Excelente ubicación, muy buen clima y cómodo ambiente

Excelente lugar, la casa es hermosa nos brindó lo necesario para que nuestra estadía fuera estupenda, la ubicación es céntrica y segura. Miguel estuvo atento previo al viaje para dar las indicaciones y contactos necesarios, sin duda si vuelvo a ir a San Felipe me hospedaría de nuevo acá.

Me gustó mucho mi estadía, Jorge fue muy amable y estuvo en todo momento para ayudarnos. Se anticipo a las posibles preguntas que podríamos haber hecho lo cual hizo que encontrar el hospedaje fuera muy sencillo ☺️ Me gustó mucho los pequeños detalles que dejó Jorge en el alojamiento como tabletas de Raid contra los mosquitos, shampo y acondicionador, toallas, agua pura y hielo preparado. 💖 Realmente todo era igual de lindo como en las fotografías, además de estar súper cerca de los parques. 👙🌴

Buen lugar. Grande. comodo. con todo lo necesario. limpio y seguro. A 10min de parque xetulul. volveria a alojarme sin duda.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

Thank you Jenny and Clemens for a wonderful stay! The photos don’t do this place justice—it’s even more stunning in person! The directions were perfectly clear, but I highly recommend using the private transport they offer—it makes the journey much smoother. Whether you arrive via the public or private dock, keep in mind there are steep stairs. Clemens was kind enough to arrange help with our suitcases, which was greatly appreciated! Also, don’t stay out too late—the path is very dark at night, and if you’re arriving in the evening, definitely bring groceries. And to my surprise, Casa del Mundo was just next door, which was super convenient. As beautiful as the property is, the best part was how responsive the hosts were. When my friend and I got a little lost, Clemens immediately called to make sure we were okay. It made us feel really cared for. Highly recommend this stay!

Ya me había quedado antes en esta torre de apartamentos y sin duda es de las mejores zonas para alojarse, es seguro y al rededor hay muchos restaurantes y áreas de recreación y el apartamento de Andrea es muy cómodo, espacioso e ideal para viajes en familia.

Quedamos enamorados de la casa, es como en las fotos y creo que hasta mejor. Todo súper completo y limpio, dio mucho gusto y placer descansar en la casa. Hans siempre responde rápido y es muy amable. Don Carlos el guardián es una persona maravillosa, paciente, amable y bueno. Sin duda tengo que volver. 1000/10 👌🏻

El lugar tiene muy buena ubicación en la Calle Santader, un lugar suficiente para descansar y tener todo accesible.

Spacious apartment with all the necessary basics. Courtyard and appartment itself have a lot of character. Very close to parque central. Luis was very nice and responsive.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

Andrea und ihr Team waren immer erreichbar und haben super schnell auf Frage etc. reagiert. Die super freundliche Art von Alejandra hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderen gemacht. Neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines tolles Restaurant, wo man sehr gut frühstücken kann. Wenn man sich nicht unbedingt selbst versorgen möchte, ist das eine tolle Alternative. Von dem Steg aus kommt man mit dem Boot überall hin. Andrea hat einen tollen Kontakt zu einem Reiseunternehmen hergestellt, mit denen wir Ausflüge planen und buchen konnten. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

Very nice stay about 10 minute walk from the main hub of San Marcos. Secluded and quiet, right on the water. Had some amazing sunrises. Being so close to the water, there will be bugs, but that was expected and manageable with turning lights off/closing doors at night. Bed was very comfortable.

Sarah was such an amazing host because she was super helpful with transportation arrangements, activity recommendations and responsive to messages. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and the location was great because there were plenty of restaurant options, it felt safe and is just a short walk away from the lake-side.
