San Juan : location de maisons de vacances

Read this review: I booked this stay to spend new year eve and day. The check in and check out times were a plus. My family and I were ready to receive the new year relax by the beach until... a major blackout left the whole island without electricity. Luckily, the host had provided what we needed: flashlights, solar lights, solar fans, big cooler for the refrigerated items, gas stove. Next to that, games for entertainment and a fantastic ocean view to enjoy.

Having the beach literally steps away and within view of the Villa is priceless. There are three beach access points one to Embassy Suites Hotel, one by the Villas and the main Beach for public access. All accessible and steps away. Views of sunset were amazing.

This is our second time staying at Isabel’s place and we would love to come back for a third. Location is pretty much right on the beach, with fantastic outdoor space and a beautiful pool. Close to a lot of restaurants and to the airport. Thanks for a great stay!

The Host was the best and nicest family you will ever meet. They knew all the great spots and the beach was incredible. What made the place even more great was the host and her family made us feel as we were family and treated us that way. My wife and I recommend this place 100% :)

El lugar espectacular, igual que en las imágenes. Bien tranquilo, bien familiar. Tuvimos la oportunidad de hacerle los 50 de mi madre y nos llevamos la mejor experiencia. Anfitriona siempre bien atenta y amable. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados y volvería una y otra vez. El lugar es bien cómodo, y la vista de la piscina impresionante.

This home was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. The amenities were top-notch, and every little detail was thoughtfully provided. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the location was great—just a short drive to attractions. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Was my first experience with Airbnb and this was definitely a great one. The Airbnb was located in a super quiet neighborhood and was pretty close to most things 💕 the home itself was cozy and Marilyn had everything one would need for a nice getaway. Thank you again!

Excellent remote work spot. Couldn’t have a better location in PR. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Looks just like the pictures.

As soon as I landed, I already had the address and how to get there. He was very friendly. Any questions that I needed? He responded quickly. The lights went out. We called him. He told us if there was any problems he would come over with the generator there was an outage in the neighborhood. So I had nothing really to do with him. He was there eager and willing to help. He was there to help me with any instructions that I needed any questions or text that I needed. Even though it was his birthday's his wife's birthday weekend, he was there I truly appreciate that and I would recommend if anybody's going with a large party to Puerto Rico. This is the place to stay. It's a vibe in itself, very safe area. It was great. I would do it again.

My partner and I stayed at Milena’s spot for two nights and enjoyed our time. The balcony area was a huge plus to hang and listen to music in. If I’d recommend one thing, maybe lamps + warm lights would make the vibe of the spot a little cozier. It’s also a bit noisy outside in the mornings but nothing too bad! Would stay again :)

My partner and I planned a quick 3-night stay at this AirBnB. This is a good place to have as a home base to adventure around San Juan, Carolina, Loiza, etc. One of the main reasons we went for this spot was because parking is right in front of the property, which makes it great for anyone thinking of renting a car to get around. This place is close to the airport and Carolina beach. A supermarket, gas station and breakfast cafe is also right around the corner. The photos in the listing are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet, so you’re able to sleep okay. It is a dark neighborhood, but we felt generally safe. The only downsides are what other people have said. The bed and bedroom door make a lot of noise. In addition, it’s tricky to get the apartment door to lock when you’re inside. We noticed sometimes the door would slightly open and realized the door didn’t fully lock. From the outside, locking was no issue. The patio door outside locks too. We had a great stay overall!

Wonderful property for a large family gathering. Great open room for gathering and hanging out. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. Bedrooms all opened up to Great room and had Jack and Jill bathrooms between them. Porch provided beautiful views. Pool area has its own fridge, Blackstone and bathroom..a little walk to get there, but worth the location. Host was very communicative and answered quickly to questions. Would rent again!

The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations of nearby things to do and try. Definitely recommend staying here on your next trip! :)

The grounds were beautiful, you could hear all the frogs in the back ground. The house is gorgeous with an island beauty. They had all kinds of games and sport equipment to use. We loved the huge hot tub, perfect for sore legs from walking all day. We had multiple families stay in the house and it felt very comfortable and spacious. The big kitchen was perfect for cooking and meal prep. They have a book they made with their family pictures of all their favorite spots and how far the drive is, so helpful!! Patty (the host) always respond to my text messages and questions. We would totally stay there again if in the area.

Perfect home to spend a vacation, Benigno was a great host, answered quickly to me at all times. Friendly and very private area. Loved the amenities the home had to offer. Very clean will definitely book again.

We had a really peaceful stay at Myleizlie’s home. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and the home was very spacious and private. It was really nice to have the washer/dryer there.

Edwin is the ultimate host. The condo was filled with countless details to make us welcome and cared for. I've never seen a place that had this level of detail with what was provided. We cooked almost all our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed, with really nice appliances (including a blender, a Nespresso machine and a frother!). There were so many toiletries, a first aid kit, a campstove(!)...just so much thought into every detail. There were eight of us (max capacity) and while we all slept comfortably, the condo itself is pretty small and I wouldn't do that number again. There were also a lot of mosquitos in the outside porch/lanai area that would sneak inside. The grounds of Aquatika are lovely and well maintained. The lazy river was under renovation, which was disappointing and only one of the hot tubs is actually warm, but the onsite beach is lovely (lots of shade and so peaceful), the water slide was a kid favorite (open on weekends) and overall it was amazing!
