We had a very enjoyable 4 days in Taras beautiful home. Tara did a tremendous job she thought of everything that a family would need including the above ground pool/toys /beach. Very clean and relaxing. We felt very comfortable and safe. We will definitely go back.

My daughters and I, along with their families, enjoyed a wonderful week in Gloria's beautiful home. The outdoor oasis was enjoyed by all. You could walk down to the beach, there's a wagon available to haul beach chairs/toys. Very private backyard. You won't go wrong by reserving this today!

We had fun at Jeffrey’s house! It was a very nice condo and very close to downtown. The pool was also very nice and relaxing.

We had 75 degree weather and rain for 5 days straight in July. Who would have thought?! Having the hot tub and fire pit really saved the trip for us. We did make it down to the beach each day for a couple hours but it was rainy and cool so we came back and warmed up in the hot tub. House was very clean and had a great selection of beach toys to borrow. Terrible mosquitos, but I think thats normal for the area and the amount of rain. Overall we had a nice time and would return. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and also had great amenities to enjoy. AJ was very responsive and helpful when it came to using the pool as well.

Jonathan was an amazing host even thought some stuff came up, he was 100% responsive and attentive, the house was absolutely beautiful, we will definitely book the place again in the future!

We had a great stay at Travis‘splace. It was very clean and stocked very well with lots of spacious room and plenty to do with the kids in the area. And the Pool was a big plus for the girls. Travis was very responsive to all of our questions and our needs. would definitely stay there again. Thanks Travis.

This rental had everything we needed and more. It's super cute and clean, the location is super close to the beach and several restaurants. It's the thoughtful touches that really impressed me, K-cups for the coffeemaker, a bowl of treats and mints, even a basket of dog toys. We will definitely be back!

What a great place! Worked so well for our family! We had 4 adults and two little kids and everyone slept comfortably and there was still more space. The process for checking in, checking out, and how everything worked was very streamlined. Communication was great! We were worried we might not make it because of a tropical depression, and Jerry was communicating back and forth with me prior to the stay. They provided all the items you might need including some items I hadn’t had at a stay before (think hotel stays). The proximity to the beach was great, not a “beachfront” but pretty darn close. There were many times I had to go back for and didn’t want to take the vehicle, easy walk. Would stay here again for sure!!

Our stay was beyond exceptional . The home is like brand new , the furnishings are high end . Great kitchen space for family gatherings . Kitchen island is very large , on one end it’s perfect for meal prep and the other end it’s great for putting together puzzles . The appliances are all in great condition and perfect working order . Many independent areas for conversation , playing games , reading or watching TV. Nice outdoor seating area to enjoy the bay breezes while fishing, crabbing or kayaking or just relaxing . The kitchen is well equipped with all essentials and also include measuring cups , cutting boards , nutrabullet , knives , dish soap and sponge . Bathroom with slip proof rugs . Elevator in perfect working condition , really great for bringing up supplies and luggage . The custom golf cart makes it very enjoyable to ride around the neighborhood and enjoy the bay breezes and spotting unusual shore birds. Jeff , the host makes you feel welcome and cared for. Superb

Super clean, had everything we could ask for. Was so nice to have access to clean laundry facilities at house too before we went onto our next stop. Wifi was good and we were able to work remote when needed. The beach was a quick walk away and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. House is exactly as described, super well maintained, well furnished and clean. Rich was a wonderful host. He gave clear explanations for everything.

Great place! Would absolutely return! Places like Rosemarie and Paul’s are the reason I started using Airbnb. Recently Airbnb has so many properties owned by a property management company and they lack all the love and care that places like Rosemarie and Paul have in there space that they kindly share! We had the most wonderful experience celebrating our adult daughter’s birthday at Misty and Kyle’s Salty Swan Bay House. The hosts are very accommodating. Their place is beautifully decorated and pristine. It is everything we had hoped for and more. Our two furry family members enjoyed it as well. The only bad thing is that it ended too soon! Thank you for allowing us to make great memories at your beach house! We will definitely visit again. 💕

From the very moment we reached out to Edgar he was so accommodating and friendly. Going above and beyond with information about the area and the house. More amenities in this house than any place we have ever visited. We were blessed by his hospitality and personal care he showed our family. We will be returning.

Gladden accommodated us at the last minute. It was the perfect location for us. Plenty of room for all of our children and their families. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. We will be booking another trip soon.

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

Great stay with the fam bam over the weekend. Definitely loved the location as it was easy to get to the pier and our other destinations. All around great stay, would definitely considering staying in one of Luthers properties again

We really enjoyed our stay. One room had a little bit of sand in the bed but the home was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and other things needed.

What a beautiful home! My family and i were awed by the decor, cleanliness and touch of detail to the home. Check in was easy, you can walk yo the beach but its a couple of blocks away. The backyard has a lot of amazing amenities. Good for entertainment after a day at the beach!

This place is amazing. The heated pool was on point. The kitchen is organized beyond belief. The house even had a nice first aid kit for the small booboo that happen. We've stayed here twice and we'd stay again. Garage access helps keep vehicles safe and off the street. Good nieghbors. Last but not least in the middle of Galveston which makes it eazy to get anywhere in no time. Thanks Michael for having us again!

Our party of six loved this house. It was in an excellent location and there was nothing misleading from their advertisement of the home. The owners responded very quick to any of our inquiries! Would definitely visit this home again!

The place was just as lovely as described! I had such a nice time walking down to the beach. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I would absolutely love to come back again!
