San Juan : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

I highly recommend Eileen’s place, she is such an amazing host. Always asking if everything is good, Or if you need anything at anytime let her know. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🥰 Also Gabriela ( her daughter) is such a helpful person. it was my first time in Puerto Rico and she recommended the best beaches and places to visit. They made me felt like it was my own home. The place is absolutely nice and well equipped and clean. The location is 15min away from all of the restaurants, airport and San Juan viejo!

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

I loved this apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was prefect. Within walking distance and close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the area. All of our questions were answered promptly. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I loved this place because of the proximity to 2 beautiful beaches. We really like the balcony with a view of the water for whenever we were at the rental. You can hear the ocean at night when you are sleeping which is also nice. Ivonne has provided a lot of little things that you might have forgot to pack which is a nice touch. There were also some cold water bottles in the fridge when we arrived from a long flight which was also nice. We felt very safe the whole time we were there and the apartment building is very secure. This was a perfect stay for us and I appreciate Ivonne’s quick responses whenever we had any questions. Would return for sure!

Our third visit to PR was perfect. We’ve rented an Airbnb room at this location twice prior to booking with Irving and were satisfied but it was booked. A bit hesitant booking a different room but took a chance. Prior to our trip, Irving informed us that there is a possibility the room that was advertised may not be available because they were being used to house earthquake victims which we sympathized and understood. He offered other rooms that were not yet remodeled. He sent pictures and we were okay with it. When we arrived And checked in we ended up getting the room that was advertised. It was excellent. We had a view of the pool, coconut trees and beach. We are looking forward to our next trip to PR!!!!!

Awesome place , super friendly host

Came for NYE weekend and was so happy with the room and location. Right around the corner from the beach, and we could see fireworks from the balcony (extra perk). Will be coming back again soon!

Excelente lugar para pernoctar en San Juan, , espacioso, céntrico y cerca de todo.

We had a great time staying here. The apartment was clean, spacious enough for 2 & our dog, with a cute outdoorspace for us to relax. In a great location, close to everything we needed in a nice neighbourhood. Janet was very responsive, nice and helped with anything we needed. Great for a long stay, with stable WiFi, ideal for working. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pans and appliances to cook. Thanks so much for the stay Janet, we'll be back! X

The apartment is in a prime location with everything you need right outside your front door. Keep in mind, it’s in the heart of the most popular street in old San Juan, so expect to hear outside noise, but the rooms are far enough back in the apartment that you don’t hear anything when going to bed. Apartment had everything we needed. Gautam is a super kind and responsive host. Extra stars for him accommodating my family and our needs. Thank you!

My stay at nubias was great! The place was very clean and look exactly like the pictures!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in San Juan, walking distance to different restaurants, bars, and beach!
