This place was a perfect low key place to stay for our quick beach and sun getaway. We enjoyed the surprise of being close to the bakery (and more) Kasalta, where Obama had visited. I felt very safe in this tourist friendly and locally trafficked area and beach.

Great stay for my parents and I. House was clean, comfortable and very easy to find. Carlos was also a great host, very kind! We stayed for short but wished we stayed longer!

I had such an amazing time at Gigi’s place! The spot was so beautiful and peaceful. The neighborhood was so cute, the location was walkable. I only used Uber to go to places that were a bit further away and that was easy. It felt like home. There was the most adorable cat on the property that would sit with us in the mornings. I loved it, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is considering it.

Good location with beach behind. Water pressure when showering is lacking, as well as hot water. PR is hot anyways, if u can tolerate those thing it's a good stay.

William was an amazing host and the place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Everything was neat and clean and as described. William was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to booking with him again.

Really clean and comfortable place, would recommend for couples for their first time staying in San Juan! Not far from many great places and super convenient for a couples trip. 10/10 would stay here again!

Our stay at Carlas place was awesome! We had 4 people staying in the space, looked exactly as described and was roomy enough for us. ACs in all bedrooms and living room worked great. Beds were comfortable. We were in a great location, walkable to many nice restaurants and to ocean park beach, about a 10 min walk. Carlas provided beach towels, an umbrella and beach cooler. Carlas was always responsive and let us drop our bags off before check in which was nice. We appreciated her kindness as a host. We would definitely stay again when in San Juan!

The pictures and the price don’t do this place justice. It’s right by the beach, food, and bars. You can either walk or they have free bikes for you to use whenever u want! We biked so much that my legs grew by 3 inches from the 7 days we stayed. You don’t even have to leave the guest house community at all to have fun. Everything is inside for you. The room was so cute and the guests and hosts are so friendly. We had a tiny issue and they resolved it quickly without us even having to ask. I will stay here every time I come back! Will miss you guys, Rasco and Oreo!

Great place, amazing location close to the beach, clean and exactly as advertised, safe and gated location will have you feeling safe and great ac keeps you chilly in the PR heat haha

Aracelys was an AMAZING host, she was very responsive and had EVERYTHING prepared for us. She had beach chair, towels, everything. The place really did feel like home, we didn’t want to leave :(. AMAZING!!!! First time in PR and we were perfectly located and pleasantly surprised at the value for the money!!! Everything was squeaky clean and hosts were more than accommodating and so helpful with every little need we had. Right across from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Irma's place was amazing, she was very responsive and helpful for everything we needed. We had a last minute change in the number if guests and she was very kind to bring us extra towels, linens and accomodations for the unexpected guests. Irma was very kind and gave us all kinds of recommendations and never took longer than 30 minutes to get back to us if we reached out. The place is very clean organized, free of clutter and taken care of beautifully. Although there's only one parking spot, Irma helped us find accomodations for our other vehicles. I would 10/10 recommend and would 100% come back without any hesitation!

Victor was a great host! He was super friendly and responsive. He even let us check in early, which was super helpful.

We loved our stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and restaurants. The only things that I wished the apartment had were a broom to sweep up any sand and places to hang beach towels to dry.

Trying to put into words what an absolute 💯% incredible from the moment I arrived. Mary was at the property, making sure everything went smoothly & if there was anything I needed . Since arriving she was easily available anytime I had a question or needed anything. Much more than I could’ve imagined. The home, the surrounding peaceful area & my incredible attentive host. Easy access to El Yunque rainforest, about 10 min.away as well as Luquillo beach also approx 10 min away . I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this peaceful oasis. So thankful I chose this property & my amazing host.🌱🌴💚

Fantastic home and hospitality! Angel and Mag were so welcoming and made our visit to Puerto Rico very special, in a way you can't get at a resort. They went so far above and beyond to make our stay comfortable (including dealing with total power loss across Puerto Rico). The grounds are beautifully manicured and create a wonderful oasis. A terrific location to access beautiful beaches and excursions to hiking. Our family of 5 really appreciated all the personal touches and attention to detail in and around the home that made our stay really memorable.

truly enjoyed our stay! the communication and recommendations for restaurants was perfect. Although we experienced problems with hot water in the showers, it was a great place. We are headed back soon, so we will check availability. We did have one other issue. We used one of the glass coffee cups. When my wife put hot water in it, it shattered. Glad to pay for a replacement. Can we get different cups for our next visit?

El Airbnb nos encantó todo funcionaba de maravilla era muy espacioso y también muy cómodo, nos sentíamos como en casa. Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Beautiful ocean view. Comfortable home. Parking for one car, some beach items like chairs, boogie board. Many restaurants within walking distance. We loved our time here!

The place was spacious, had everything you needed for a successful stay, and even had beach towels, chairs, and a nicely organized binder of recommended beaches, restaurants, shopping and other experiences and the distances to travel them. It was a great experience overall and though I had some personal hiccups that had nothing to do with the AirBNB, Dora’s friendly and communicative professionalism helped my trip go so smoothly. Excellent host and chill, comfortable AirBNB.
