Amazing stay! The apartment is perfect and you feel right at home immediately. Very close to beach and about a 10 min bike ride from the town. Would definitely come back!

Our stay is Vincenzo's apartment was excellent! It is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment decorated with a lot of taste and love. We stayed here a bit longer, and it felt very much like being at home. The owners are extremely nice and helpful in case of any questions. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is plans to visit this part of Italy.

We had an incredible stay at Massimo's place in Rimini! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Massimo was an exceptional host, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend

Ottima esperienza: l’appartamento corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto. Posizione perfetta per poi spostarsi a piedi e per parcheggiare agevolmente e senza costi. Ambiente luminoso, pulito, ampio e arredato con semplicità e gusto. Zona tranquilla e vicinissima a mare e servizi. Efficace e puntuale la comunicazione con l’host.

Ottimo appartamento, vicino al mare, non vicinissimo alla stazione, 15-20 minuti a piedi. Posto auto privato ottimo per la zona

Un piccolo angolo immerso nella campagna marchigiana, appartamento pulito ed in ordine, trovi tutto ciò che serve per cucinare, la biancheria da letto e da bagno pulitissima Silvia è super , disponibile, accogliente e attenta . Grazie il nostro soggiorno a Pesaro è stato all insegna del relax.

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

Zona davvero tranquilla e ben servita, perfetta per rilassarsi ma anche comoda per raggiungere il centro e altre attrazioni nelle vicinanze. L’appartamento è curato nei dettagli, molto pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, dalla cucina attrezzata al Wi-Fi veloce. Fin dalla prenotazione l’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, fornendoci supporto e risposte rapide. Al nostro arrivo (con check-in anticipato), ci ha dato tutte le istruzioni per accedere facilmente con il telefono, il che è stato molto comodo. Inoltre ci ha fornito una guida dettagliata con ristoranti consigliati, supermercati... Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, anche il nostro cane si è ambientato benissimo. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

świetna lokalizacja, zameldowanie łatwe z możliwością ustalenia wcześniejszej godziny, blisko do plaży, dworca kolejowego i centrum miasta, zadbane i czyste mieszkanie, duzy plus za klimatyzacje😉jedyne co bym zmieniła to większą ilosc papieru toaletowego i workow na smieci, ogolnie polecam !!

Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questo bel appartamento, ristrutturato di recente, dove non manca proprio niente per trascorrere una bellissima vacanza! Appartamento fresco, dotato di aria condizionata , x 4 persona è perfetto! Situato in una via tranquilla, senza problemi di parcheggio.dista 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e 15 minuti sempre a piedi dal centro di Bellaria! Cinzia è veramente una super host! Ci ha dispensato su un sacco di eventi, sempre presente x ogni evenienza! Che dire, siamo stai veramente bene!

Esperienza assolutamente positiva! :) Il Signor Stefano molto puntuale e gentile, pronto a fornire chiarimenti rispetto a domande e curiosità sull'alloggio e sui dettagli di regole generali, servizi, check-in e check-out. Appartamento come da foto e di più, la matrimoniale in foto sembra più piccola quando in realtà è molto spaziosa! Tutto pulito e in ordine, letti comodi e zona tranquilla, abbiamo riposato tutti benissimo! :) A due passi dal palacongressi, ottimo come appoggio in questi casi. Tutti gli ospiti soddisfatti dell'esperienza e dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Nient'altro da aggiungere :) alla prossima!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een klein appartement, waar perfect gebruik gemaakt is van de ruimte. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Voor ons zeker een adres om terug te komen!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Andrea nous a super bien accueilli et a été de très bon conseils pour nos visites dans les alentours (restaurants, activités, etc.) Le logement était spacieux, parfaitement fonctionnel et très propre. Le parking gratuit et privé, ainsi que le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de réserver ce logement. Ps : pour ceux qui voudraient se rendre au grand prix de Moto GP (comme ça a été notre cas), sachez que le circuit est accessible très facilement, environ 10 min de voiture.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Hotel Stupendo, curato, pulito e in zona centralissima, abbiamo passato una settimana in uno stupendo appartamento vista mare, pulito e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. All arrivo Valentina è stata gentilissima nel mostrarci sia il parcheggio sia l appartamento e a spiegarci dettagliatamente le regole della casa. Consigliamo vivamente la struttura e sicuramente valuteremo un altra permanenza presso di loro per l anno prossimo.

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommen und immer gut erreichbar ! Das Grundstück liegt etwas abseits und man hat dort seine Privatsphäre. Allerdings liegen nicht in all zu weiter Ferne El Pesaro, Rimini und San Marino, falls man etwas unternehmen möchte. Für einen Gruppenaufenthalt ist das Haus zudem perfekt ausgestattet. Schließlich wurde uns bei der Ankunft sogar ein Kuchen serviert und ein Snack unter der Woche von den Vermietern zubereitet, was sehr nett war :)
