San Luis de Sabinillas : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Spacious, clean and lovely flat, right next to the beach and next to the pool. We had a really good time there as a family. The kids enjoyed the garden, we really enjoyed the terrace with the view. Great host too, very easy for communication and check in / check out! Would stay there again anytime and would definitely recommend it to others. A car is definitely recommended for shopping and to get to other places, unless all you need is the beach and the restaurants close by :)

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . We had a wonderful time in Laurent’s apartment. Laurent is a fantastic host. We stayed with our 3-month-old son, and Laurent even arranged a changing mat for us, which was really thoughtful. He personally greeted us upon check-in, explained everything, and was always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment offers an incredible view of the sea, and we enjoyed watching both the sunrise in the mornings and the sunset in the evenings. The apartment is located right on the promenade, making it perfect for leisurely walks. We were able to park our rental car in a parking garage just 5 minutes away for a fee. For groceries, we visited the Marbella Market Hall / 7 min walk /where we found fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish. The apartment is located in a lively area, so it can be quite noisy in the evenings, but overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Laurent’s apartment.

We loved our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the sea and the paseo. A secure and convenient location. Halfway between marina and the Old Town. There was no traffic in front of building. Everything was steps away from apartment — restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, fruit vendors, bakeries, etc. Raquel & Juanma were such friendly, professional and responsive hosts. We would not hesitate to return.

Endroit tranquille au bord de la mer. La maison est très accueillante. Très bien équipée et très confortable. Située très près de restaurants où on a très bien mangé, de supermarchés et même de club sportifs (Tenis, paddle,surf...). Je tiens à remercier vivement l'équipe Terrasur qui par leur réactivité et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. On a passé une semaine top.

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich schön. In jeder Hinsicht. Die Lage, die Aussicht, die Einrichtung alles super! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werden sicherlich nochmal dahingehen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr gut. Er hat bei allen Fragen sofort reagiert und hat uns einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Absolut empfehlenswert

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The space was clean, well-equipped, and had all the essentials. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. The host was outstanding—very polite, responsive, and quick to fix any small issues that came up. Absolutely incredible stay! Location was incredible, right next to the pool, beach and bars and restaurants! The pool was so clean, beach was so amazing and the food in the restaurants were great! Julia and Nick's property is a wonderful spot for a holiday getaway. Our group of five (four adults and a six-year-old) spent a week there, and we had an incredible experience. The house is roomy, immaculate, and equipped with everything you might need. The pool’s warm water was perfect, and we spent countless hours swimming and relaxing in it. Although the nearest beach wasn't the best, there are several lovely beaches within a short drive—some just 10 minutes away, others about 30 minutes. The location is central to several coastal towns that are well worth exploring. These towns have beautiful beaches and offer delicious, comforting food. Julia and Nick are fantastic hosts—very helpful and always attentive. They reached out to us about a week before our arrival, provided all the details we needed, and promptly answered all our questions. Thank you, Julia and Nick, for sharing your wonderful home and for being such gracious hosts.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. Easy check-in and good communication. We were with two small kids. They loved the place and there were even some toys. Everyday we had a nice walk to the center of Estepona. There is no stroller friendly walk-down to the beach directly from the apartment, we used to walk 300m on the main road and then you can turn to the promenade which is really nice. 4 minutes by car to supermarket. We really enjoyed the stay.

Sehr schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage am Strand. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Moderne Einrichtung. Es war eine schöne Zeit bei Paloma.

Clare was a great host. Good communication and clear instructions for arriving and departing. Some good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The property was lovely, as described and in a gorgeous location.

Had a great stay enjoying the pool beach, and coast walk. The property is accurately described and met our needs well as a group of 5 adults, baby and dog! The urbanisation itself is well kept and has a friendly feel whilst being quiet and relaxed for families.

Had a lovely stay in this very clean and convenient apartment. The facilities were all super clean and it had all the amenities you can possibly need for a short trip. In addition the location was also great with both the city centre and the beach being a short walk away. Shengeng was a great host, very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. He made us feel really at home. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family and should I return, this is the first property I will be looking to book.

Outside the high season please check if things are open, I bought this vacation as a gift for a friend but ultimately we where destined to stay in the appartement. The apartment was great! P.s. take a usb-a with music so you can put it on the sound system.

Great location so closed to the beach and all cafes, restaurants. The apartment is really beautiful and has everything what you need including beach towels and chair :-) I can highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Erik’s apartment. Everything was perfectly prepared for us when we arrived — including beach towels and loungers, cooking ingredients, plenty of dishes and pots, shampoo, enough hangers, and even an iron for our clothes. Erik was in constant communication with us throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend his place for a couple. The views are absolutely stunning, and the service was excellent.

We both had a fantastic time and it made it much easier with Christine as a very helpful / friendly host. Would reccomend to anyone staying in Marbella. Easy access to both the old town and the beach.
