Great place with a great host. Little overpriced but a great location.

Olivia was a wonderful host and her apartment was a beautiful retreat for our family. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment complex was a great blend for our teenager and younger child with pools and a playground, and we loved walking across the street every night for delicious gelato. Just a short walk to town, we loved taking daily adventures. Highly recommend.

The condo is very nice and the location can't be beat. It is two blocks away from the beach and three blocks away from 5th avenue where all the restaurants, bars etc. are located. Also 15 min away from the Xcaret parks. The view from the pool on the rooftop is breathtaking. You'll enjoy hanging out on the rooftop. There's also a hot tub pool. The kitchen was very well stocked and it has a huge 80" TV in the living room. Very nice condo. I recommend you rent a car as the taxis gouge you in Playa del Carmen. A 10-15 min ride is $20 and 4 persons max.

Debo decir que todo el servicio fue excelente. Desde la comunicación fluida con Irais, la amabilidad de cada una de las recepcionista hasta la limpieza.

Vanesa and Pablo were great hosts! They were very communicative and very helpful. The place was really clean, looked just like the pictures and was really close to 5th avenue. Would definitely recommend booking with them !

Todo muy bonito, solo como sugerencia , sería bueno una puerta en el baño de arriba donde está la suite , en la parte del retrete, para tener privacidad. Todo lo demás, muy bonito y perfecto

Todo estuvo muy bien, la anfitriona estuvo pendiente en todo momento, fue muy amable y respondía rápidamente ante cualquier duda, le agradezco por su buena ayuda durante toda la estancia :) El único detallito es que había como cierto olor a humedad al llegar pero todo lo demás fue de mi agrado, muy buen precio y fácil de ubicar.

Excelente estancia y atención. Sobre todo gran apoyo que no nos pudimos ir a Cancún por el Huracán. Muy recomendable. Gracias.

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Such a great stay! Everything was perfect. Close to the beach. In the heart of town. Easy access to restaurants beach clubs and bars!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Miguel’s - we would definitely stay again! It was very clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Great location, short walk to lots of restaurants bars supermarket etc. just a couple Blocks from 5th ave , but far enough to have quiet nights away from all the excitement. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay here with our family. The apartment was in great condition. Very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, gallon drinking water was provided which was so nice. Very comfortable beds, extra linens, pillows and towels. Blackout curtains. Great location, easy access, safe. Pool was great for relaxing. Easy instructions and recommendations. The location is walkable to beach and 5ta avenida with lots of shopping, a lot of restaurants around at walking distance. Restaurant right in front of apartments with delicious food. Sandra was great, communicated well and flexible and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay would definitely book again.

Excelente estadía! Recomendamos hospedarse sin lugar a duda, departamento amplio y hermoso. Wizard fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Un dato que algunos mencionaron es la construcción lindera, que si bien no es responsabilidad de nuestro anfitrión puede ser un tanto molesto por las mañanas.

He tenido oportunidad de quedarme en varios Airbnb en Playa del Carmen y sin duda, este ha sido el mejor! La ubicación es perfecta, a unos metros de la 5ta pero en un lugar tranquilo. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario y las amenidades del edificio, como la alberca y gimnasio, excelentes. La llegada fue muy sencilla y la comunicación con Sharon, excelente, siempre estuvo al pendiente. El estacionamiento un poco pequeño, pero nada que afecte la experiencia. Sin duda me volveria quedar ahi!

Très belle endroit pour demeurer. Bien situé et propre. Ali et Jovi sont des hôtes très attentionné. Je recommande cette endroit et vais possiblement y retourner.

The Location Is PERFECT! I Book Places That Have Gyms Inside Of Them, And I Didn't Even Need It. It Is Directly Across The Street From A Full Track And Calisthenics Park. The Area Is EXTREMELY Safe. You're Directly Down The Street From 5th Ave, But You Will Hear No Festivities Or Construction Going On. Food Is On Every Corner. A/C Worked. Hot Water Worked. And You Have Your Own Private Balcony. I Now A Have Automatic Go To Whenever I Visit Playa Del Carmen.

Camille’s property is stunning! Her pictures are accurate; balconies overlooking the water were our favorite spots! Beds were comfortable, pool was warm, can snorkel right in front of the condo, condo was clean & well appointed. Angel is there 6 days a week cooking up a storm & it’s delicious & inexpensive. If you book a few days in advance he will make dinner for you too! Taxis into town range from $7-25 USD, not sure why the vast range in pricing. Also, housekeeping & laundry are included daily! So tip them generously as they do a fabulous job! And a huge shout out to Edir!!!…he’s soooo very helpful & responds immediately to all texts! Highly recommend & look forward to returning! Thank you!!!
