Check in/out is smooth. Everything is as described on the listing. Gym and community area is nice. 24/7 guard outside the building. Cons: some furniture such as mattress and sofa needed to be replaced. They are really uncomfortable. It sinks in when you sit on it… It will be nice to add some light on the Rooftop patio. It’s a shame that the space is not utilized. Will definitely consider to stay in here again if they replace the mattress and sofa

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Location was great, the whole building is very nice and properly serviced. Multiple restaurants, shops and services around. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Condo itself was clean, well equipped and in good standard. Wassana was very helpful through our time here, always responding quickly and supporting our stay. She also helped us greatly when we had some health issues and needed to adjust our stay. Overall, great experience, great value for money and a pleasant experience.

I really appreciate the co host Chanakran for being very responsive. I love and appreciate how the host gave us waters. The check in and check out was very easy. Their home was located in a good location. There was alot of restaurant and spa around their home. Everything they have listed on the Airbnb website are there. One thing that I did notice was some of the bathroom have mold and the smell of the sink. Other than that I do recommend this Airbnb to a friend.

Fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—walking distance to the night market and close to all the major attractions in Chiang Mai. The property offers great value for money, with clean and comfortable amenities. Having access to the washer/dryer in unit was incredibly convenient during the stay. While the pool and gym can get a bit crowded in the afternoons, the host's responsiveness and excellent local recommendations truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend! Forewarning, the couch and bed were on the firmer side; which was fine for me but not as comfortable for my partner

This place is perfect, if you want to be in a walkable area to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Our group of seven (7) had plenty of space to spread out. FYI, there are 4 floors which equals lots of stairs. The on-site greeter, Lucy, was VERY helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. If ever in the area again, I’ll book this property!

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

We really loved our stay! Starting from the complementary airport pick up to the tasty breakfast each morning! The location is peaceful yet walkable to the old town. Also really loved the way the house looks, really standing out, would definitely recommed staying here!

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

We are a family of three with a three year old child. We stayed for a month in Jan-Feb 2025. We loved this house because of the huge living space. Toys were provided (toy trucks, lego) and a big baby travel cot. Location was handy for walking to the Old City (though tricky with a pram) as well as grocery shops, including a big international one (Topps). We cooked at home a lot so appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We stayed during cooler weather so lack of aircon downstairs wasn't a problem. Some things to bear in mind, especially if travelling with young children. There are some inaccuracies in the listing/photos, e.g., no bikes, balcony chairs. Bedroom doors lock from inside so you should request the door keys. The balcony door doesn't lock with a key so can be opened from the inside. No stair gate. Several houses in the street were being renovated when we were there and sometimes the daytime noise was unbearable - the host is responsive, so it's worth enquiring in advance.

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

The house is located in the village next to the road. This is the first time my parents and I have come to Chiang Mai and we are looking forward to this journey❤️Tatum was kind enough to answer questions and recommend places to go around! Tatum found out that my father is a chef from China and recommende..As our family of three stayed in the house, it was great that the house had a children's room that met my staying needs, as well as having two bathrooms and a large fridge!🤩On the day we arrived in Chiang Mai, Tatum also helped us contact a motorcycle dealer! Thank you very much! If the next time my family has the opportunity to return to Chiang Mai, I will not hesitate to stay at Tatum's house!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Wie haben die Zeit bei Alastair & Nok sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und dadurch, dass diese etwas außerhalb von Chiang Mai liegt, super geeignet für alle jene die sich nach etwas Ruhe sehnen.

집은 쾌적하고 깔끔하며 넓었습니다. 헬스장과 수영장 시설도 있었고, 1층엔 카페와 여행 패키지를 예약할 수 있는 등 편리했습니다. 다만 콘도앞과 주변에 유흥업소가 있어서 어린아이와 동반한다면 조금은 불편할 수 있습니다.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

fantastische week gehad met 6 personen(3 koppels). ieder een eigen slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. Een paar minuten lopen van een grote op buitenlanders gerichte supermarkt met oa goed brood. Restaurants zijn ook in de directe omgeving. Het zwembad is groter dan van sommige hotels. In de wintermaanden is het water fris, maar voor Noord Europeanen goed te doen. Alle Grab chauffeurs en pickup services kunnen het makkelijk vinden. De North Gate is op loop afstand.

“Heaven on earth” is an understatement! Jan and his staff were available yet discreet and have at heart of providing state of the art hosting. The place is beautiful and peaceful yet restaurants are within a short walking distance. Book without any hesitation!

L’appartement est tel que décrit, pratique et confortable pour un court ou un long séjour avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris si vous travaillez en ligne comme moi (bonne connexion et espace de travail). L’hôtesse s’est montrée très amicale et réactive et flexible pour nos heures d’arrivée et départ, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. L’emplacement est pratique si vous aimez le quartier de Nimman (quartier animé mais plutôt tourné vers les expats et touristes où tout ressemble à l’Occident et coûte plus cher). Le ménage manquait un peu de précision pour nous mais globalement nous nous sommes sentis bien, merci :)
