We were greeted by Jean who was very friendly and helpful. He ensured our comfort. Our Airbnb was very clean and spotless. Location was perfect, private area and walkable to the beach and surrounding restaurants plus supermarket.

We absolutely loved our time here!! We were walkable distance to all of the Old San Juan attractions. We will absolutely return and stay our next trip to San Juan. We loved being in walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Patio was so peaceful and accommodations were 10/10.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to t mobile district and metro casino. A ton of walkable restaurants within 10 minutes walking. We didn’t rent a car so we Uber’d everywhere and it was easy.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Loíza was absolutely wonderful! The two-bedroom apartment was not only cozy and stylish but also well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I love how Hector gave great instructions on how to check in. I actually met Hector one and he seems to be such a gentleman. very puerto rican friendly. loved everything about the stay. the only issue I have was the street lighting ( lamp post) are very deem and purple for some reason. hard for me to see. but I have bad eyes. but that Is thruout the island as I saw other places. they must have a reason as to why.

It’s a cute little studio. The AC works great and has the most comfortable bed ever!!

We stayed here for a week and had a great experience. Getting the key was easy, and having shower and beach towels provided was super convenient. The space was just right for two—clean, comfy, and well-equipped. The A/C worked great, the bed was cozy, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The host shared helpful local recommendations, and the location was very walkable—everything from grocery stores to the beach was within a 3 to 30 minute walk. Getting to Escambrón Beach by bus was simple and saved us money compared to Uber. There’s a nearby church with a bell that rings every 30 minutes during the day. It didn’t bother us, but light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again!

Edificio muy bonito y seguro, las puertas de afuera cierran por la noche y la puerta del apartamento tiene reja. El apartamento en sí era precioso y Néstor fue muy servicial. La vista desde las ventanas era increíble, y hay varios lugares de comida alrededor.

my group had a great stay with braian! he was very kind in explaining house rules and answering our questions. the layout was very spacious and in walking distance to one of the locations of la casita blanca, which was a wonderful lunch. highly recommend this airbnb for a group of 5-6 who especially want to use a car and spend time both in san juan and outside as there is good parking options. very comfortable beds, lots of kitchen supplies, laundry machine and dryer, very clean bathroom. five stars!

This my second time staying at hector place i like that i can wash clothes if i need to everything that i need it was at the place very clean parking right in front of the apartment i travel every year and if this place is open this is were i stay bakery gas station and supermarket is right around the corner

Booked this very last minute when our ceiba ferry cancelled rides due to the tsunami warning. Super responsive host and helped us check in within probably an hour of the request. Property is great, I only stayed one night but it was a welcome reprieve from the chaos of the day. Thanks again!

This was my first Air BnB experience and it was perfect. The location was great, close to all the things we wanted (restaurants mostly). The hostess was awesome. She was super communicative, had great instructions and recommendations. The condo was clean and accurately described, convenient and priced fairly as well as an amazing view. I would recommend this place and this host! 100% satisfied.

The apartment was as described. Beautiful view of the water and walking distance to park/beach. The only downside is the location doesn't have much to do or restaurants or access to stores for essentials that is walking distance.

I recently spent 4 nights at John's place for a birthday trip. The views from the balcony are truly breathtaking. We had everything we needed within a walking distance. Some uber drivers seemed to have trouble finding the pick up spot but overall that was only a minor inconvenience. Yolanda was super friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend.

My family and I Had an amazing time at your beautiful resort. Your home felt like home for us and we loved everything detail of the place. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for me and my family who had children. We loved the beach and the pools. We look forward to going back. Thank you again for being amazing.

We had such an amazing stay, from the incredibly friendly security staff and other tenants to amazing hosting and communication from Fernando and Ismari, we could not have asked for a better stay. The unit was clean and had exactly what we needed for our week stay. The building amenities are beautiful and we were walking distance to everything you’d want to check out. Highly recommend would definitely stay again when we come back to PR which we definitely will be.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Grace’s place! The place was clean, great AC, beautiful lighting in the living area and shower, and I absolutely loved the outdoor tub! I saw a few reviews about the privacy of the tub area but I had no privacy issues at all! She provided beach towels for us to use, cookware, and a grill! The location allowed us to travel to a great number of beaches, restaurants, sightseeing, ferries, and more within a 4-25 min drive! Would definitely stay here again.
