures looks great in the advert they do not do this place justice, its so much better once you are there. The apartment is very spacious (we travelled with two adults and two young children), spotless, well equipped and bright. The complex is exellcent, pools, sauna, playgrounds and very clean! It as good as a 5* hotel...just less busy (we went in Feb 2025)! There isnt must to do in surround area and supermarket is quite far so a car is properly best (comes with parking). Beach is close by but there are lots of steps so keep this in mind. Christine was so helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome and right at home even though we turned up late. We will be booking this place again for sure.

Great place, comfortable, lots of space, max 10-15 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Very good restaurants in the area, and also a supermarket. Many thanks to Inma, she is such a kind and helpful person!

Alles Top kann man echt nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Liegenschaft gibt es auch einen Fitnessraum (wurde von uns rege benutzt) und noch 2 Pools wie auch Tennis, Fußball, und Basketball-Platz. Die Pools haben wir dann letztendlich nicht benutzt, da es zum schönen Strand Poniente nur einen 5-minütigen Fußweg ist. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 20Min. zu Fuss. Das einzige was uns ein wenig gestört hat, waren einige Nachbarn unter uns, welche praktisch täglich, bis tief in die Nacht und morgens früh auf der Terrasse laut diskutiert, geschrien und gestritten haben. Wir hatten aber eine sehr gute Zeit in der Wohnung, haben es sehr genossen und werden hoffentlich bald wieder kommen. Die Gastgeberin Paola ist sehr nett, aufmerksam, schnell erreichbar und reagiert auf Anfragen umgehend. DANKE Paola für die wunderbare Zeit!

The location is perfect — close to restaurants and just 2–3 minutes from a Consum supermarket, which is super convenient, has everything you need, and is affordable. The beach is relatively close, and there are buses passing by frequently. Getting to the center of Benidorm is also easy, and if you enjoy walking, it’s definitely doable on foot. The house has all the necessary utensils and amenities, and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. Mari welcomed us warmly — she’s incredibly kind and explained everything clearly. I honestly can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Leiligheten er var ny og meget ren. Ligger i et leilighetskompleks rett ved en flott park, og 10 min gangavstand til stranden, og også til golfbanen. Et lite supermarked ligger 200 m unna. Der ligger også et godt utvalg av restauranter. Fredelig bassengområde. Et veldig velutstyrt treningsrom var det også fint å ha tilgang til. Esteban var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Rosa Marie’s apartment was a perfect location for myself and a friend, We are 2 older active ladies and found it a good location for public transport bus and tram very close. Approx 2 mile walk into Alicante we crossed over the tram line to start the walk all along the coast. Also used the tram to travel to other locations. Villajoyso, ElCampello even Benidorm.Alicante Castle and old town really worth a visit. The apartment itself had everything we needed beds were really comfortable with super linen kitchen very well equipped lot of extras supplied eg shampoo shower gel cleaning products. Lovely balcony for breakfast in the morning sun Rosa always responds quickly to any queries we had even though we never met her she was so friendly in all her messages We would highly recommend this Apartment

I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Vilajoiosa! We had a great week there in October; the kids (ages 2 and 5) loved the pool - even though it was a bit cold (pool is not heated)! The area is quiet, there is a playground right outside the door and the main beach is a 10 min walk away. There is a beach just outside, but with pebbles. The main beach is really beautiful and more child friendly. The apartment is fully equipped, 2 bathrooms and was clean when we arrived. Nice ocean view, and afternoon and evening sun! The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and gave a few recommendations for restaurants. He was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would love to come again!

The apartment was lovely and bright, very clean, lots of nice extras, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, sugar, salt etc. The balcony was huge with all the furniture you’d need, although quite windy as it’s at the top of a hill on the 30th floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The storage space could be better ie more droors, hangers in the wardrobe. Plus more cutlery & crockery, there’s a dishwasher but we couldn’t use it as there wasn’t enough to have one set in and one to use. The 2 seater sofa not the most comfortable. Having said this it didn’t spoil our stay, the location is perfect and Juan was always on hand. We will defiantly return.

This was our third stay at Cristina’s Apartment. It is a lovely place with great views. At this time of year it is really peaceful. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch walkers and cyclists tackling the coastal path, but there is very little passing traffic. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and has a good supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Can’t fault it!

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

Had a wonderful stay in this apartment and liked the area as well. Was perfect for our family of four with young children. Walkable down to the beach, restaurants nearby and lots of amenities in the complex. Maria that gave us our keys was very friendly and accommodating. The fridge was stocked with breakfast/lunch items for the entirely family throughout the week. Loved that, especially arriving late Saturday.

Dieser host war immer gut erreichbar und trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Das Haus war extrem sauber und hat uns für 3 Monate einen guten Standort für ein Homeoffice geboten. Hierher fahren wir gerne wieder.

Todo perfecto, muy lindo espacio para largas estadías. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación principal de tram y de varias paradas de buses.

Huoneisto/talo erinomaisesti varusteltu ja siisti. Wi-Fi toimii hyvin ja televisioon voi kytkeä Cromecastin. Pysäköinti kadun varressa toimii - aina tilaa ja turvallinen seutu. Välimatkat autolla lyhyitä mm. Alicanteen, Santa Polaan, Elcheen. Alueella puolitusinaa ravintolaa, joista kaksi erittäin hyviä. N. 2,5 km päässä kolme suurta valintamyymälää. Majoittaa erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi viipymättä erilaisiin kyselyihin. Palaamme uudestaan Los Didi’siin

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

Hemos pasado 15 dias geniales con la piscina, el piso jardin de libre disponibilidad. Santi y Lola son muy agradables, serviciales y reactivos. Hay que coger el coche para ir al centro de Elche y las playas pero estan cerca. recomendamos la playa de Carabassi, co, no demasiada gente. Alicante tambien a 20 minutos. Lo recomendamos !

Pleasure to stay would recommend

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La vue du logement est très agréable.
