This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

This property is absolutely stunning, conveniently located in the foothills of El Yunque, and also very close to San Juan. The walk down to the river is great and relaxing, and the outdoor cat, Michu, is adorable, and the views are really nice. Felipe was very nice and responsive. Check out The Hitching Post only 5 minutes away. Food and cocktails are awesome.

Rafi is a fantastic host and incredibly responsive and helpful. He was able to provide recommendations for things to do and, when the garage door opener stopped working, he had a handyman over installing a new one the very next day. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the backyard and pool make it easy to send lots of time at the house. I think the one downside is the location. There is a beach fairly close but it isn't very nice and while there are some restaurants within a 15 minute walk, walking around isn't the easiest because everyone parks on the sidewalks. But if you have a car it's perfect.

Casita served its purpose; everything was fine. Sandy and her husband were great hosts.

Watching the sunrise and sunset from Roxana's stunning back deck is now a core memory—truly a breathtaking experience that lets you see Caguas in a whole new light. The home layout is both functional and full of character, making it effortless to settle in whether you're staying for a few days or longer. Between the natural light, powerful AC, Tesla Powerwalls for uninterrupted comfort, and Roxana’s responsiveness, everything was smooth and relaxing. If you're staying in Caguas, this jungle oasis will have you feeling grateful you chose it.

This house was a great break from San Juan! We enjoyed taking lots of pictures of endemic birds as there were quite a few lifers for us and even an iguana hanging out in the trees. Host was extremely responsive and stopped by to help us when we needed it. She even sent us pictures of the bathrooms ahead of time so we could determine what kind of mobility equipment to bring. Our kids loved playing in the pool. One end is deep but there were plenty of pool noodles and even a small life jacket. Lots of beach toys to build sand castles, snorkels and fins, chairs, and umbrellas. Beds were comfy and there are AC units in each of the bedrooms. Please note that there isn't hot water but there are heating elements above each of the showers to help make the water warm. House is really breezy when you open all the windows and we loved the coquis at night. If we are ever in Puerto Rico, we will definitely consider staying here again! Super clean and comfortable Airbnb. Located right on the water with beautiful views. Felt very safe with the exterior gate and security features. Kind host.

I have stayed in this building 3 times but this unit has a beautiful esthetic to it ! The balcony view is breathtaking! Felt right at home ! Chana was very helpful!

Nadi's space was precisely as depicted in the photos and listing. We stayed there while my husband participated in the Iron Man event in Puerto Rico. The location was ideal for our needs, being conveniently close to the race. Additionally, having my mother and three-year-old daughter with me made accessibility a priority, allowing me to support him without traveling far. The two-bedroom setup was well-maintained and added to our comfort. The presence of an in-unit laundry, complete with a washer and dryer, enabled us to leave with all our clothes clean. Parking was also easily accessible for our rental car. Nadi was exceptionally helpful and understanding, accommodating us even when we missed our flight and had to check in later that night. She was transparent, straightforward, and responsive throughout the process. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I came for a few days & it was comforting to know that after a fun day out I had some where comfortable to go back to! Communication, cleanliness, space, surroundings etc. Everything was great! Especially being able to sit outside, soak up some sun & use the pool & just relax! The surrounding beaches were beautiful & it wasn’t a far drive from the airport or to Old San Juan & neighboring cities/towns. I would definitely recommend & rebook here!

Great no frills condo right next to the beach, and within minutes of Luquillo, El Yunque and other fun places to visit. An easy walk to the ocean and the mouth of a local river. We had a great stay!

One of the best spots I’ve stayed. If you’re looking for private, peaceful getaway near everything, this is the place. Coming back definitely.

Great location!! We rented a car and didn’t have trouble finding street parking also. The bed was comfy, and the view was breathtaking! We spent every night enjoying the view from the balcony! You truly cannot get any better than this location, you’re right in the middle of everything!

Really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling solo and felt safe in the area and in the home. I loved the lagoon view. It was the perfect reset after being out and about.

We love this area and staying at Ivette's place was a special treat to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, and surroundings. Will definitely come back!
