It was our first time in the Philippines and Marlon was the perfect host. Avant staff was so friendly and welcoming. Marlon was super responsive if I had any questions and made awesome recommendations in the area. He provided clear instructions that made checking in to our quarters very smooth. The a/c was super cold and the apartment had more than enough room for 4. It was so convenient to have a working washer and dryer at our convenience. I will definitely be booking again!

A Perfect Home Away from Home! We recently had the pleasure of staying in Andrea's Airbnb apartment at Flair Towers, and from the very start, it was nothing short of exceptional! The unit was pristine, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—a true home away from home. Unlike other accommodations where our foreign clients have stayed during their recuperation, Andrea's apartment provided the perfect healing environment they needed. The ambiance, cleanliness, and overall comfort made all the difference in their recovery journey. Without a doubt, this is one of the best accommodations we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing, and it has now become our top choice for future stays. Highly recommended!

We had a comfortable stay! The place is so nice and super clean. We love lounging at the sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with all the things you need and the condiments provided were lifesaver! Sir Ryan is very accomodating, responsive, and kind. He made sure that we're having a great time. We allso enjoyed resting at the balcony with the view of the pool, garden and city. I had a really pleasant stay at Janine's place. The unit was clean and organized. The location is perfect since the building is literally next to my workplace and there's Mcdo, Starbucks, and convenience stores nearby. The bed is so comfortable and the AC works well. Overall it was excellent!

The unit was clean, complete and has a great location. Easy accessible to most such as shopping, food etc. I wish that it includes a free parking for guest. The bed will need replacement soon as the the middle part is already worn that caused discomfort. Overall, great place, great price and good deal.

The host was always helpful, friendly and responded quickly. We chose this area because it's generally quiet at night and that's certainly the case here, no disturbing traffic or other noise but still a convenient walk to Greenbelt, etc. There's a Starbucks and 7-11 very near by too. This is a big condo compared to most we have stayed at in Manila. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom towels very good quality. There's a nice powerful shower and the water can go as hot as you need. We didn't use the kitchen but it's a big space. The WiFi signal was very strong, even in the bedroom and the owner had just bought a big new TV with Netflix when we were there. My wife loved that the owner has some nice plants in the unit, making it feel homely. There are only 2 (+2) condos on the floor on this level so very private, it's also on a high floor. The building lobby is also very nice. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

I really loved the place. It’s quiet and very convenient to get around places. The parking is nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. The host and co-host are really welcoming and easy to talk to. They even allowed me to do a really late check out. The amenities are prestine

Very clean and cozy place! I also appreciate the fact that you can find almost everything you need, from office supplies to phone cables. The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. Rooms and furniture was well maintained , Overall it was a pleasant Stay, it felt like home away from home. Will again Book the same. Thanks Yhamessa for all the support

Great location with many eateries, 24hr convenience stores and access to taxis, etc. Situated in a more quiet part of Makati. The apartment is perfect and comfortable, simple but very effective.

Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.
