Clean, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The place had just the essentials, but is priced fairly and well kept. Thank you for allowing me this visit Iris.

Iris mini apartment was a great stay for my partner and I! We went on a 4 day trip to Puerto Rico and were going to be out exploring most of the days so this was perfect for us to come back and sleep. Everything was clean upon our arrival and we saw no bugs at all. I loved the sound of the coqui’s singing and appreciated the beach towels to use. The location was away from the city noise and in a quiet neighborhood but because of this, Ubers can be expensive to go into the more touristy areas so renting a car would be best and there’s a spot you can park it at this stay. Overall , I recommend Iris apartment for future stays and I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful airbnb for my 30th birthday and the host was super thoughtful and nice!! definitely would book again. Very close to a lot of places too.

Todo súper limpio , nos encantó volveríamos. Lugar es súper tranquilo ❤️ todo las instalaciones estaban en perfecto estado , no tuvimos ningún problema y tampoco tuvimos que comunicarnos con el anfitrión , solo para avisarle de nuestra salida ya de la casa. Lo recomiendo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Natividad’s home is a gem tucked right in the middle of local living, gorgeous beaches and jungle adventures . This location was super convenient to Luquillo beaches, El Yunque, and many great restaurants. You are in a local neighborhood not amidst condos and we loved that. The home was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. The small pool was pristine. We loved the view of the beach over the hill from the outdoor area. Natividad was very responsive. Would highly recommend

we only stood a couple of hours just to rest due to our flight being delayed but the place was amazing right on the beach beautiful views and great location wish we could have stayed longer definitely booking again with this host and property thank you once again

Great place perfect location near the ocean and less than 50 feet from the resort pool. Well appointed even with a bit smaller space my family of 6 found space to crash at the end of adventures as well as play games and enjoy food brought home from the great restaurants at the main road entrance. I would gladly stay there again close to rain forest the beaches San Juan and a joyride away from many things PR has to offer. Hosts were great and super responsive. Overall great stay!!

I loved Lourdes place and will definitely come back. The beach is around the corner and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Lourdes was an amazing host!

The place was exactly as described. And Rafael was extremely responsive and informative of the apartment as well as the area.

Great location and beach right out front. The clickers for the gates were a little glitchy but security was available to let us in.

This has been an amazing experience!! the place is very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect, the beach is downstairs, grocery walking distance, bars and restaurants walking distance and everyone is super friendly. The host, Laura and her son Luis are unbelievably kind and welcoming. They get way out of their way to help with anything you need. Communication is first class. I will be back to this place FOR SURE!!

Great apartment very close to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the balcony with ocean views and being walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
