Great place to relax in peace and greenery. Away from city life and traffic . Clean cozy and beautiful family house. Very friendly , helpful and kind host .

We’ve used Airbnb for many years and this place is one of our favorites ever!! We originally wanted to rent a house in Chiang Rai after staying in the Nimman area but those plans fell through and we found this fantastic property in the outskirts of City Center and what a treat it was. Nice, peaceful and quiet. A beautiful home with lots of space and a private pool! The location is further out of town and having a car is beneficial. Using grab or taxi service will be needed but we like to do our own excursions at our own time so this was the perfect place to be. The team at Japandi pool villa was very accommodating for our last minute reservation and had the house cleaned as we arrived. Host and cohosts were proactive and sent every detail beforehand so there was no worry or confusion. The beds were on the firm side but dont let that deter you from booking this place. First time in Chiang Mai and we can’t wait to come back to this wonderful place. Thanks for having us!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Airbnb liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, aber sehr schön zwischen Reisfeldern. Auch sonst war alles wie beschrieben und sauber. Die Kommunikation hat auch gut funktioniert.

Stayed here for one night to celebrate my family's birthday, and it was perfect! We had a great time—the pool and BBQ area were awesome, the villa was super clean and comfy, and we all slept so well. The location is also really convenient, close to shopping malls but still quiet and private. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay at Amy’s. It was clean and spacious. It was in a quiet area with a beautiful garden area. Amy was incredible responsive and helpful any time we had a question or needed something. I would recommend staying at Amy’s place!

超棒的入住体验，房间里面的设施配套堪称完美，厨房用具更是齐全，是我们在此次行程当中住过的最完美的一套房子，从入住到退房，每一个细节都让我感到贴心和舒适，房东姐姐还带我们去逛了附近村里面的集市，给了我们很多有用的旅行建议，下次再来，我一定还会选择这家民宿！

Very nice and clean house, the price is really reasonnable. Very confortable for 4 people. Laundry was a plus for sure. 7Eleven just nearby and also à good noodle restaurant. This house is far from the city center, but you can take a taxi for a cheap price. It is cheaper than staying in the center and also more quiet.

We love this place so much we stayed here twice! Highly recommended!

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.
