San Juan : locations de vacances avec suite privative

I don’t have enough positive things to say about our stay with Hector & Kim at their home, la Lomita! We had 6 adults and 2 babies, and this was a perfect place with all needed amenities and allowed for us to enjoy lots of time at the house and get out to do fun activities. I highly recommend this location and hope to come back again! The pool, location, house, amenities - all just fabulous. We are so grateful to have been able to make some core family memories here!

What a wonderful spot. Yes, it gets a little noisy at night with the road and the jungle. That doesn't bother us but definitely bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Eli and Joanne are excellent hosts and the place is absolutely wonderful - a stone's throw from climbing, too.

Super cute studio with a great design! Two people move easily and the beds are comfortable! Great location close to everything!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow, what a beautiful experience we had in the rainforest. We only stayed one night, which was a shame because you could easily settle down here and catch the groove of the comings and goings of researchers, animals, clouds, flora, fauna, etc. Thrity was generous with her time and resources and it was very cool to get to know about her life and the project. There is a little swimming hole on the property (5-10min walk) which was the perfect way to wash off city life. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved our stay. The location was central to many of the things we wanted to see and do. The place was clean. I traveled alone with my 3 kids and felt safe staying here. The host communicated clearly regarding the location and it is a short 10 minute drive from the airport which was very convenient. They even accommodated a late check out which made my kids very happy because we were able to fit in a visit to San Juan on our last day. The best part was meeting Jorge’s mom, Aida. She was so loving and welcoming. Really made us feel like we were visiting family. She greeted us on our first morning and made sure to say goodbye on our last day. My kids asked if we could stay there every time we visit Puerto Rico because Aida felt like their Abuela. She sent us off with a blessing and prayer and waived goodbye as we drove off. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a warm welcome!!

A wonderful host and a marvellous place! A great base for exploring the East of Puerto Rico and only 20min from San Juan airport.

Welcoming and pleasing aesthetic. Host was responsive but it took awhile. Host was accommodating with luggage drop off when I had an early flight. The only thing that I wish was clear was that it's a guest house to the house shown, so entrance is on the side. Also hot water was more like warm but it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that it was a safe, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again and definitely recommend. Very clean and modern.

We had our best Airbnb experience yet. Judith and Nestor were very warm and welcoming and attentive to our needs. The space is vibrant and well designed. The location is quiet and convenient with close proximity to the beach, great dining and shopping opportunities. I don’t believe we could have had a better San Juan experience than what this exceptional host and space offers.

Andrea's place was amazing !!!! I will defiantly be coming back to PR and will book with Andrea. It was my first trip with my kids and it was the perfect home. Super clean, the kids love the pool. Andrea was a great hostess! Always responsive and attentive to our questions. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed preparing meals in the outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Outdoors was absolutely beautiful and clean as well, no mosquitos at all. Andrea thought of everything we will need while traveling to PR, she had beach items and towels that was very helpful during our stay. Laundry access was a great plus since we stayed for a week it was amazing to be able to do laundry. Andrea's place gives safety, cleanliness and comfort. I Would highly recommend this Airbnb to others. YOU WON'T REGRET IT !!!!!!!!!!

Perfect balance of tranquil peace and accessibility to the highway. All the needed amenities were there and there’s nothing better than washing your clothes before heading back home. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect place for overnight stay. Location is perfect for people looking lodging near Noreast side of the island. Close to Luquillo beach, El Yunque tropical forest and shopping centers. Facility has all necessary "tools" to have a nice stay.

Arleen and her husband are outstanding hosts. They are very welcoming and friendly. I could not ask for better communication, they were always available. They should earn a rating of Superhosts because they really are. Arleen's apartment is spotless and beautiful. The kitchen is modern, extremely well-equipped and spotless. All the apartment windows are covered with screens so no mosquitos entered. It is on the second floor so it is nice and fresh. This place is extremely comfortable and spacious, especially the master bedroom. It had white new linens and towels, giving you a sense of being in a hotel. The bathroom is nice, clean and spacious. Water temperature was perfect. It has plenty of storage space in kitchen, bath and bedroom. The. bedroom has brand new air conditioner and huge TV. The gigantic closet has doors with mirrors from floor to ceiling, so you can get dressed and see how you look. There are two terraces in the front and the back of the apartment and a sitting area in front terrace. (This apartment is on the second floor) Again, indoor and outdoor spaces were immaculate. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook a meal if you want to. Furnishings are nice and modern, and beautiful choice of colors and artwork, just add to the charm of this modern looking apartment. I felt very safe here because of the new doors and windows this apartment has, metal bars are incorporated as part of the windows and still the windows have a great and modern look. There is lighting everywhere! Motion sensor lights are on the walkway to the apartment and in front of the door to enter the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Every once in a while you will see and hear some people during the day. Drive safely, a couple of cute cats roam around the street, but they are super friendly. I was able to work on my computer while being here. Wifi works perfectly. This place is close to everything! (shopping, bakery, car rental, pharmacies, grocery stores, entertainment in San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamon, etc) You can be in any place within 15 minutes. The Smart Spot is really a wonderful place to stay and I hope it is available when I visit Puerto Rico again! It is worth the price. A hotel would not give you all the amenities you get here. I am so glad I found this place!

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, we enjoyed our stay! It's close to Ocean Park beach but because it's a gated community, you have to exit via the front entrance of the gated community which added on 10-15 mins.

We had a great stay at Juan’s place. The private rooftop terrace was such a luxury when winding down after a full day. The location is central and walkable to so many great neighborhoods in San Juan. I only wish there were two sets of keys as my partner and I had to follow the other to unlock/lock all the doors (and tackle the stairs) whenever we left separately in the mornings (attending a conference vs. vacationing). Just a minor inconvenience for those who (like me) hate to be woken up before their own alarm 😆

I traveled in a group with 3 girls and was a little hesitant to book an air bnb in a different country because of safety concerns. We decided to book Nixon’s air bnb and we were not disappointed! His place was perfect, he had a gated entrance which made us feel extremely safe along with easy instructions on how to check in and unlock each gate. Parking was not difficult at all. He has an outdoor shower to clean off the sand after the beach along with a washing and drying machine available to use. The inside of his place had everything we could’ve needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, ice trays and a bunch of other useful items. The living area had a big dining table where we ate dinner each night along with a comfy pull out couch and smart tv! There was a closet with hangers. The bathroom was great as well, shower pressure was amazing and he even had some sunscreen. If you are considering an air bnb, definitely choose this one, you won’t regret it! Thank you Nixon🙏

We had a very smooth and easy stay here! The instructions for check-in and check-out were very thorough. It was easy to get many places from the Airbnb. There are lots of walkable places and uber is widely available for longer distances. As other guests mentioned and the host is very clear about communicating, this is a 2nd floor location with no kitchen. There was a small fridge and coffee maker, a large closet area, lots of storage, plenty of towels. The host promptly brought a hair dryer when we couldn’t find one. There are neighborhood and city noises at night, and it’s not dark in the room at night, but my earplugs and eye mask did the trick. Again, we were prepared because the listing is very clear! We would gladly return here! Thanks for a lovely stay and great communication.

Jose is the best host ever. he loves his country. if there is anyone coming to puerto rico for the first time and even after that. he is the guy too see. I really appreciate the conversations we had and the knowledge he gave me about the llisland... I can't wait to come back and stay there again... THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH JOSE!!! He showed me an amazing time for my birthday 🎂
