Amazing Stay at Villa Yambu!!!! Our group of 12 had an incredible time at Villa Yambu for a bachelor party. The villa was stunning—spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a large group. Everything was handled seamlessly, from accommodations to transportation. The absolute highlight of the trip was the chef services by Chef Kim’s team. Every meal was phenomenal, with top-tier presentation and service. It truly elevated the entire experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free, luxury stay in Playa del Carmen, Villa Yambu is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

Overall this place was a total steal for the price and quality. Location was right in the mix of the ferries so it can be a little noisy but nothing too late or early that it was disruptive. It wasn’t the most up to date, but it was clean and worked for us!

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

The condo and the views were incredible! The staff at fishermans were extremely kind and helpful and the beach here is clean and quiet. Pamela and her house manager Masha went above and beyond for us, we would definitely stay here again.

Shannon went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed especially since we were traveling with young children. We were able to connect with Alex and preplan our trip. He was key in securing in home cooked dinners by Cocina de mi Tia. Food was delicious and included traditional Yucatan meals. It removed all of the stress of providing meals for our large family allowing us to spend more time enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the pool, beach, and local restaurants. Shannon and Jeff's recommendations for excursions were excellent -- creating long lasting memories for us all. Snorkeling and swimming with the manta rays will always be a favorite memory for our family. We've all agreed that this could be our new family vacation tradition. Thank you!

Casa Krusi was wonderful! Close to the beach and not too far from 5th ave which has many restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and the woman who came to clean the entire house during our stay did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Plenty of space with A/C in the bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a pool and a full kitchen. You can’t beat this place! Patricio was quick to respond to questions and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!! This place is the place in all Cozumel. I can't tell you too many details because it won't be a secret any more! It is new, over looking the ocean, snorkeling right out your front door, quiet and family friendly.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, safe, and part of something truly special. The house itself is beautiful, well-appointed, and filled with warmth, but what made our experience unforgettable was the incredible sense of community created by the wonderful people who care for this place. A heartfelt thank you to Martin & Mercedes, whose attentiveness and kindness made us feel at home, and for recommending an unforgettable snorkel adventure. The team that prepared our lunches and dinners was absolutely fantastic— if you’re visiting, I highly recommend the meal service. The private pool, patio and hammock is perfect for those lazy afternoons in the sun. The snorkelling right in the backyard is top notch with so much life to discover! It’s also great to have quick access to the beach clubs right beside the house (FYI they close at 5pm for food). We are so grateful for this experience and cannot wait to return!

We had a great stay at Casa Vista! Orane clearly communicated all of the needed details and even arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. The pool and hot tub were lovely and cleaned daily. It was great to have an outdoor grill. We went fishing and were able to grill up our fresh Mahi Mahi! The bug mister in the back yard is a nice touch, but I’d still pack your bug spray. The beach was beautiful, quiet and just a short walk away. The pool table, video games and karaoke machine were a huge hit with all ages. It was great to have something to entertain us when it was raining. The AC worked really well and the beds were comfortable. We had a couple of minor hiccups while we were there, but the property manager was extremely responsive and acted quickly to get them fixed. We left a few small suggestions (like it would be nice to have a toaster and the safes didn’t work), but overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay there again! Had a wonderful time for our first visit to the Landmark! The Money Bar was super convenient for meals when we didn't want to hop in a cab. Finding a cab and getting into town was also super easy. The condo was gorgeous with an excellent view and the pool and chairs were never crowded and always quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful place and very relaxing to be right at the beach. There wasn’t as many fish to see snorkeling. It’s was my bad as I didn’t realize that Cozumel is famous for scuba diving but not for snorkeling. That being said, we would do it again as there is nothing like going for a run in the morning followed by jumping into the ocean for a swim right after. Enjoyed biking and if I was not sick, we would have rented scooters to ride around the island. Check out the local market that all the locals go to and eat at the small eateries there. You won’t see any tourist there and it was fun. We brought our grandson and it was nice to be able to put him down for a nap and take him out to the beach at the same place. No need to get in the car to go anyway.

This is a very nice place. It is a little away from town so we should have bought groceries. John’s local recommendations were great from massage to restaurants and beach clubs. Welcome basket is a very nice touch as well. A lot of things available at the condo to help have a great stay. Great local host and staff too. We would love to come back here.

Ocean view property is right! Pros: Beautiful location and quiet surroundings away from the bustle of town. We loved the views, quick access to the ocean, the snorkeling and the air conditioning. It was wonderful to have a kitchen available to prepare meals ourselves when we wanted to stay in. We appreciated having filtered water to drink available in the apartment. There are some things available in a closet to use: snorkels and fins, reusable bags for the grocery store, sunscreen, styrofoam cooler. Taxis were available within a short walk to take us wherever we needed to go. Cons: Floors had not been swept prior to our arrival. There were not as many amenities as expected based on the listing i.e. body wash and shampoo, no hot tub. Host was inconsistently responsive to communication. Overall, we loved this location and how we felt like we were able to get away and relax on this trip. Would book here again.

This spot is within the Royal Sunset Fisherman’s Resort, and that’s one of the reasons we love it so much. It has pretty much everything the big resorts have, but it doesn’t have that BIG feeling. It’s a special spot with the best balcony views we’ve found in this price range. It’s a nice walk into town along a gorgeous brick street. The unit has everything we needed to feel right at home. It’s about a four mile round trip walk to the rocks on the beach to the south, and that was perfect for us. The view, the spot, the water, and the beach! Great Place!

Loved this location. I have been to Cozumel a lot and have stayed all over. My usual spot was not available this time, and so I branched out and so glad I did! Easy access to the dock/pier for easy diving and fishing. Kate gave lots of recommendations to make the vacation absolutely wonderful. The staff at Costa del Sol helped make this a new favorite place of mine.

We had a great week in Cozumel. Liesa's place was perfect for the 3 of us. Private, quiet and close to the marina for our dive boat. The wash up area at the back was useful as we could rinse and hang our gear, ready for diving the next day. The location was perfect for us, close enough to town, yet far enough away from crowds and the cruise ships. Angie was super helpful with any questions and resolving any issues. We felt totally at home and didn't want to leave. Overall, I'd highly recommend Liesa's place as a great family option. Thanks for hosting!!

The place is beautiful!!! The pool is refreshing, and the view is amazing! The issue we had was not having Wi-Fi on the first night. However, Alex the guest service person assigned to us, was very attentive and got it fixed the next day. Any issue you have or recommendations for your stay just ask Alex.

L'assistante de David, Tara, s'est occupée de notre déplacement de Cancun à Playa del Carmen. Elle nous attendait à notre arrivée à l'appartement. Elle nous l'a fait visité ainsi que le site et nous a expliqué le fonctionnement. Est venue nous voir durant la semaine pour s'assurer que tout était à notre goût. Répondait rapidement à nos courriels. Cruche d'eau disponible dans l'appartement et remplacée par la réception sans frais. Un ménage compris durant la semaine. Restaurant et snack bar très bien et pas trop chers. Piscine et plage correspondant aux images fournis. Très tranquille et convivial. A 1,2 km du début de la 5ème avenue. Environ 20 minutes de marche pour se rendre au Chedraui le plus proche mais cela se faisait très bien et on revenait en taxi à tarif fixe de $10 US. Même si on était au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, très facile de monter les sacs d'épicerie. Dans l'ensemble, très satisfait et on va revenir c'est sûr.
