San Miguel de Cozumel : locations de vacances à la plage en appartement

Great place at Residencias Reef on Cozumel, I have stayed in this complex before they use to have a pier that belonged to the property but I believe it was washed away in 2020. If you are a diver you can still be picked up at Secrets pier next door but it will cost you 10 bucks each time. You do need a car here or the cab fares will drain your wallet. The property is beautiful, clean and well decorated. We would stay here again

If you want a fantastic beachfront condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this is the place for you. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry. You can't beat the location if you want to be in the city. The condo, the view, and the beach were excellent and felt luxurious. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. When we booked, we were a little nervous about the noise, knowing it was near some beach clubs. We could hear the faint sound of music when going to bed, but it wasn't a big deal. We had no problems relaxing in the condo, even though we were in the middle of the city. Bottom line - this place was incredible!

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. The breathtaking ocean views from the balcony were truly unforgettable, and watching cruise ships pass by each morning was a unique highlight. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins and eagle rays right from the balcony! The home itself was fantastic—comfortable beds, an incredible master suite, and a beautifully maintained space. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and felt almost private, as it was rarely crowded. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was a great addition to our stay. The host was outstanding—communicative, proactive, and provided excellent recommendations that made our trip even better. Overall, this was an incredible experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great peaceful experience staying here. Miguel and Norma were extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment had beautiful views, a spacious balcony, and the building was quiet. It's close to town, but I recommend renting a car as transportation can be expensive. All in all, a fantastic stay with a friendly host and breathtaking views. I would definitely consider coming back again.

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

Camille’s property is stunning! Her pictures are accurate; balconies overlooking the water were our favorite spots! Beds were comfortable, pool was warm, can snorkel right in front of the condo, condo was clean & well appointed. Angel is there 6 days a week cooking up a storm & it’s delicious & inexpensive. If you book a few days in advance he will make dinner for you too! Taxis into town range from $7-25 USD, not sure why the vast range in pricing. Also, housekeeping & laundry are included daily! So tip them generously as they do a fabulous job! And a huge shout out to Edir!!!…he’s soooo very helpful & responds immediately to all texts! Highly recommend & look forward to returning! Thank you!!!

Our stay in playa de Carmen was epic!! It wouldn’t have been possible without the great home that we stayed in.this place is literally 5minute walk from La Quinta Avenida yet hidden from the commotion and noise! They provided all the amenities and clean drinking water.The wifi was high speed and the kids were overjoyed.if you are looking for a nice home to enjoy your special memories this is the perfect spot.the only bad thing I have to say is that we had to leave and come back to reality! We are very satisfied with the service they provided and some even had massages from therapists that Daniel and Kim recommended.diamonds in the rough for sure! Thanks again

We had a great time. We felt same, comfortable and well taken care of. Beds were super comfortable and rooftop pool was amazing at the end of a long day exploring. Staff were all friendly! Location was perfect for us! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back and stay there next year!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Olivia’s property is pristine, and was well equipped. Comfortable bedding and linens, so many nice small touches. (Coffee, water and tea provided) The property is located in the gated PlayaCar area of Playa del Carmen. It’s a beautiful area, very walkable with several restaurants and a convenient store across the street. The AWA complex is stunning-such a beautiful pool area. During our stay, we enjoyed some of Olivia’s recommendations such as Osteria de Roma, and Casa Sofia. We also enjoyed the French bakery across the street. (Amazing breakfast and service) During our days not spent at the pool, we enjoyed Mamitas beach club, Kay beach club, and enjoyed our time at Xel-Ha. Overall, one of our family’s most memorable trips! We will be back! (We loved it so much, we are watching properties for sale in AWA)

Great communication with Steven. The place was big, and very comfy. Carlos at the front was very nice. The location was peacefull and approximatly 15-20 mins walk to a beach access. You can walk to the end of 5th ave where there is Restaurants. But it's not too close. No grocerie stores close by. A couple restaurants but not much. So it makes it secluded. Overall great apartement rented by nice people. Would recommend for sure! Thank you!

Excellent séjour chez Laura et Edouard ! Nous avons adoré l’appartement et l’ambiance des lieux. Les espaces sont très bien réfléchis et l’architecture de l’endroit est magnifique ! La cour et la piscine sont également géniaux :) Edouard a été très réactif et très gentil ! L’emplacement est parfait, loin du bruit de la ville. Juste assez loin pour la tranquillité et juste assez proche pour accèder aux principaux centres d’intérêts (grande épicerie 4 min. en auto, Cathédrale corpus christi, 2 min en auto ou 10 min à pied :) Nous y retourneront c’est certain et nous recommandont cet endroit à 100% !

SAFTEY WAS PARAMOUNT This was an absolute dream. My family and I were looking for a place in Mexico to stay for 8 days. We had NO idea about the layout of Playa Del Carmen or what to expect. We had fallen trap to the (mostly unreasonable) fear that surrounds travel in Mexico. We had a 1 y.o. and a 9 y.o. with Mom and Dad and we booked this on a guess. But we found paradise! Playacar- Unless you have been, you likely don't know what this is. To the immediate south of the main street you, lies the neighborhood of Playacar. In Playa Del Carmen, this is the affluent area. You CANNOT access this area unless you are pre-registered, you must pass through security, and everyone inside of this HUGE neighborhood is accounted for and is given a wristband to get in. SAFE! House was immaculate, management was immediately responsive, internet was perfect, we had a private cenote in a beautiful courtyard, shopping was a 5 min walk, THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. Stay here if possible! Say Hi to the monkeys!

The hosts were extremely responsive. Whenever we needed something, they would come over within minutes. The apartment is easily walkable to the main shopping area in Playa.

El departamento es muy bonito y muy acogedor en una zona super tranquila, nos sentimos como en casa, tanto Carlos como Lola siempre estuvieron atentos excelente lugar lo recomiendo.

Gary's place was fantastic! From the views to the amenities to the location, everything was perfect for our family of 6. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cozumel.

Beautiful condo with ample space and very comfortable beds and linens. Akumal Direct helped us arrange everything we needed including golf cart rental and day trip bookings. Would happily return. Should note the seaweed is bad, just as they warned, and there is a strong smell. There were other spots in Akumal where it was less present on shore just depends on the currents. For us it was manageable and didn’t ruin our trip but should not expect the views to be quite as pristine as the pics right now.

Nos gustamos mucho nuestra estancia en el departamento. Todo fue excelente, la ubicacion, espacio adentro del departamento etc. el anfitrion fue muy atento y amable. Con gusto quedaremos ahi en la proxima visita.
