Fantastic! -- Incredible! -- A great place just as described, incredible location right on an amazing beach, pristine and clean, easy, relaxing, and superb and prompt communications from the hosts! --- We've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs around the world, and this one is one of the very best! --- We cannot say enough good things about the space, the location, the communications, and the value. We would consider ourselves lucky if we get to stay here again someday. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation week!

Ligia was remarkable! Super responsive and incredibly sweet. We had to ship something through Amazon primary to arrival, and she was so helpful.

Thank you for a wonderful stay Nadia! We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very responsive and great place. When I had a problem with the WiFi he addressed it immediately and kept to his word. Would recommend 10/10

I loved my stay!! he had everything inside that we needed from clean towels, dishes, a beautiful view down to beach chairs, and beach mats I’ll definitely be back!! And he was very responsive whenever I had a question I’ll most definitely stay there again!!

We had a fantastic stay at Joe's place. The instructions to find it and check in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well maintained. It also had everything we needed. It's walkable to a couple of beaches and the spot to find water taxis or take a kayak tour to Laguna Grande. Highly recommend

Thanks to Carlos and the team for a great place to stay. We had 13 guests including 3 kids. We rented a van from them in addition to the house. Communication has been great - we messaged whenever something came up and they replied right away. This house has all the essentials including a decent kitchen and appropriate tools. The pools is great and we spent a good amount of time exploring in the ocean at low tide with our water shoes on. We used the kayaks a couple times as well as the stand up paddle board. We walked to the beach. This is certainly not a luxury stay but it is a great vacation spot for families who want a place with the basics on the ocean and with a pool. It’s close to Luquillo Beach, rainforest and not too far from the ferry. We ate at Erik’s Pichanos twice! Bug bites -People in our family are going home with lots of itchy bites. I’m not sure if it’s because we are so close to the rainforest or something else… but we’ve stayed in the tropics and not had bites like

Our stay was great! The Airbnb had everything we needed for our short stay and it's location was amazing - 5 steps from the beach and very close to great restaurants. Aixa and Enrique were very responsive and flexible with us. Would 100% stay again!

Our stay at “Blue Turtle” was perfect for my two teen boys, husband and myself. The location was absolutely beautiful with a constant ocean breeze cooling the outside area where I loved enjoying my coffee while watching the sunrise. The inside was immaculate and decorated to match their heartfelt blue turtle theme. Great location close to great restaurants and activities in which all were listed recommendations from the host, Victor. Las. Vistas Cafe a block away is a must for the best breakfast and hospitality one could ask for. The bioluminescence bay tours also a walk away was the highlight of our trip!! Victor was responsive, clear and super helpful in all his communications to us. We want to return already. A lovely home away from home!!

Camilo's place was beautiful. plenty of games to play. Plenty of space. Well stocked beach needs!! only con was WATER PRESSURE especially if 2 of the showers were being used at the same time. The hot tubs were a bit confusing to get started on our own and took a full day to warm up. VERY STRICT 10PM QUIET TIME. Other than those minor hiccups it was very nice and spacious with ac in every room. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU FOR EVERY THING.

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

Stayed at Edith’s home with my husband and 3 kids for a week. There are many fans in the house and a few rooms have AC units…we never turned on the AC, it was perfect with the fans on and windows open. It was great to be able to do laundry, the beach chairs and umbrella were nice to use and the coolers were great. The beach at the end of the street was gorgeous and super private. The proximity to Old San Juan and the places we wanted to visit east of Loiza made this a perfect location for us. We cooked breakfast at the house most mornings, some lunches and some dinners and the space worked well for us for that. My kids loved the sweet outdoor cat Keke and enjoyed giving her food and water. There are many stray dogs around the streets but they didn’t approach us at all. There was a dog next door that barked many times in the middle of the night.,.it didn’t bother us much but might be an issue with people with babies. Overall we loved the home and would absolutely stay there again!

The location is amazing!! Sitting on the deck watching the waves, swimming in the ocean, easy uber to old San Juan….it was all lovely. Marcos was very responsive and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

So glad we picked Edwin & Julia's beautiful property as our base of operations while exploring the eastern part of Puerto Rico! Our three young children loved the picturesque, clean pools at the resort so much that the numerous, gorgeous nearby beaches were almost an afterthought. We walked to our boat and snorkeling tours at the nearby marinas. We met friendly locals while playing basketball at the resort and while using the gym. We saved money by utilizing the spacious kitchen for meals in between adventures. The shower was very spacious, and the hot water was a welcomed way to relax after our long days in the sun (and our stay in Old San Juan made us realize hot water can't be taken for granted). We would stay here again in a heartbeat for our next trip to Puerto Rico!

Upon getting there, the gate is locked but I called Elsa and within seconds Mr Ramos was there to let us in and show us around. If you’re looking for a sense of security this place has a key fob to get onto the property and a key for the elevator as well. The view is absolutely beautiful. So many restaurants nearby and a 24hr market on the corner.

Marcos' condo in the perfect place to experience all that San Juan and beyond has to offer. Easy access to the best beach in San Juan while still being a 15 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend checking out Pal'Agua next door which is located next door in La Playita and is only open Friday-Sunday. We will definitely stay here again if we have the pleasure of visiting San Juan in the future. We couldn't be happier with our time in this beautiful space!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Vivian’s. This Airbnb was probably my most favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The views from the balcony were exquisite, the atmosphere, and the vibes were immaculate. This location is perfect for a visit to Puerto Rico, It’s very walkable and close to pretty much everything. If I were to come back to Puerto Rico again, which I definitely plan to, I would try my best to stay at Vivian’s Airbnb 💗

Loved the view from the balcony. Parking was easy and the area was very peaceful. Extremely helpful and very responsive. We had no issues at all. Thank you. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our booking experience and stay. Jose was super proactive in communication and provided all the necessary details to easily check in. I asked a couple questions at booking and Jose responded promptly, if not immediately. We had one question at check in, and we were able to call and chat breifly to get the answer. Everything we needed and more was available. The property has a great view on a fantastic beach. Would highly recommend to anyone and would book there or with Jose again!!

A perfect little beach paradise with an incredible view. Great space, small but nicely stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, and ahhhh that patio. Great bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach. Pool was super clean. Dated building, but super nice people everywhere. Would definitely recommend renting. Note: elevator briefly went out of order, which is common among the Luquillo tower condos. Keep this in mind if you can't handle a lot of stairs!
