Chana’s place was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Chana was very responsive and flexible! She checked in and also answered any questions I had. I’m already recommending her place to my friends! Chana, thank you for sharing this beautiful gem with the world! Seeing the jet skis from the balcony, motivated me to do it!

We had a great stay in Javiers home. It was a perfect location in old San Juan being within walking distance of the centre with wonderful restaurants, bars and shops, yet quiet and peaceful with a great terrace on top with a hot tub. There was loads of room for our grown up family of five. Javier is a super host, he was so welcoming and gave us tons of information and recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities. We would definitely love to return and we highly recommend Javier’s wonderful home.

House was spotless and in an amazing location while being private in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

It was our second time in Puerto Rico and our second stay at this Airbnb. The view of the ocean & palms from window and the balcony was mesmerizing. The local small beach was right there too. The parking availability for our rental car was a huge plus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This was a perfect place for our group of 3. It was a very convenient location and had a beautiful beach right outside the building. The apartment was clean and enjoyable.

The apartment was as described. Beautiful view of the water and walking distance to park/beach. The only downside is the location doesn't have much to do or restaurants or access to stores for essentials that is walking distance.

We loved it! More specifically: it was quiet despite being very central. We travelled with our daughter and baby, they could sleep very well. We enjoyed the terraces. The air conditioning in the living room is loud so we used the fan instead and it was fine. The kitchen is sort of outdoor which we found was very charming. We didn't mind going through the souvenir shop, it made it feel like an adventure for our daughter and we became acquainted with the shop lady who is used to this setting obviously. We highly recommend for family with young children. Be aware there are two set of stairs to get up but it was no problem for us.

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

Osvaldo was an incredible, responsive host! The space was incredibly clean and homey with great amenities. I stayed with my 5 best friends and we had such a blast with this space, in such a great location. I would recommend for everyone to stay in Osvaldo’s place again!! :)

We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to t mobile district and metro casino. A ton of walkable restaurants within 10 minutes walking. We didn’t rent a car so we Uber’d everywhere and it was easy.

This was our third time staying at Paloma's wonderful apartment. Once you conquer the stairs (4th floor walk up), you are rewarded with possibly one of the best views in Old San Juan. The rooftop terrace gets a nice cross breeze , plus there is a partial awning, and a big patio umbrella that can be positioned to provide shade during the day. We never bother renting a car as everything we need is within walking distance. Paloma is quick to respond and deal with any minor problems that might arise. Highly recommended

We had a great week long stay here. Quick taxi ride from the airport meant we were swimming shortly after landing. The private and direct access to Ocean Park beach was very convenient to come and go with kids. Soft sands, clear water, and fun waves. Even when we weren’t on the beach we felt like we were with ocean views from every room. The property was spacious and comfortable for the whole family. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance in both Ocean Park and Condado. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved staying here and how close it was to the beach. Host is very sweet and kind. Took very good care of us. Our flight was canceled and the host allowed us to stay another day. Just be mindful of the power going off (out of hosts control), bring charger banks just in case. Overall 10/10, had a great time.

I've stayed in 3 different properties in this area, and Paul and Carmen's place was my favorite. Everything you need is within walking distance. The beach is beautiful, the people are friendly. The balcony is lovely. Great view! You're close enough to hear the ocean too. The kitchen is small but has everything you need if you enjoy cooking, which I do. They have thought of everything--a drinking water filter, beach chairs, sunscreen, toys for the beach and more. The unit itself is quiet. You don't hear any noise from the neighbors. On the weekends, the street adjacent to the building can get a little rowdy. If you're a light sleeper, ear plugs or a white noise machine will easily do the trick.

Everything was as described. There was construction happening in pool area but didn’t bother me at all. Entry to beach super easy but I recommend walking down a few blocks to the better side of the beach where water super clear and lots of sun. Plenty of restaurants on the street but if you want the best restaurants I recommend taking a Uber to other locations outside the area. Overall great experience for me and my wife.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

So communicative, great recommendations, incredibly accommodating, so helpful, fantastic apartment. Perfect for short- or long-term stay! If I return to San Juan, there is no doubt I would try to stay here.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

My friends and I loved our stay at this Air BnB for spring break! Eric was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. It looked just like the photos, and the easy pool and beach access was a plus. The only snag was losing power for a day, but this wasn’t the Air BnB’s fault, it happens somewhat often in PR. Highly recommend!

Great location, apartment was cozy and perfect for me and my friend. Not big enough for 4 people, I’d say 2-3 people max. Pool was awesome. A lot of things within walking distance. Isla verde beach is down the block with cheap 5$ rental chairs. Lots of food options nearby as well.
