房间非常干净舒服，晚上睡觉很安静。最重要的是房东人很热情，给我们提供了许多帮助，回复及时。下一次来清迈，我会毫不犹豫选择住在这里。我们才刚刚离开，我家的两个孩子就开始想念这个院子了，真的是很棒的体验！

我们在清迈度过了美好的时光，房子很干净舒适，有个美丽的院子，我们可以运动，鸟语花香，房东非常热心和乐于助人，因为飞机晚点，我们到达清迈已经晚上11点，房东来机场接我们，返程是早班机，清早房东送我们。热心地给我们推荐好玩的地方，并且开车送我们过去。非常感谢她的帮助。 下次来清迈还会入住这里。

The villa is a traditional Thai house, architecturally very beautiful with stilts. It has a large compound which offers a quiet and peaceful environment. The basic facilities and the friendly helpers make our stay very comfortable. But it is located a bit far off from the main road, this makes the transport arrangement a bit difficult during the early and late hours. If your flight is in the wee hours, then it would be advisable to pre-arrange your transportation. Despite this, I would still consider to come back for a stay in future.

Bill was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. He was thoughtful and helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He had water and extra supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc which was really helpful, especially being out of town. There was a gym, which Bill recommended, within walking distance too. We were a group of 9 who stayed for nearly 3 weeks and we were very comfortable- the house is spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we sometimes had was we had to wait a bit longer find grab. I would suggest using grab for getting home from town as songtau drivers/ taxis outside of grab had trouble finding the location. Using the ‘plus code’ on google maps was the most accurate for finding the accomodation. The community the house is in was lovely, the neighbours were friendly and would stop for a chat or to drop off some fruit etc. FYI; You have to pay for power, for us it cost us an average of an extra 255baht per night.

The most lovely hosts and place Ive ever been to. Silence all around, birds singing, squirrels on the trees. The terrace is the best spot. if you are a digital nomad seeking for a spot far from the city noise and rush, do not hesitate, just come here and you wont regret. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and they really do care about guest's comfort. Highly recommended !

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.
