My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Noemi’s place. Communication was clear and kind from the moment I booked our stay. Yes, Noemi does stay next door while visitors occupy her home, however she did not bother us AT ALL. We only saw her 3 times during our 5 day stay, when we arrived, when we were leaving, and once to move our car over for her husband. Her home was peaceful, comfortable, and clean, inside and out. The backyard view was our favorite. Way better than the pictures! The wildlife was a beautiful sight to see. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to our friends and family. I can’t forget, Noemi was even kind enough to make a happy birthday banner for my boyfriend before we arrived. She also was great at recommending local spots to eat, shop, or just have fun. Very thoughtful. Can’t wait to return!

The stay was great, a lot bigger in person. It was almost like a shared property with another hot but definitely great spot.

What an amazing spot! We had 4 couples staying for a wedding at the nearby Hotel El Convento. The location truly could not have been better. We were walkable to everything we wanted to do in Viejo San Juan and near many shops and restaurants. The street itself is charming and quieter than many other streets in the area. This home worked perfectly for the 8 of us but may not be as comfortable for large groups without couples or with folks uncomfortable sharing smaller rooms. The rooms all had AC units, but the central living area did not (it was never uncomfortably hot). Note that only 1 of the bedrooms has a window with natural light. As another reviewer pointed out, both bathrooms can only be accessed via bedrooms, but there are privacy curtains so we did not find this to be an issue. The downstairs shower fixture broke during our stay and the hosts were very responsive in helping to get someone to come fix it!

Omg this home was amazing we really enjoyed ourselves, and the host made us feel right at home. They was always available to chat about anything...only suggestions is bring some wet wipes for the toliet due to the low water pressure in PR and that's everywhere...Thanks again ladies for making your home feel like ours...Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip

Lucy is a beautiful soul! Her space was clean and exactly like the pictures. A perfect getaway away from the hustle and bustle but still near everything you would need. Lucy herself is a GEM. Her homemade breakfast was amazing and she made you feel like part of the family. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

We were beyond pleased with Jose’s communication and help. The apartment was perfect for our family and the large front porch was a favorite hangout morning and night. The proximity to the beach was delightful. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Phenomenal - I visit the island regularly and have stayed in many areas at many different airbnbs - THIS has been my absolute favorite so far!! It was SO wonderful that I am already looking into ReBooking - Jose was fantastic: instant response, amazing area suggestions, and a wealth of any information needed. Easy check in and out. Clean bright accommodations with all necessities and the BEST VIEW possible. Directly across from the beach; so I watched the sunrise everyday and felt immersed in the culture of the area. Everything within walking distance, but also easy to order an uber. Be prepared for the constant sound of the ocean and the best sunrise on the entire island - i CANNOT wait to visit again and to enjoy this location over and over - THANK YOU JOSE for being the most gracious host! I will 100% be back within a few months :)

This place is perfect steps from the beach. In a safe neighborhood with a town square. Great bars and restaurants. 10 minutes from waterfalls, grocery stores, Walmart, beaches and gas stations. The place has a upstairs balcony that faces the ocean. There is also a free washer and dryer on premises. It’s about a 35 minute drive from airport but the roads are well lit and nicely paved. This was the perfect place for us to stay and travel around.the communication the entire time from before we got there to us getting back home was great. Whether it was suggestions or questions he was quick to answer. We will definitely stay here again. Enjoy!!

Victors apartment is well situated near the beach and walkable to great nightlife and yummy food. Would definitely recommend to anyone spending a night or two in San Juan.

We had a wonderful stay in Luquillo. Jose was an excellent host and went of his way to make excellent recommendations for food and recreation . The studio itself was clean with modest amenities. An area for improvement - more linens please! Staying for 5 days with one towel and one face cloth per guest isn’t enough. All in all, we had a magical trip and loved staying here. Thanks!

The place was great. There was lots of things in the area, all types of little activities were nearby. Plus the security made the place feel so safe, tons of cameras. The place was very clean and also quiet. Honesty, next time I go I hope I can stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yohara’s Airbnb. The host was incredibly accommodating, kindly permitting us to book at the last minute due to an unexpected town emergency. We found the booking process and entry instructions straightforward and reassuring. Yohara’s property was spotless, spacious, and wonderfully equipped with cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathrooms. It was wonderfully situated just half a block from the beautiful Costa Azul Beach, where my family spent our afternoons. The property was also a short walk from Luquillo Beach, kiosks, banks, and many restaurants. We genuinely appreciate Yohara’s prompt and friendly communication and extend our heartfelt thanks for her hospitality. We look forward to booking with her again.

This place is amazing. Is in a great location. Closed to everything you need. Is located literally couple step from an amazing beach. The neighborhood is very safe with a 24 hour security. I never felt so secure renting an airbnb. The bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We were extremely pleased with this Airbnb! Gated community with the coconut trees and a lovely beach just out the back door. The beach was gently sloping and all sand and fringed with coconut trees. Perfect for the kids to play in. There were washed up coconuts that were sprouting and we planted several among the taller coconut trees above the high-water mark. Kitchen had everything you needed. Huge drier was great for those towels and swimsuits. Carmen was very responsive, getting back to us within a few minutes – even on Thanksgiving Day! This is a great value – well worth checking out! NOTE: The location of this place on the map is incorrect. This place is actually at Playa del Yunque Rio Grande to the east of the marked location.

Amazing Stay Again! This was my third time staying at Carmen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as always! The home is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

The location was absolutely perfect. The heated pool was incredible and very close to Julie’s place as well as the kid pool that’s right in from was perfect for our family! The beach being a great distance is a plus! We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining and attractions nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Everything you will need she has thought of! We cannot recommend Julie’s property highly enough. Will definitely recommend her place and will be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
