San Miguel de Cozumel : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

La casa muy bonita y limpia, la verdad no tengo ninguna queja, Kenia siempre muy pendiente y amable. Su espacio es muy recomendable. 5 estrellas.

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Desde un inicio las descripciones fueron exactas, para llegar fue muy fácil y el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca al muelle y malecón. La atención de la anfitriona fue siempre muy accesible, atenta y amable. El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene fácil acceso a transporte publico, muelle y malecón. Nos encanto!!!

Ok, as far as the descrition of the place I feel like it could have been a little more detailed. Maybe it was just my perception of the convo etc. But let me tell YOU. It was WAY better than what I thought it was gonna be. We had this HUGE home on the property that was immaculate, comfortable and private. So, there is a pool outside of this villa, it is wonderful. It's not too big but big enough to escape the humidity. There may be kids yelling in it in the am, which you could hear from the living room etc, but who cares really. This place is a small compund really with many other condos but it didn't feel overcrowded or anything like that. Theres a restaurant and bar right on the beach too! There is 24H concierge, hello.... so helpful. They got our grocieries ready for us upon arrival and even helped with 2 huge boxes of tequila we had sent there to suprise our friends. Check in was easy as well, no issues. It is right in the heart of the town... walk to everything!!! Loved it!

The space is everything that you would want and need for a long term stay. I stayed for a little over a month and felt like I had a home away from home. The space is very clean and spacious and the amenities are great! The staff members are so kind and attentive and the premises are always super clean. Lastly, the pool is fabulous!

The apartments are spacious, nice, modern. Loved the balcony, the view of the beautiful big tree and the design of the building. Parking underground super. There is security of the building. Very much liked the building itself, modern, with stunning jungle, the designer here tried his best. Supermarket 7 minutes walk. The most unpleasant thing about this apartment is the bedding. Since it is white in color, you can see black stains on it. We wrote to the owner, he sent a cleaner to replace the bedding. In the end we got the same dirty one. Our opinion, if you offer white bedding to clients, you should wash it properly. The plaids on the beds smelled unpleasant, they apparently forgot to wash them. On the second day of our stay both sinks in the bathrooms were clogged. Тhere is no elementary portable dryer for laundry, which costs pennies. We had to dry laundry on the balcony on the backs of chairs. I think the owner will eliminate them and the apartment will be great.

This was our 3rd year staying at the KAAB by the Park in Playa del Carmen. We have always enjoyed the surrounding amenities close to the KAAB as well as what the building offers; close to grocery store, roof top pool, gym, courtyard. We had stayed in four different units over the three years and enjoyed all of them with maybe a few concerns with the units however this year we would have to say Carlos unit was the best. From our check in to when we checked out we were completely satisfied with our stay in the unit. Although we never met Carlos his response to our messages was friendly , immediate and helpful. The unit itself was clean, stocked with all the essentials; towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils. Carlos would send information regarding building issues to us as soon as he received them . He allowed us to stay in the unit after the check out time as our return flight was later in the day. Overall an amazing time in Plata del Carmen and a home away from home in Carlos ‘s unit

Casa Ixchel is such a beautiful Oasis located in a quiet neighborhood in Cozumel. We rented a car to explore the north end of the island, but preferred to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. Everything is so well maintained and beautiful outdoor spaces! It was truly incredible! We were so appreciative of the daily cleaning service provided by Cynthia. Our stay at Casa Ixchel was definitely one of our vacation highlights and would HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous property!

Had a wonderful stay once again! We couldn't ask for a better place. It is clean, beautiful and well stocked and in a great location.

Such a perfect stay for my cousin that stayed in the other apartment across the hall. ( I’ve been staying at Valentina’s other listing since Dec 3rd). The neighborhood is safe, has a washateria, market, and the BEST Tortas for less than 2 dollars, right around the corner. There is also a bakery a few blocks over that is incredible! The water is a short and safe 10 minute walk. You can also catch the Mini red taxis for in town for just 2 or 3 dollars. And of course a regular taxi can take you anywhere on the island. HIGHLY recommend!!

Excelente lugar, el host siempre está atento y está en muy buena ubicación, lo mantienen muy limpio. Tuvimos un tiempo excelente ahí mi mamá y yo, lo recomiendo totalmente.

Great place & host! Hot water works really well, location is a 10 minute walk from Mega's shopping center. I'd stay here again.

Lo mejor del lugar fue la hamaca y el aire acondicionado la verdad estuvo genial, llegar de una larga y acalorada caminata, llegar y reponer energía en la hamaca
