This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

From my toddler to the adults in our group, we all felt right at home at Brian’s house. The home is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with cozy beds and pillows. We also appreciated the extra mattress in the closet, which was just as comfortable. The garage was stocked with games for all ages, making our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Brian’s house the next time we visit San Diego. Thank you, Brian, for sharing your wonderful home with us!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We also had some family come over for a meal and the game room was a huge hit! The outside was very peaceful and beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time enjoying Cather estates! The home had everything that we needed and Naomi was a fantastic host. She was responsive, accommodating, and timely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The host was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of any issues that arose, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The backyard was a highlight—serene, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The value for the price was definitely worth it, and we'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The place was excellent for me and my family. It was homey, spacious, had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Loved the location and the home. Was near everything we needed. The home was clean and provided everything as the description stated.

The home is very comfortable, spacious, quiet, and has all the amenities you could want (especially if traveling with baby/toddler) and plenty of lovely outdoor space. A short drive to all the area attractions, while being in a peaceful neighborhood setting. Will definitely rent this home again when we’re back in the area!

To be honest this visit was wonderful. The beds were comfy and memory foam bed in the masters was like heaven. We like the close distance to legoland. Showers were very clean.Trader Joe’s and costco are close by and so convenient. The hosts showed lots of convenience and hospitality we are so blessed to have Daniel and Emily as our host .the play area outside was beautiful and hot tub is super clean with no yucky sand in it. The gym was perfect for morning workouts to start the day with fresh air and super organized. Highly recommend this house. We came with eleven people and each had a nice bed. The ac was working and it made the kids feel nice and cozy. TV was nice and big and how the couches are laid out we could have good view. Everything was working super well. Dan and Emily are very flexible and nice. The house manual guided every step we needed help with. Thanks for spending your time to make it. I can’t express my feeling through 1000 characters . The kids were thankful.

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

We loved the location! Kevin was super responsive- particularly when on the morning of checkout, I let them know our youngest had just gotten injured. We were only a couple of hours from checkout and instead of loading up, we had to take him to urgent care for stitches. Kevin was super understanding and kind about our delay. As someone who is always on time, leaving late pained me, but it was so appreciated that we weren’t made to feel badly about the situation. Overall great place, enjoyed our stay very much, and will recommend to others!

This place sure beats a hotel with the same amenities. Someone really decided to design places that have everything you want in a rental unit for travel, vacation, or temporary stay. It is also designed so that it is hard to tell that someone else stayed here before you did! This temporary home was a wonderful surprise! I can think of anything else that the room could have had, but my wife would have liked to see a cabinet in the bathroom. This room has 4 beds. This means several toothbrushes and other things that had to be kept on the sink. That being said, we would choose this place and recommend it to people we care about.

Cute condo with plenty of space! Only issue was having to wrestle with the auto door lock. Lindsey was very kind and responsive as well!

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

This place was great! Walked to the beach, to the store, and even took the rail path to Encinitas. The unit is well stocked with anything you need-beach stuff, loads of towels and pillows and blankets and fully stocked kitchen. The patios are great for morning coffee. Both bedrooms have a lovely ocean view. The neighborhood is very quiet and occasionally you’re serenaded by the train going by. Judith is very responsive and has detailed information about everything in a notebook. Self check in is simple. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful modern home in a great location. There was a great bakery (Don Felipe's Panaderia) near and plenty of other food places in walking distance. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms and closets were spacious. The kitchen had plenty of seasonings, quality dishware, utensils and cookware. We did get to utilize the grill and the kitchen was stocked with grilling tools. Parking was a breeze and secure. Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite.

Very happy with this studio. So convenient to beach which is the best! Also restaurants right outside your door. A very good, holiday vibe. Spent a lot of time at Mrkt on corner for coffee. And although the studio doesn't have much sun, it was very comfortable and had all that one needs. And Leti responded quickly and was there to help with any issue. Great stay! Thank you!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

This is a lovely townhouse near the beach! The complex includes a half that is on the beach and then across the road is the half with this home. The unit itself is clean, modern, and simply but nicely appointed for a pet friendly stay. Master bedroom is actually the room with 2 queen beds (in which our kids stayed) and the other bedroom with a king is fine but not quite as lovely. So my kids got a balcony and more spacious bathroom! This is a quick walk to the dog beach, its own private beach, and the sea viewing deck and clubhouse with sea view in the section of the complex across the road. A little frustrating that dogs are not allowed to do their business inside the complex - you have to walk them outside the gates every time. Upon arrival, we discovered an odor from previous guest's pet having urinated on the living room area rug, but Sommer was super proactive in immediately replacing the rug and re-cleaning the floor which solved the problem. Jacuzzi was nice on rainy days!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

This was our 2nd stay in this building with Sea Breeze. You cannot beat the location! It is not just walkable, the view out the patio is all ocean, there is only a parking lot separating you from the sand. And it can be fun to people watch those come and go in the parking lot as well. The bed is comfortable and the place is spacious. Plus, so many great restaurants to walk to. There are no chain restaurants which is even better. I also recommend taking a food tour experience. Check out the Airbnb experiences that are available during your stay.

Had a wonderful stay! Perfect for two people. The proximity to the beach and garage full of toys were definitely the highlight. I have never seen an Airbnb with so many free offerings to its guests. Literally everything you could ever want for a beach activity is available in the garage. We took two of the bikes and had a wonderful ride along the beach. Only slight inconvenience were the guests in the condo above had kids and you can hear lots of footsteps, but it didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

La Costa is a beautiful place to stay. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lovely well equipped apartment.
