The neighborhood was great, the private beach in the neighborhood was beautiful! The house is situated at 15 minute walk from places to shop or eat and everyone is very pleasant! Ananda, the hostess replies to queries very quickly and has excellent suggestions for local shops, businesses or transportation services. Our group of 12 was very happy staying in this home! Other guests have mentioned that the pool is cold, it’s true—but the local beach is warm!

They helped us with any and EVERYTHING that we needed, and treated us like family. Truly made the Urban Eden feel like home.

Casa Palmas was an incredible place to stay! Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with handcrafted mahogany details and all the comforts of home. The central A/C, purified water system, and high-speed Wi-Fi made our stay even better. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach and a short walk to 5th Avenue for great dining and shopping. The three terraces offered stunning views, and the tropical gardens made it feel like a private paradise. This home was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. We highly recommend Casa Palmas and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great experience with Matthew. The home was in great condition and had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and spacious. Matthew was super-communicative and easy to reach when we had questions or issues. The house is right by the entrance to Playacar, and that had both advantages and disadvantages. On the plus side, it was a five minute walk to town and the beach. On the other side, it's a highly trafficked area and in our opinion not the nicest block in Playacar. You have have to walk south 10 minutes to get to the nicer areas. The shared pool was okay and there were people there, but the water didn't look that clean so we didn't really use it. Our kids were also scared of the coatis that roamed the common area. All in all, I recommend the place. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Lots of room. Very clean nicely decorated. Would definitely stay there again. If it was beachfront, it would be the absolutely perfect place on the island . Short walk to a very private amazing beach though . Highly recommend. Many places you stay at when you walk barefoot and you look at your feet, they are black with dirt. I walked barefoot in the townhouse, and my feet were actually still clean. Nice to stay in a place that was actually well maintained and clean.

One of the most beautiful locations we have stayed at. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Absolutely stunning. The place had everything and more. Heather was great to deal with and the care taker Christine was amazing and wonderful to deal with! We all hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Amazing place right on the beach! Good Communication. We had one issue with the freezer and it did not work during our stay. Caroline tried to resolve but because of the holiday it wasn’t able to be fixed. They provided some coolers as a solution. Great people and great house on the beach.

Our group of friends were very impressed with the home. It was very clean and luxurious. The amenities all worked great. We enjoyed our host and found the staff extremely helpful. The only downside is that the villa is not walkable to the main street in PDC. The group had to walk a considerable way to find cheap transportation (taxi). Transportation could be reserved to the villa for a higher price.

House is absolutely perfect and as described. Looking forward to a return visit soon. Jorge was great and always accessible. So helpful!

Stayed for my bachelor party with 10 guys in our mid-30s for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough room for all of us and there was even space for people to break off from the group and relax in the quiet for a bit when needed. The rooftop pool/splash area was amazing, could walk everywhere (beach, clubs), restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed walking to the nightclubs around the corner, and to the beach during the day. Both are less than a minute away! You can hear the clubs at night but we didn't care at all, it added to the vibes. If you're looking for a place for a bachelorette/bachelor party, this is your spot. Yanet and her team were absolutely amazing. We checked out most of Yanet's recommendations and they were amazing! Carolina Beach Club, book a yacht, and highly recommend using the private chef called Tasty Nomads to enjoy a wonderful meal on the roof at the Villa. The place is clean, and security, Carlos, was awesome! Perfect stay! 10/10, will visit again!

We took the family, all 10 of us to Playa del Carmen for a Christmas treat. Ages ranged from 10 months to us older grandparents. Glen, Esther & Skip, were extremely responsive from first inquiry to helping us find a ride service to the airport. We always felt they could help us out in a pinch. We arrived late at night & I remember, in the morning, stepping outside to the grounds & feeling like I was in a movie. Gorgeous lush, dense tropical vegetation, a stone crafted walkways winding to the gorgeous main villa & throughout the grounds. Plus a beautiful & expansive pool/ water layout. We chose to have a chef for breakfast every morning. Definitely a luxurious way to start your day. We took day trips, however, we thought why do we want to drive to a beach when we have an entire, stunning resort to ourselves. Whether you are a couple or larger group, this amazing Airbnb will definitely impress everyone.

Jasianna’s joyful demeanor was amazing and my family and I felt truly taken care of, made new friends, and welcomed by her staff, the home, and by Jasianna at Cozumel. I’m currently writing this in the queen of Cozumel with my husband and four kids. The kiddos are a picky bunch and Jasianna’s home was comfortable, clean, beautiful and truly better than photos. Do not hesitate to book here. Absolutely worth it. We took Jasianna’s recommendations for private chef, food, driver, and even had food and fresh juice delivery. Everyone was kind, helpful, and friendly. Washing machine was necessary and pick up and drop off at the pier for four days of diving for my husband and son was convenient. Truly the best house in Costa Del Sol neighborhood. Also i told Jasianna it was my birthday and she had a beautiful surprise for me at check in and a cake ❤️ Truly 5 star experience. I stay in hotels and airbnbs 1-2x a month for work - trust!

Karina’s house was so great!! Perfect house, quiet neighborhood, nice restaurants and grocery stores near! It was perfect for our family. And the communication was really good!!

Excellent location. Good communication with host. Great value.. Authentic Mexican decor . If you are looking for something modern this is not the place for you.. But it’s a six minute walk to the fabulous beach and a 15 minute walk to downtown Playa . And the host provides two very nice beach chairs . Also, there’s an outdoor seating area. It’s very private or afternoon wine . We stayed for a month. We can’t wait to stay there again !

Casa Eugenia was a great spot for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. We spent our days scuba diving, at beach clubs, and cruising the island by scooters and jeeps. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon and early evening when we returned. It was an easy walk to the grocery store just 2 blocks away to find all our grocery needs for cooking at the house. The kitchen was well appointed and the patio area had an awesome grill. We had trouble finding charcoal for sale but Beto, the property manager, went out of his way to find and deliver some. The location is in a quieter part of town just a few blocks off the main boardwalk. There is a line of taxis at the Chedraui grocery store just a block away so it was easy to get one at any time. If you wanted to rent a car, there was a place to park on the property, but we didn't really need one the whole time so we opted for a daily rental from HTJ. Beto was very responsive and helpful as needed and Cas Eugenia felt like a home away from home!

Amazing unit and Jason is awesome and very helpful. If you are wanting to have a great place in Cozumel this is the place. Beautiful beach pool and the workers at the beach club are amazing. The unit has a giant kitchen comfy beds and an amazing patio.

This place was wonderful! We rented out the entire space as a group of 12, and even with such a large group, we never felt cramped—it is very spacious. The property was spotless upon arrival. Each of the three kitchens were stocked with all the necessities, including clean water, a variety of spices, and modern appliances, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. The common areas, outdoor/pool space, and rooftop terrace were all perfect for our needs. Henny was also very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place for large groups looking for both comfort and convenience!
