I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

We booked this place for our first visit to PR and would absolutely book it again. It’s within walking distance from the beach (maybe a few minutes), several restaurants, and bars. It’s also just a 15-minute Uber ride to Old San Juan, making it ideal if you want to explore the city’s historical sites and touristy area while having a retreat to return to. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. It was stocked with beach gear (plus a hose outside to rinse everything off), and there was AC for the hotter days. We also appreciated having fresh water in the fridge and a list of local recommendations waiting for us upon arrival. The was an electricity outage for about 13 hours one day, but the host kept us informed with updates and let us know where to find flashlights in case we needed them. Overall, we really appreciated the thoughtfulness, communication, and the perfect place to stay for our first visit!

This spot was perfect for my wife and me. It was in a great location, well maintained, and had all the travel items you’d need for a beach vacation. The host were also kind enough to store our bags for a few extra hours after checkout.

We loved this place! Perfect size for a couple! It was cute and quaint and looked just like the pictures! We liked we could walk to restaurants and coffee shops and the beach was literally right out our door..(which wasn’t crowded at all) Plus every place we went that wasn’t walkable was just a short Uber ride away! Ana the host was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had! Would definitely recommend this Beachside Gem❤️! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! Great location for beach (block away). Hosts had many extras in room (beach chairs/sunscreen/bathroom amenities). Walkable to many restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed Rita's 3 bedroom unit. Spacious. Incredible view. Right on the beach. Great swimming pool. We had a great stay.

This apartment is steps from the beach in Carolina, and a short uber to downtown San Juan. The apartment was incredibly clean, I was very impressed. The balcony is a nice touch. A/C’s work very well. I found Metropol restaurant to be the best place walking distance for lunch/dinner. If you are looking to spend a lot of time in Old San Juan, this location might be a bit out of your way. It was about 15-20 minute uber to get down there- not terrible but definitely not walking distance. Depending on the time of day that Uber ride would cost $9-$30.

This house is immaculate.. You are literally less than 100 steps to the beautiful beach. The house and property were very clean. The pool was clean and had nice, powerful jets and a sitting level to relax and soothe that traveling back ache. It was just my wife and I and we brought our 28 year old niece.. We had more than enough space to enjoy. My wife wanted to add.. cute, homey, great beach towels, gym, candles, coffee.. . she feels they covered all of their bases on offering a superb rental.. Our only regret was we could only stay one night... We will definitely be coming back to this Airbnb Winner!

Amazing place, good location and great value. Javi's place easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. All amenities were available as listed and everything was working properly (AC units, laundry, hot water, etc). The place was very clean and Javi was quick to respond when I had questions. The place is within walking distance to nearby restaurants, small shops and a super market. The surrounding feels safe and it did not feel loud, other than the morning rosters that are everywhere in the island lol. Javi is a great host was very pro-active about making our trip enjoyable the minute we arrived. Highly recommended!

Had the greatest stay at Alex and Diana’s home for a long weekend on the island. It’s situated perfectly, close to the beach and to some of my favorite coffee shops and restaurants. Could also get anywhere in San Juan fast and cheap via Uber, including to and from the airport in 15 minutes. The house was so comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was perfect for any time of day, and the outdoor shower was lovely. The hospitality of Alex and Diana was amazing, very kind and responsive, and even stocked the fridge with cold waters before our arrival. Would absolutely recommend their home and would stay again on the next visit!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The location couldn't have been more perfect—just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, and only minutes away from some of the island's best spots via Uber. Everything was super convenient, which made exploring Puerto Rico effortless and fun. The home itself was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the ideal Puerto Rico

We had a wonderful time. The first night we had no water but Manuel quickly responded and let us know this was an issue in the entire neighborhood but that emergency gallons of water were available if needed. The water quickly came back and we had no issues for the rest of the trip. The apartment was extremely well stocked with plenty of clean towels and linen. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great. We loved the neighborhood. The beaches were easily accessible, beautiful, and not crowded. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great week long stay here. Quick taxi ride from the airport meant we were swimming shortly after landing. The private and direct access to Ocean Park beach was very convenient to come and go with kids. Soft sands, clear water, and fun waves. Even when we weren’t on the beach we felt like we were with ocean views from every room. The property was spacious and comfortable for the whole family. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance in both Ocean Park and Condado. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

If you’re on the fence - book Moon’s place! At night, you can sleep to the sound of the waves, there is a quiet stretch of beach to lounge on during the day, there are so many restaurants and shops in walking distance, and Moon provides everything you could need in the condo. It was a perfect stay!

The photos don't do the place justice. it's a large studio, at least 500 sq ft with a sliding divider in case you want a little privacy from your traveling companion. The owner communicated instantly and I didn't have one issue. there was even soap in the shower and laundry detergent. He was very flexible with leaving luggage pre and post. the complex is great. pool, beach is right outside the gate. Great for an evening stroll. highly recommended !

My friends and I loved our stay at this Air BnB for spring break! Eric was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. It looked just like the photos, and the easy pool and beach access was a plus. The only snag was losing power for a day, but this wasn’t the Air BnB’s fault, it happens somewhat often in PR. Highly recommend!

Great property. Good location. Easy to get to several restaurants on foot. Shower had good water pressure. View was immaculate. Host was very responsive. Apartment was very clean. I have no complaints. For some reason I thought it was a 2 bedroom but it is a 1 bedroom apartment. One bed is in the only bedroom and there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room that was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The 2 beach chairs that were available also came in handy. Nice place overall.

Overall, I had a great stay. Guillermo’s communication is top notch. This was my second time booking as the first time I experienced a medical emergency at the airport and wasn’t able to complete my trip. Guillermo responded graciously, so I didn’t hesitate to rebook. The location is prime! I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe walking back to the condo at night. I loved hearing and seeing a little glimpse of the ocean from my room. I’m big on cleanliness and the place was very clean. It’s a touristy area—soo many restaurants and there’s a small grocery store (Eros) at the end of the street. Check out Anita’s Gelato! A few things to note, the place is small. It’s in the listing but I don’t think I realized it until I arrived and my stay was for 2+ weeks. Low water pressure in the shower (island things) and the water could have been a little hotter. Loved having the beach towels and chairs! Thanks for being a great host, Guillermo!!

Our stay at Felix’s place was great! It is located in the middle of so many restaurants, bars and attractions. Also, it is very close to the airport. This part of San Juan is vibrant and there are so many things to do. Very walkable and the area felt very safe. Having a designated parking spot with this condo for the rental vehicle was super helpful and the fact that it was covered was a nice bonus. The condo was very clean and smelled great! Finding the place was easy and Felix’s directions were very clear and easy to follow. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of room for our group and easy to get to restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely recommend this place!

We absolutely loved this condo! The pictures didn’t do enough justice. It was beautiful! If I could give 100 stars, I would ! Top tier. Will definitely be booking again !
