Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

Loved this location. I have been to Cozumel a lot and have stayed all over. My usual spot was not available this time, and so I branched out and so glad I did! Easy access to the dock/pier for easy diving and fishing. Kate gave lots of recommendations to make the vacation absolutely wonderful. The staff at Costa del Sol helped make this a new favorite place of mine.

We had a great stay at Casa Vista! Orane clearly communicated all of the needed details and even arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. The pool and hot tub were lovely and cleaned daily. It was great to have an outdoor grill. We went fishing and were able to grill up our fresh Mahi Mahi! The bug mister in the back yard is a nice touch, but I’d still pack your bug spray. The beach was beautiful, quiet and just a short walk away. The pool table, video games and karaoke machine were a huge hit with all ages. It was great to have something to entertain us when it was raining. The AC worked really well and the beds were comfortable. We had a couple of minor hiccups while we were there, but the property manager was extremely responsive and acted quickly to get them fixed. We left a few small suggestions (like it would be nice to have a toaster and the safes didn’t work), but overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay there again! The place and the location very nice. Josh welcomed us personally which was very nice of him. The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. The pool was amazing great for the kids. Definitely staying here again. Definitely recommended. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

This place is in a great location. It’s close to the ferry and local shops and restaurant. Don’t need to rent a car since everything is close by. You can get by by taxi.

We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful home! As a family of nine, It was difficult to find a space that would comfortably accommodate us all, but this place exceeded our expectations. The house is incredibly spacious and cozy, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The peaceful vibe of the space made our stay even more special. We absolutely loved the lush vegetation and spent so much time enjoying the serene courtyard — it was the perfect spot to relax. The attention to detail throughout the house was impressive, and the living room area truly made this feel like a home away from home. I can’t talk about this stay without giving a huge shout out to our amazing hosts. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or needs we had. Their recommendations for local attractions/ restaurants were spot-on and their hospitality truly made their experience unforgettable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Marco is charming and had tons of information for us as travelers. He provided some lovely welcome drinks and answered all of our questions promptly. The grounds were great. I loved the gardens, which were pretty, and the pool, which was clean and serviced during our stay. The house itself was airy, light, and breezy. We found the beds quite comfortable. And the towels were replaced frequently. The kitchen had dishes, coffee maker, blender, and pots and pans for preparing food. There were some extremely sweet cats on property, but they are not allowed in the house, so that should not be a problem for anyone with animal allergies.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The manager (Ksenia) was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and well prepared for all of our needs. You can see that extra thought was taken to make sure we had all our needs taken care. Plenty of cold drinking water prepared. Very private, safe and great location. Plenty of space. The outdoor spaces have lots of plants that add to the natural feeling. Beautiful views from the top floor porch. A very short walk to the water. Includes a parking place. Air conditioning and fans kicks in very quick. Only negative, is that some of the furniture is older, and could be replaced, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend this place!! We had a wonderful time!! Would definitely come here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, easy to find, and perfect for our group of 4 kids and 2 adults. The pool and nearby beach was a highlight, and the gated community made us feel safe and secure. Our host (Agustin) was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk us through the amenities and share local recommendations. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Walk to the beach was 5 minutes and 10 minutes to 5th avenue.

Had a great stay on my weeklong visit to Cozumel. The house is absolutely beautiful - by far one of the prettiest Airbnbs I have stayed in. Super clean and tons of natural light. While a bit outside of the city center, there are some local restaurants nearby. There is also a grocery store and Sam's Club less than a 5 minute walk away. Regular taxis/motos on the main road make it very easy to get to the Malecon for only about 50 pesos for a mototaxi. Would absolutely recommend!

Our host Beto was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. He also provided information on things to do around Cozumel and even negotiated two Catamaran trips. We sincerely hope to come back and visit this home. Some highly of Cozumel: The Money Bar, El callejón de la Diez (local eats and drink), Los tacotales (eats), Kondesa (haute eats)

We absolutely LOVED this house and neighborhood! The kitchen was very well stocked with a full sized refrigerator, gas stove, plenty of cooking utensils, coffee maker, you name it. The bathroom was spotless, had plenty of hot water and nice towels. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows. The property is very safe. The neighborhood was perfect and walking distance to everything! We hope it will be available for our next trip. Thank you so much Jessica!

An amazingly beautiful property. The architecture and design of the home was incredible. The backyard was like a dream. So many trees and vegetation. The house is full of plants which added so much to the gorgeous character of the home. It was less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and you walk by mayan ruins to get there. Private, peaceful, quiet area that is tucked away from the crowds but is walking distance to tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. There is quite a lot of wildlife that walks back and forth across the backyard. Coatis, capybaras, raccoons. They were fun to see but would sometimes leave messes behind. The pool and spa are not heated so it got a little chilly in late March but that didn’t deter my kids from swimming daily. We also really appreciated the giant purified water jug and pump and a cleaner that came every few days. Magical place, would stay again!!

This was a great place for our large group. Bedrooms all separated and private. Great kitchen for making large meals together. Big family room to gather in. Owner was very responsive and addressed any issues quickly We would stay here again

Nice home to acommodate a group of 6 easily, maybe 8 a bit stretch. Main thing for me is the location which is right in a gated comunity but walking distance to Playa del Carmen main restaurants, bars and supermarkets or cornershops. I will definitely recommend the place.

This home is beautiful, clean and spacious. We even had a covered parking spot. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was wonderful for our large group. There was also another bathroom downstairs for guests. The larger patio was a great spot to hang out with our friends who stayed in another home in this same addition. The hammock was well used by us. The pool and beach are pretty much right out the back door. We even saw eel, stingrays and several kinds of fish snorkeling off the pier. Loved all the gardens. it was very peaceful. Enrique, our concierge, was friendly and helpful. I was expecting one bedroom to have two beds like the photo. However, when we arrived, all bedrooms had King beds and two bedrooms had an added futon as well. Not that big of a deal since my daughters are younger and could share the bed, but having one room with two beds would have been preferred. Also, the grill wasn't really usable, and the cooking pans had seen better days. Would stay again!

We had a great week in Cozumel. Liesa's place was perfect for the 3 of us. Private, quiet and close to the marina for our dive boat. The wash up area at the back was useful as we could rinse and hang our gear, ready for diving the next day. The location was perfect for us, close enough to town, yet far enough away from crowds and the cruise ships. Angie was super helpful with any questions and resolving any issues. We felt totally at home and didn't want to leave. Overall, I'd highly recommend Liesa's place as a great family option. Thanks for hosting!!

Excelente casa con espacios amplios para una estancia en familia. Se ubica en una calle cerrada muy tranquila y a 10 minutos caminando de la playa

If you go to Cozumel this place will feel like home. Great for a party of 6 people. Everyone had their own bed and each couple had their own bathroom. A/C in every room and the place was very clean. They should update the photos, as my wife almost did not want this place because of the pictured picnic table, rest assured that the dining room table is now a very nice regular table. The city block was very quiet, felt very secure, and 3-5 minute drive to stores and main strip. Host who lives close by took care of every issue we had. Very pleasant people, made the vacation nice. Thank you for the use of the house

Extremely nice and helpful host, attentive to all outer requests. he is generous (bought us mangos, papaya, new beach umbrellas, new beach chairs, bought us extra pots and pans and ustencils (even if there were some already, a cutting board (even if there was one already), very very generous. Welcomed us with beer in the fridge and whisky in the freezer, a real generous and good guy.
