Francheska's place was the PERFECT choice for our Bachelorette weekend. Not only did the place itself exceed our expectations in comfort, cleanliness, and design - the location was secure and exactly what we needed for easy walking access to coffee shops, grocery stores, the beach and everything for restaurants, bars, and sightseeing was a 15 min uber away at the most. Everything listed for amenities was available and in great condition - Francheska was very responsive and proactive - very flexible for our check-in - all in all, it really set the tone for the best weekend. Will definitely be recommending to groups of friends visiting San Juan!!

The communication with Fernando was amazing from the very beginning. Upon arrival, Fernando greeted us in person and provided helpful information on the area. A lot to do within walking distance. The houses were clean and exact as the photos and descriptions. Plenty of space for my family of 9. This is definitely a 5 star house and would DEFINITELY stay here again on our next visit to the beautiful island.

Christine was an amazing host! She guided us through our stay like a caring family member—so responsive, thoughtful, and helpful every step of the way. The place was beautiful, and we truly loved it. This experience was a solid 10/10! If you’re thinking about booking, stop thinking and just do it. One of our best Airbnb stays ever!

From getting out of rental vehicle, I was greeted nicely very friendly and wonderful host and more than one way. She was very accommodating and paid attention to details very friendly. The unit was nice clean.and it’s bigger than the pictures as there are two living rooms the pool area was great well kept and clean as well it was easy access close to airport and definitely in a safe area it was perfect for a couple getaway I really enjoyed our 4 nights there . Thank you Puerto Rico for another wonderful trip

The Airbnb was just as what the description says. Close enough to the main attractions but also the peace of enjoying the outdoors. The Airbnb was also big enough to accommodate my group of 10 which was very nice. We enjoyed the place. Thank you!

Twelve of us stayed at Wilmel's Urban Paradise for my bachelor party and had a great time. Easy property to relax at. OSJ and La Placita were 15-20 minutes away. The airport is very close (10 min). All the amenities were accurate. The pool and covered back porch area were the MVPs. Thanks for a great weekend, Wilmel!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for a bachelorette weekend! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly suited for our big group. It had everything we needed. The host Shimmy was fantastic— when we needed help with a few things, she was quick to respond and was able to come over to assist. She made the whole experience so easy for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay—especially for a group getaway. It was the perfect place!!

If you’re on the fence - book Moon’s place! At night, you can sleep to the sound of the waves, there is a quiet stretch of beach to lounge on during the day, there are so many restaurants and shops in walking distance, and Moon provides everything you could need in the condo. It was a perfect stay!

I’ve been to Puerto Rico yearly for the last 15 years and by far this was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. It was private, quiet, and the back yard was breathtaking.

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

We loved staying here! The location was incredible, so close to many restaurants, beaches, activities, and a close ride to Old San Juan and other locations. The AirBnb had plenty of space for us, as well as extra shower and beach towels. Plenty of kitchen supplies, extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, etc. The pool was incredible! A beautiful garden walkway right over to the pool entrance and a great view of the lagoon and city on the other side. The AC worked great and we appreciated the washer and dryer!

The photos don't do the place justice. it's a large studio, at least 500 sq ft with a sliding divider in case you want a little privacy from your traveling companion. The owner communicated instantly and I didn't have one issue. there was even soap in the shower and laundry detergent. He was very flexible with leaving luggage pre and post. the complex is great. pool, beach is right outside the gate. Great for an evening stroll. highly recommended !

Great property. Good location. Easy to get to several restaurants on foot. Shower had good water pressure. View was immaculate. Host was very responsive. Apartment was very clean. I have no complaints. For some reason I thought it was a 2 bedroom but it is a 1 bedroom apartment. One bed is in the only bedroom and there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room that was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The 2 beach chairs that were available also came in handy. Nice place overall.

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.
