“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Aun así, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y sin duda lo recomendaríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!”

Paolo è stato gentilissimo, dal momento della prenotazione fino al momento del check-out, casa splendida, con un giardino ampio, piscina calda e fredda, possibilità di grigliare e pure un simpaticissimo cagnone enorme che ci ha fatto compagnia e giocato con noi per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Paolo e la sua famiglia si sono sempre mostrati disponibilissimi e molto molto pazienti con noi. Ci è stata lasciata tantissima libertà di gestirci come volevamo noi, senza troppi vincoli e anzi, Paolo ci ha aiutati tantissimo nel fare le attività che avevamo pianificato. Raccomando a chiunque voglia spendere un paio di giornate lontane dal caos urbano di parma, ma senza dover rifugiarsi in una qualche casa sperduta di collina. Posto accessibilissimo e tranquillo, non avremmo potuto chiedere di più. Lorenzo

A quick but great stay at Elena’s place. The house is fully furnished, and you immediately get the vibe of Italian hospitality. This is not a 21st century place, the photos do the house justice. But you get a stay in a traditional house with fantastic views. The only issue we had during our stay was a plugged toilet. Easy communication with host throughout. We will pick this place again if we ever drive back through.

really glad that I made decision to spend the nights in this hidden gem. it is immaculate clean , very italian-styled living space, equipped with beautiful art pieces and decorations. beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine and olive oil for garnishing. although we had some issues with the heater, host quickly sent help over and taught us how to operate the heating system. wonderful experience!

Staying at Mario's place was like being at home. Andrea and Sara took amazing care of us, they provided all the info needed before we arrived and while we were there. No need to ask anything as all was well explained and set out for us. The flat was spotless clean and had all the amenities for the stay. We were also welcomed with a nice bottle of local wine, what else can you expect? No noise coming from the outside or from the other apartments and the fact that the building is not directly facing the street makes it cozy and private. We had dinner in some of the recommendations they gave us and the food was amazing! Public transport also very efficient and very close to the apartment. Definitely recommended! We will stay with them again when in Modena!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday.
