San Miguel de Cozumel : location de maisons de vacances

Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

La villa es preciosa, mucho más de lo que se puede ver en fotos, es muy privada y limpia, en una buena localización y con todos los servicios y detalles que requieras Me encantó sin duda la recomiendo ampliamente 💘

Amazing private location away from the large resorts. Perfect for our family. We loved staying here. Has all the amenities we needed. The beach was dreamy and perfect. We were able to rent a car and easily get to all the activities we wanted to do. The host was wonderful and responsive to any questions we had. She was even able to accommodate us with no trouble at all when we needed to check out a bit later. The only thing we didn’t realize is this is not a completely private house, it is an upstairs condo with another condo below and another condo on the property. So the pool and outdoor spaces are shared with the other groups staying there. It worked out totally fine for us but this wasn’t super clear in the description.

Lugar recomendable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y en buen estado y lo más importante es que todo está muy limpio. Esta cerca del centro y cerca del lugar hay varios lugares para comer.

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en este lugar; NO ES UN LUGAR SI QUIERES DESCANSAR, es un lugar para alguien joven y con ganas de vivir. TODO EXCELENTE en especial la ubicación, cerca de antros y zona turística; las vistas desde el Rooftop SON BELLÍSIMAS. (Solo recomendaría, poner cortina BlackOut) las noches son largas y uno quiere amanecer sin el sol en la cara. 😅💯

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the complex that the condo is located in. The pools are great and we also enjoyed the small gym. The condo has a lovely balcony that overlooks the pool. The staff and other guests were friendly and the location cannot be beat. Everything, the beach, restaurants, and shopping are all easily walkable.

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment, very clean and modern, with all amenities needed for our 2 week stay. Also downstairs reception was super helpful for stuff like booking taxis, buying water and receiving our delayed baggage while we were out.

Our group had a very nice time. The roof top pools were amazing. Our host met us with a great welcome at the front desk and gave us a tour of the building and the two apartments. The front desk and building staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the buildings communal pool and bar. While some aspects of the apartments might have seen better days, we found them both to have everything we needed. Our host promptly brought us fresh towels and picked up our trash when we reached out, and had great communication throughout our stay. The building has a great location with many options for food and bars within walking distance. It’s right next to the beach and was quiet at night.

This is a very nice place. It is a little away from town so we should have bought groceries. John’s local recommendations were great from massage to restaurants and beach clubs. Welcome basket is a very nice touch as well. A lot of things available at the condo to help have a great stay. Great local host and staff too. We would love to come back here.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Playa del Carmen, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how immaculate and well-maintained the property was. The space is incredibly stylish, blending modern amenities with a cozy, welcoming vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, where you can enjoy the turquoise waters and sandy shores. Not to mention, it’s situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen, making it super convenient to explore the local shops, restaurants, and nightlife. You’re never far from everything you want to experience, yet the area around the Airbnb remains peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Luis Carlos was very responsive, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I has a beautiful pool & gym.

excelente hotel, tiene 5 años y está muy bien mantenido, si pileta es hermosa, al igual que los camastros, tiene ascensor, y el departamento tiene todas las comodidades, el agua en la ducha no tenía buena presión, salvo eso es tal cual las fotos, hermoso lugar a bien precio y hasta el balcón muy bueno

Lovely, cozy studio that has been converted into a 1B1B apartment. It’s very bright and has everything needed for a long stay: a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, stove, coffee machine, and toaster, plus all the necessary cookware and utensils; a 2-in-1 washer&dryer; a huge bed; a workspace; and good Wi-Fi for Zoom calls. It’s an 8-minute walk to Fifth Avenue and 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. The area is quiet both day and night. There are a few small downsides, like old but clean, stain-free bedding and some worn-out pillows — but these are just minor things. The complex also has a large, clean pool close to the grill area and a small gym. I give it 5 out of 5 stars. A great place for digital nomads or short-term stays.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Finding the place was easy and it was tucked away on a perfectly quiet street. It always felt safe and peaceful with a cute park across the street and all amenities within a short walk. We’ve been to playa quite a few times and this was the best location we’ve stayed. The condo had everything we needed and it was really specious and clean. Bed was comfy, shower was massive, terrace was a nice addition for sitting and reading with a morning coffee from choux choux. The pool on the roof was great for when we wanted to be in the sun but not far from home. There were lots of loungers available everytime we went up with both sun and shaded options. The pool was a great temp and clean and there are washrooms and a shower on the roof too. Prior to our stay we read a couple reviews that mentioned noise from the lobby but this really wasn’t an issue for us at all. You could hear very light chatter in the day but that was it. would 100% stay again

what a beautiful location and apartment. being so close to Walmart and having a full kitchen was extremly useful.. the gym was perfect for staying in shape on my trip. beautiful views of the city from the rooftop and a wonderful outdoor lounging/BBQ area. the host was always very responsive, assisting with any needs or concerns I had, very promptly and with utmost professionalism. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled. I even forgot a swimsuit in my room, and they shipped to me after my stay. above an beyond on all fronts. I would highly recommend this rental and will be booking again on my next stay in Playa.

Excelente anfitriona, muy amable y respondio a todas mis dudas de forma precisa. El alojamiento nos encanto, cumplia exactamente con la descripcion dada, comodo, muy bien cuidado y equipado. Ademas cuenta con espacios comunes muy agradables y una piscina con jacuzzi espectacular, tambien cabe mencionar que todos los conserjes del edificio fueron muy amables en todo momento. Ademas de lo anterior la ubicacion no podia ser mas perfecta, a cuatro cuadras de la playa, con muchas tiendas y supermercados cercanos y adyacente a la quinta avenida por lo que nos permitio recorrerla con frecuencia. A pesar de lo anterior no considero que el volumen de la musica y los locales de la quinta generaran molestias durante la noche, la verdad pasaba desapercibido. Totalmetnte recomendable.
