This place was very modern and clean! Exactly as the photos showed. Loved the outdoor space. Parking was a tad inconvenient as the parking is a street over and a bit of a walk. But didn’t really need the vehicle much once we were there. Great location, walking distance to everything! María was a great host. Checked in periodically, very responsive! The neighbors do have some loud barking dogs but no control over that and that could happen anywhere. Just something worth noting as we heard it often. The beach chairs and cooler provide was amazing!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We had plenty of room for our family (6 adults and 3 little ones) and loved the privacy and peacefulness of this Airbnb. Our favorite thing to do was to spend our mornings out in the pool, lounge out on the patio with our coffee and take in the scenery. The pool was our favorite thing! Such a beautiful spot and we highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Great location in Luquillo, convenient parking, lots of space and privacy. Direct access to the beach, 5 min drive to Kioskos and other restaurants in Luquillo. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is perfect for a large group. We travelled with another family (8 total) including 4 teenagers who each had their own space. Fernando was the most responsive and helpful host I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in many airbnbs. The property was just like the photos and the outdoor pool area is fantastic! The house also included chairs, beach towels, a cooler and was stocked with many extras. It is a very short distance to walk to the beach and many fantastic restaurants! We loved Lelas, Raices Urbano and Bebos Cafe. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time at the Nice Beach House! We went for walks along the beach every morning and loved looking for shells and exploring the shallows. They have a large shaded table on the porch that was perfect for meals and looking out at the ocean. Comfy beds, great AC and WiFi, and light blocking shades in all of the bedrooms. Grounds and house are meticulously maintained. No downsides here. We did have a couple of minor mechanical issues while we were there, but we were AMAZED by the responsiveness of our hosts. We’ve been regular Airbnb users for years, and Tim/Sarah are special. Within 15 minutes of reaching out, they called and fixed the issue. They also sent along a list of recommendations after booking (many of which we used) that saved me a ton of research. Highly, highly recommend! We would love to return!

Great stay. Older place, but very clean. Looked like the pictures. The view looking at the ocean was beautiful! Beach across the street was also very nice, with beautiful water. But, very windy during our stay. Not sure if that is the norm. Good beach ammeties provided by Alejandro. A/C is in bedrooms only, and worked great. The house and near neighboring homes were clean and felt safe. Driving to the house, could seem a bit unsettling to someone not used to PR, but all was good. One great restaurant in the neighborhood. Pasta Y Rico. Awesome. Overall, great place to stay for the money. Highly reccomend.

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

This was the perfect spot for us! Very close to the beach, about 3 minutes walking. The nearest beach is not safe for swimming but it’s still beautiful to sit in the sand and watch the waves. The swimmable beach is very close by! About 5 minutes driving, we went there every day that we were in Luquillo. We had some trouble with the lock box during check in/out and Alexis was very kind and patient with us. The next door neighbor, Christy, is a sweet heart and she came to introduce herself to us when we arrived. Next time we are in Luquillo we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Alexis!

This home is beautiful, I can not stress enough how upset I was to leave. Valerie was a perfect host with perfect communication. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and hopefully can stay longer then a week next time. Thanks again Valerie, until next time 🥰

We had an amazing time and loved the place! It was in the middle of everything. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

I stayed there with my family. Felt super safe— it was inside a gated community. My mom loved that lol The pace was well equipped and it just had everything you need. TV in the patio where you can twist it and watch it from the pool. The pool is a good size people to swim and play around in. There was good food near by. A Walgreens up to street for necessities. Beach close by (although I didn’t actually go to that specific beach so I can’t speak on it) We rented a car and you park right in the driveway which was convenient. They had chairs for you to take to the beach. A cooler. Games to play. Great home overall. Host was also very responsive. Very happy and thank you for letting us stay here!

My friends and I stayed at this amazing Airbnb located right on Luquillo Beach. Seriously the most beautiful and quiet beach you will ever see. The pool was used basically everyday. It was nice to have a private area for us to use while we waited for other people to get ready for the day, or cool off after a long day of hiking and exploring the area. This air bnb is huge and honestly exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly. There were even beach chairs and a beach cart for our use. He recommended lots of places and activites for us to do. CNote the Jazz bar is a must. Great location, we were able to either walk or drive everywhere. 25 minutes to the rain forest, 25 minutes to farajado. Highly recommend his place and location!

Wonderful home perfectly placed for water adventures and rainforest hikes! Everyone loved the private pool and there were plenty of sleeping options. Totally recommend both the host and location!!!

The house was in a quiet & clean residential neighborhood. It was easy to drive to restaurants in Luquillo downtown and the kiosks. The location is perfect for exploring the beaches of Luquillo & Fajardo. It was also easy to get to the Fajardo Marina for excursions to the cays & to drive to El Yunque National Forest to explore the rainforest. The house was exactly as described & pictured. One bedroom had a queen bed & the other had two twins (plus both rooms had a twin sofabed). The living room & kitchen were comfortable and well stocked. The best part was the backyard and pool area. It was like a little oasis! It was so nice come back after a day of exploring & relax while the kids enjoyed the pool. The only cons were not in the Host's control so I hesitate to even mention. The mosquitos were bad but only one other reviewer mention them so I think we were unlucky & didn't take good precautions. Second beware if you visit over NYE and don't join in, the fireworks will keep you up!

Maria’s place was great! It looks just like the photos, the pool was great, and the beach nearby was gorgeous. I appreciated that it was in a gated community and very central. The community was super quiet. There is a neat little bar walking distance from the nearby beach as well which we really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable, my husband and I usually prefer king beds but the queen bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Maria was also very responsive and gave us tons of recommendations and answered our questions about things to do. Also, the A/C’s worked great! Overall, I would definitely recommend Maria’s place.

We had a fabulous stay at Talia and Pablo’s place in San Juan!! Girls trip of 12 for our spring break and it was a perfect spot for us. Clean, just like the photos, spacious, and beautiful. Felt very safe in the punta las marias neighborhood. Pablo is very responsive and was a phenomenal host!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!

Looks can definitely be deceiving. From the outside, the home looks small and cozy but once inside, it’s like BOOM!!! Look at all this space. Way bigger than what the photos show. The home was beautiful. Had small hiccups here and there, but Garry was responsive and helpful with the issues. His whole team was friendly and helpful.

My group’s experience at Danny’s place may have been the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! Danny was very communicative and was super helpful with any questions we had. The house itself was perfect - roomy, comfortable, and just as advertised. We spent a lot of time at the house and had zero complaints. We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and the thoughtful touches made our stay even better. Alfredo’s stay is even better than the pictures! The house is so comfortable and the pool and patio is dreamy. We stayed for a week with toddlers and a baby and it was perfect. There is a new washer/dryer and a kitchen stocked with cooking utensil needs. The pool is the perfect temperature and is salt water. The neighborhood is a secure community with a playground and basketball/tennis courts. The location worked great for us- we were able to go on and out of San Juan for some meals but enjoy the ease and comfort of the house. The Supermax grocery and Walgreens is 5 minutes away. The local walkable beach is small and accessible- we ended up taking some drives along the coast to bigger beaches that were beautiful. Would love to stay again!

Great home and host! Our family of six had plenty of space to spread out when we wanted but the home also had wonderful common areas. We loved spending time outside by the pool (cooking and playing) and enjoying the view from the rooftop.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The location couldn't have been more perfect—just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, and only minutes away from some of the island's best spots via Uber. Everything was super convenient, which made exploring Puerto Rico effortless and fun. The home itself was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the ideal Puerto Rico

The home is very beautiful and looked just like pictures posted. The home was clean and had so many accommodations that made you feel right at home. Rafael was responsive to messages with clear instructions to access the property.

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!
