San Miguel de Allende : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Great place to stay while in San Miguel! The place was exactly as described, very comfortable and clean. The location was great to explore SMA. Meredith was responsive and proactive with her communications! Would highly recommend staying here during your visit.

A perfect room for a solo traveler. Quite, cozy room at convenient location. Definitely stay here if I visit San Miguel de Allende again.

El lugar es increíble, mucho mejor que en fotos. El único inconveniente fue qué el Internet no conectaba, pero se pusieron en contacto con el proveedor y se resolvió al día siguiente. Hay que considerar qué las calles son angostas y una camioneta entraría con dificultad.

The casita was wonderful. Large, everything we needed or wanted, and very comfortable. We hsd a delightful stay.

Lovely space, we had everything we needed and were centrally located to many beautiful boutiques and shops. The host was responsive and quick to help us when we got lock out of the room. The view from the kitchen is gorgeous and we also appreciated the tea and the soft and clean sheets.

Christina’s place looks just like the pictures! she was very responsive, the beds were super comfortable and the airbnb is in the perfect destination (not too far but still near a ton of restaurants and cafes). We had a minor issue with a water pipe breaking but Christina was quick to address and resolve the issue for us.

En lo particular la comunicación con la Srita Pam siempre fue de inmediata así como las llamadas que se le realizaron por lo del boiler. La casa estaba super limpia y olía impecable, sinceramente yo volvería al lugar sin ningún problema. Además que es Pet friendly y nuestra perruna es parte de nuestra familia y es un punto más a favor para el alojamiento para nosotros los turistas.

This place is beautiful. The view is incredible, and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable, as well as very clean. It's also very close to downtown. Going back might be more challenging because of the hills, but the free shuttle makes it very easy. You can also have access to the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. I would definitely go back. Dios bendiga a los dueños que comparten el espacio que con tanto amor decoraron. Realmente cálida y cómoda. Sin duda volveríamos. A unas cuadras se encuentra la casa club, que está de lujo también y cuenta con alberca.

We couldn't have asked or hoped for a more PERFECT home to "make our own" during my birthday celebration this past month! This was one of many homes that we have stayed in while in SMA over the past 21 years, and it was by far the #1 pick. Place was awesome, super comfortable and housed 4 sets of adults and a baby very comfortably for a week. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

El departamento está muy bien ubicado (cerca de la plaza central de San Miguel). Tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para sentirse cómodo, poder cocinar (si uno quiere), calentadores en las habitaciones (que son muy útiles en esta época del año), agua de garrafón permanente, habitaciones de buen tamaño con camas cómodas. Fue una muy buena elección para ir en familia y disfrutar San Miguel Lo único que deben revisar es el acceso al agua caliente en las duchas que es limitado(en los lava manos y en la cocina si sale bien el agua caliente).

Excelente casa tal cual aparece en la descripción. Alberto y Luis en todo momento contestan estan super atentos y la casa esta limpia, bonita y en una linda zona. Todo excelente sin duda regresaremos.

We loved our 7 week stay in this location just outside the main center. With the pools, gym on location and a track and pickleball courts across the street, it is a great place to stay active. It is just over 1 km walk to great grocery stores and 3 km right into Centro passing by many excellent restaurants. You can also access these places easily via Ubers for about 75 pesos or so or by the bus across the street for only 8 pesos. The unit itself is well laid out and comfortable and the rooftop deck was a wonderful place to hang out. It had all the amenities we needed for our long stay. Tyrone and Peter were always accessible and helped us out with many things including the booking of their maid to keep the place very tidy. If you are a light sleeper, just a note that this is near a busy road so some traffic noise can be heard as well as any loud neighbor but this was minimal. All in all, it is a great place to stay with tons of amenities and away from the bustle of downtown.

Lovely spot with nice view of creek which also means nice birdsong in the mornings. Easy walk into town. Nice great room layout with large balcony with furniture for sitting. Access to pool. Thoughtful and well chosen decorations. Friendly and accommodating host. Great value. Totally recommend and would return.

Tuvimos una excelente estancia, la propiedad es justo como las fotos y la descripción, muy cómoda limpia y muy funcional. excelente decoración. el jacuzzi es privado y no puede hacerse uso de él, pero a nosotros no nos afectó en lo absoluto. La alberca de la casa club está muy grande y bonita pero el agua está helada, ya no la calientan como anteriormente, es el único tema que yo veo a mejorar. gracias por todo!

Muy buen lugar para quedarse varios días en San Miguel. El lugar muy cómodo y fiel a la descripción y fotos. Nos quedamos 4 y nadie tuvo ninguna queja. La regadera en especial muy cómoda con buena presión y temperatura. Nada más recomendaría buscar la otra entrada al fraccionamiento que es por calles más amplias (en especial si traen coches grandes o chaparros). La cocina está totalmente equipada y el internet de muy buena calidad por si alguien quiere quedarse mucho tiempo. La comunicación muy clara y rápida. Todo altamente recomendable

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, el lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar los días, nos encantó la terraza con vistas hacia el centro. La calle por dónde ingresas está empinada para nosotros no fue problema pero si tienen a alguien con problemas para caminar podría ser un problema. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue buena, así como la limpieza y la zona es muy tranquila y cerca de lugares agradables.

The patio is by far the selling point of this condo. We spent a ton of time just enjoying the view. The artwork is so fun and the neighborhood is fantastic. It was so easy to get Ubers in to the city.
