Laura's place is a great place to stay! There's so many details that show their thoughtfulness in designing the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly host and nice family that made us feel at home. Appartment was very clean,spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a car so the location was perfect for us because we wanted to be in a cozy neighborhood away from the cruise ship traffic. Would stay again without hesitation.

Todo muy bien el alojamiento pequeño pero al final resultó cómodo para mi pequeña familia. Muy limpio y accesible a la alberca a dos pasos, nos encantó esperamos regresar pronto! Aunque no conocimos personalmente a Ibra no tuvimos ningún inconveniente el check in fue rápido y todo estuvo en tiempo y forma.

Great stay! The place was very clean, easy to access, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The place is clean but what stood out for me was the quick responsiveness of host and the water provided by them in the condo . I informed them that we will be using the sofa bed too , so when we reached the place after a tedious long flight it was pleasure to see it already set for us. If anything I wish to add , it would be to have comforter too along with sheet to cover myself as I like to sleep cozy with the comforter but that is my personal choice and doesn’t make condo any less worthwhile . Probably, they would have provided if we would have asked for it but we reached the place quite late so didn’t even ask .

This was a perfect base of operations for my scuba diving trip, only a few minutes walk from the piers and local eateries in town. I never needed a taxi. The host provided a big water cooler (you can't drink tap water on Cozumel) as well as some sunscreen in case you needed it. It's adjacent to the cruise terminal and the navy station, so it feels very safe. I would certainly stay there again.

This is a great place with everything you need to enjoy the stay in Playa del Carmo. The place was exactly as described and very clean; and Manoli is a wonderful host who always responded us prontly and made us feel at home during our whole stay. I would recommend this place to any friend visiting the region.

I had a great stay for my second time in playacar. Having access to the bikes was great as it made getting to the reef hotel and playa del Carmen that much easier! I thoroughly enjoyed using the beach at the reef as well as the pool at the complex. It is very close to several restaurants and stores. Great value for money!

The apartment was as described. Air conditioning worked well and there was always hot water. The roof terrace is a lovely place to sit and chill, very pretty plants. Swimming pool is next to it, it is a shared pool but was always very quiet. The neighbourhood is very local but we liked it as useful small shops and a laundry were very near. Ramon was always available we did not ask for much but he supplied a saucepan and a broom when asked. He supplied drinking water which saved us the heavy lifting. Sheets and towels were changed each week which we appreciated.

Muy cómoda la habitación, súper limpio todo y cama muy cómoda. Ten en cuenta que estás a 7 min aprox del malecon y es preferible tomar transporte pero hay bastante y eso no es problema :) sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí

Excelente en todo sentido,, anfitrión siempre al pendiente de cualquier asunto que se requiriera del inmueble,,, sin duda alguna recomendamos el inmueble para unas vacaciones placenteras...

This place is a beautiful apartment upstairs in an out of the way part of Cozumel. There is a downstairs patio where we rinsed and dried our scuba gear. This is our second time here so I guess that says it all.

This is a great place to stay. Not too crowded and very peaceful. Our unit was lovely and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is duable but a wagon and some beach chairs would be a great addition.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The plush towels were a lovely touch, adding to the overall feeling of luxury. I also appreciated the filtered drinking water, which made my stay even more convenient. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. Additionally, the location was in a safe and quiet area, providing peace of mind throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

We loved our stay here. The condo is on the 1st floor which made it very easy to get to the pool. Very relaxing, quiet, beautiful place. The playground, pools, & little restaurant onsite were wonderful. There are also more restaurants a short walk away. We will definitely be back. Xavier was a great host!

Excelente alojamiento, se sentía como si fuera tu hogar. Bastantes amenidades, sin duda una excelente opción para viajes cortos y estadías largas.

Muy agradable alojamiento, bien ubicado cerca de todo, cerca de la 5ta avenida, de la playa. Esta frente a la plaza municipal y en nuestras fechas había espectáculos, puestos de ventas y muy linda decoración. Recomiendo este alojamiento y la atención de Jamie y Manuel.

Schöne Wohnung mit Pool im Garten. Erika war immer sehr schnell bei offenen Fragen erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wieder zurückkommen.

Good location, comfy bed, friendly staff and as a solo female traveller, I felt safe during my stay.

We have been coming to Residencias Reef for over 10 years and it never disappoints. You feel safe. You have everything you need from 2 heated beautiful pools to a gorgeous private beach. If you dive they will pick you up on the dock out front of Secrets, so convenient. Walk a short distance on the beach and have your choice of a few restaurants and entertainment at Paradise beach. Town is about 20 min taxi ride 250 pesos now. It’s truly paradise! We stayed at Monarch by the sea 6300 this time. The views from the wrap around patio and especially the private rooftop deck were incredible. Best sunset views without leaving your place. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very well stocked. We cooked everyday including using the grill on the deck most nights. You really want for nothing. Alex arranged massages for us with only a day notice! Absolute perfection.
