Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

Nico’s place is all you could want for a San Francisco place. It is urbane and classy, reminded me of London. It is located on a quiet street with lots of eating options nearby. The muni line at DuBoce is a few blocks away with easy access to downtown and the airport via BART. I have stayedin many bnb’s in this area, and it is definitely the best. I would definitely stay again.

Le spa se trouve dans un environnement de nature avec de beaux Eucalyptus géants qui donne un cachet particulier. Laura est toujours disponible et répond rapidement à nos besoins. Nous avons adoré l'endroit avec toutes ses commodités et avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous y retournerons assurément !

If you need to stay in West Berkeley, this is a very convenient spot. The cottage is unusual and artistic. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs kitchen with loads of windows.

Felt like it was just lke my home accept they have a hot tub that I used almost every night during my stay also had a beautiful garden. Is very quiet and relaxing.

Our second visit to Paula and Rosemary's Airbnb was just as nice as our first stay there. We were impressed by how welcoming, clean and comfortable it was for us, and we'd be glad to return there next time we're in Oakland to visit our family.

Lori and Don raise the bar on how to welcome guests. This home away from home was warm and welcoming, gorgeously stocked with small kindnesses to ease in travelers showing up late. I loved seeing a small flock of sheep and goats graze the pasture behind the house in the early morning, and hearing the chickens cluck in the frontyard coop while getting some fresh morning air.

Great home base for the Bay Area! Beautiful gardens and lemon trees. Perfect Berkeley spot to relax!

We spent 4 nights at Wrich's home in San Jose. We loved the privacy and appreciated that it was a separate unit with no shared walls. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and we loved taking our dogs on walks to the nearby park. There are many friendly kitties outside who love to say hello. The unit was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. It was the perfect place to stay with our pets. Wrich was highly communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for pets and families. Also great for business travelers.

Finding an accessible Airbnb is difficult when you are disabled. But Ramil’s house was perfect for us! From the helpful wheelchair ramps into the house to the spacious interior, wide door frames, and plenty of room to maneuver around furniture. This house was a dream when it comes to accessible vacation homes!

We met family from out of town at Nancy’s place and there were several places for adults to hang out separate than kids- great set up!

Great location, walking distance to go watch the sunset from the bluff of the ocean. The house being at the end of the street was a plus. Home felt very private and you can hear the waves crashing…Both Guliz and Matt were very helpful and quick to respond to our needs.🥰 My partner is in a wheelchair, but easy to bump him up the one step into the house. Our lab loved the doggy friendly home and the large yard to play fetch! 🐶 We will be back~

2nd time staying here! Great space with nice touches that are appreciated and it’s centrally located for Oakland and the East Bay. Will definitely come back next time I do Airbnb in Oakland

We were so happy we chose Matt and Krisztina's place. Perfect for a girls getaway to hike the Dipsea stairs. Fabulous location! Very restful, quiet area. Love the history of the home. Matt and Krisztina were great hosts! Looking forward to next time!

I stayed here for a month and it was great, I highly recommend! As described and seen in the pictures. Annie was helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. I think this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a child or small/medium-sized pet. Clean and cozy with nice, warm lighting. The bed was comfy, kitchen was small but well-equipped, living room was roomy with a medium-sized couch, and bathroom more than sufficient. I loved relaxing on the deck as well! The neighborhood is hilly and beautiful, close to bus/ferry/restaurants/stores. Touristy downtown, but not as much in the immediate vicinity. I walked A LOT with my dog and enjoyed it, but the hills can be steep! Definitely a very safe area. The only “con” is, in my opinion, it’s just a bit expensive for the size. However, I understand it’s in a pretty wealthy neighborhood and am sure Airbnb fees/taxes account for a decent part of the cost. Suffice to say, this is a once-in-a-long-while stay for me. Hopefully that’s fair.

I was in Danville to visit friends. I had time and easy opportunity to walk Iron Horse trail out their back gate to the downtown area and to enjoy the shops, restaurants and ambiance. The area is desirable for so many reasons and John's home and guest house is another pleasant part of that attraction. Thanks.

This AirBnB exceeded my expectations! It was private and so nice and clean - It really was perfect! Jenny was super friendly and responsive. We could not have picked a better place to stay. The guest in the other room was a super neighbor. The first week we stayed 2 nights and the second week we stayed 5 nights. I highly recommend Jenny's place if you're needing a place to stay while in Walnut Creek.

Amy's place was wonderful - one of the few places we've ever stayed that was even better in person than in pictures. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The outdoor space was amazing, plenty of quiet spaces to lounge in the sun and walk around. The area was great as well, quiet but close to downtown, and Amy was a thoughtful and responsive host, we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The one thing to note is that the Wi-fi could be unreliable - we both worked from the Airbnb, and made it work for the week, but something to note for future visitors. We'd definitely recommend this place and plan to come back next time we visit. Thank you Amy!

Gina’s place is a sanctuary. The views are absolutely stunning and you feel transported, like you’ve gone to a tropical paradise. Everything was spotless and beautiful and at the same time cozy. I could not recommend this place enough.

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

We had a restful stay at Polina's. Everything was as described. I suggest arriving during daylight when you check in since the surrounding streets can be confusing.

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

If I could give a rating of 6 stars, I would. This is my go-place when I have to be in the Bay Area.....if it is available. Peaceful is amazing to work with. It has a great location, gated parking, very comfortable bed and more
