San Juan Reservoir : locations de vacances avec terrasse

My experience at Cristina's is the same as all past guests. A spacious apartment, well equipped and in a quiet neighbourhood which is well supplied for public transport. The Madrid Marathon did disrupt bus services for one morning but even then we were able to walk to the art museums. Cristina is a perfect host, flexible and always responsive. Everything that a guest might need has been supplied. This was not a box ticking exercise but a real consideration of what a guest might need and/ or appreciate. The park and the peacocks were also great highlights!

Maria Jose y su esposo fieron muy agradables, nos ayudaron con paraguas y a encontrar un estacionamiento al momento de llegar. El lugar esta agradable, la cocina muy completa. Por ser invierno no pudimos estar mucho afuera pero el patio esta grande y se ve agradable.

Todo estuvo tal cual las descripciones no nos encontramos con ninguna sorpresa y Carlos siempre nos respondió rápido a todas nuestras preguntas

The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Madrid. It was clean and had everything we needed. Maria was a great host and was very helpful with anything we needed before we arrived, while we were there and even after checkout.

El lugar estaba impecable, muy acogedor y con todos los detalles pensados para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Alejandro nos dio excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y restaurantes, ¡y no se equivocó en ninguna! Silvia e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili nell'assistenza quando abbiamo avuto bisogno durante il soggiorno. Appartamento pulito e tutto come da descrizione ed era posto in una posizione strategica..accanto si trova anche un locale che cucina e vende prodotti italiani.

Vår lille familie bodde i Juliana’s leilighet i fem fantastiske uker. Vi hadde med vår ni måneder gamle sønn, og hadde det kjempefint. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte og lå i gangavstand til alt. Et perfekt utgangspunkt for å oppleve hele Madrid. Juliana og Pablo var svært hjelpsomme og svarte umiddelbart dersom det skulle være noe. Anbefales!

Rosario’s place was beautiful and even better in real life than the pictures. It was so comfortable, had everything you could ever need and felt like a home away from home. What was even more beautiful was Rosario herself who went above and beyond in helping me find my way, giving advice and itineraries, and generally being a warm and kind host. Her communication was excellent throughout. I can’t recommend her place enough. Thank you Rosario for your superb hospitality.

Lo recomiendo totalmente El apartamento está muy bien equipado y súper limpio. Las sábanas olían genial. Raquel muy buena anfitriona y muy atenta. Tuve una duda y me contestó súper rápido dándome solución a mi problema. Encantada con mi estancia.

Nuestra estancia en esta casa ha sido estupenda, la casa es una maravilla y fiel a las fotos. Las camas súper comodas, el espacio perfecto para 8 personas, hemos estado muy cómodos y calentitos. La comunicación con Antonio y Sergio estupenda. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, mantas de más, toallas y artículos de aseo. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos agua en la nevera, cápsulas de café y la calefacción puesta para que la cada estuviera calentita a la llegada. En definitiva una estancia perfecta. Recomendable 100%

Fuimos con niños para ir al parque Warner, y la casa estaba cerca y bien comunicada. Con supermercados cercanos. Estuvimos muy comodos en la casa, y el salon de la parte de arriba fue ideal para los juegos de los peques. Justo lo que buscabamos para descansar despues del parque. Olga y Emilio fueron encantadores y muy atentos. Muy recomendable.

Nos encantó la casa y la localización. Bastante privada y acogedora, era justo lo que estábamos buscando y la casa es tal y como e muestra en las fotos. Anfitrión muy atento y flexible con las horas de entrada y salida.

Bonito y práctico alojamiento a escasos minutos del centro del pueblo. Rodeado de todo tipo de comercios, farmacia...etc. Los anfitriones han sido muy atentos y flexibles con las horas de entrada y de salida. Repetiremos pronto! un saludo.

Five stars for this place. It's in a genuine Madrid neighborhood with authentic local flavor. Easy walk to the URGEL metro station, and then it's pretty easy to figure out how to go anywhere. The place is cozy and comfortable and EXCELLENT lighting so you can READ BOOKS not phone stare. When the weather cooperates the outside secluded patio and small pool are divine. And the best part was the assistance of Kevin and Jubia, with excellent English, infinite local knowledge, and abundant enthusiasm. Go!

Wonderful apartment and very friendly host, Maria, that gave us some nice tips in the neighborhood. The bus stops in front of the door to go to the city centre whilst the neighborhood itself is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to a big park and cultural centre that we enjoyed as we were with the dog. The apartment has a lovely terrace. The only small downside to this apartment is that the nights on the street are rather loud with the bars around and quite some traffic, so ear plugs can be needed. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely recommend.

We loved the space, extremely clean, organized, comfortable and cozy! Another wonderful point is the privilege of the location. Excellent host very responsive! We highly recommend!! 🥰🙌

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

Loved the surrounding area, easy to walk to the metro, gran vía, Salamanca neighborhood. Lots to do nearby, the Airbnb street had one of our favorite spots- La Huevería and El corral. Supermarket was really close too. Would stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

Todo perfecto de principio a fin: el apartamento, la zona, la anfitriona... ¡No podría pedir más! El apartamento estaba impecable y en una zona muy tranquila, con todo tipo de recursos alrededor y en el propio apartamento. Muchas gracias Cristina por todo, ¡no podría haber tenido anfitriona mejor!
