San Miguel de Cozumel : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy fácil de llegar, nosotros llegamos en ADO y la terminal estaba muy cerca del alojamiento. Alejandro fue muy amable con nosotros, muy predispuesto. El apartamento muy lindo, cálido, con todas las amenidades, el edificio super completo y super seguro. Super recomendado.

Diego's place was great. The location was one block from the back of the main mall (Paseo del Carmen) and just a few blocks from the busy end of Quinta Avenida, close to the ferries. The building has an Oxxo underneath it which was very handy for grocery essentials. The bed in the apartment was amazing, the view was a partial sea view and it was interesting to sit and watch from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you could need, very modern and functional. The building was well kept, with two pools and two hot tubs. The hot tub on roof level was under construction while we were there, but the pool was lovely. The apartment has two TV's, two air conditioners and was very well decorated. The unit has a combo washer/dryer that came in quite handy. Diego was super accommodating. We wanted more pillows than were there, and he delivered them to us the same day. He checked in on us regularly and continually asked us if we needed anything. He was great and very helpful! Thanks, Diego!

Guys gails and company was the best, my wife and daughter really like the area and near the mall, bad for me but good for them lol. Thanks a lot for your hospitality and we will be back.

Ady muy atenta siempre. responde rápidamente cualquier inquietud. El departamento amplio, cómodo, limpio. Volveria y recomendaría. se encuentran a pocas cuadras de parque fundadores, terminal ADO y 5 avenida. zona muy tranquila, por las noches sin ruido, lo que permite un buen descanso.

I felt right at home at Rifke’s place. The bed was very comfortable, the pool was lovely to dip In and being able to use the bicycle to explore was a bonus. Rifke even provided me coffee which was kind. There were other guests who are repeat visitors (who are equally as lovely as Rifke) and we enjoyed a lovely night all together on my last evening. If you’re wondering if you should book time here, I highly recommend it. The neighbourhood is secure yet the hustle and bustle of Playa del Carmen is only a few minutes walk away. To access the beach you walk through a beautiful park with Mayan ruins which was a great surprise. (Turn right once through the park and you will come to various access points for the amazing beach. I look forward to returning in future.

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

The condo was beautiful. The view from the balcony was great!! Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony!! Lisa and Candace were amazing. Definitely keep this place in mind for our future visits!!

Our group had a blast staying here, just a few steps down out the back gate to the beach was great, very quiet section of shoreline compared to some other areas. Amazing kitchen for cooking and we really enjoyed using the outdoor charcoal grill for cooking local meats and the multiple dining areas. We spent a lot of the time in the pool and it truly felt like a private paradise. Great spot for 4 couples with 4 separate King bedroom areas and very comfortable mattress setup. 2 of the additional bedrooms are attached directly to 2 of the main bedrooms so factor that in if you are needing that extra privacy but worked great for our group. The host provided some amazing recommendations for local spots to check out as well. We also utilized the housekeeper Ruth to cook us a big meal and the was one of the highlights of our stay here. very spacious, comfortable and we all felt safe in this area of town. lived having the bikes as well for exploring. We look forward to another stay here again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Carmen’s place, I love this house I would definitely come back. The house is at a perfect location the beach is just steps away from the house and so is 5th avenue. Carmen is always very flexible and very responsive. GREAT LOCATION!! 100% recommend!!

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. A 1 cuadra del mar te da la libertad de ir almorzar tranquilo y regresar nuevamente, siempre atentos en lo que necesitábamos. Recomendable!

fue una experiencia agradable tienes muchas comodidades mucha privacidad nadien te molesta . de regresar volveré a buscar esta casa. la seguridad excelente . las personas de mantenimiento excelente nos dejaron entrar 1 hora antes muy amables.. responden tus mensajes rápido.. en esta casa pase una de mis mejores vacaciones las piscinas completamente limpias . todo esta a tu alrededor tiendas restaurantes .

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Olivia’s property is pristine, and was well equipped. Comfortable bedding and linens, so many nice small touches. (Coffee, water and tea provided) The property is located in the gated PlayaCar area of Playa del Carmen. It’s a beautiful area, very walkable with several restaurants and a convenient store across the street. The AWA complex is stunning-such a beautiful pool area. During our stay, we enjoyed some of Olivia’s recommendations such as Osteria de Roma, and Casa Sofia. We also enjoyed the French bakery across the street. (Amazing breakfast and service) During our days not spent at the pool, we enjoyed Mamitas beach club, Kay beach club, and enjoyed our time at Xel-Ha. Overall, one of our family’s most memorable trips! We will be back! (We loved it so much, we are watching properties for sale in AWA)

The place is exactly as described and pictured. The location is perfect: short walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, ferry to Cozumel and all the touristy stuff you can imagine, yet far enough to be quiet and relaxing when you want a quiet drink on the patio. The rooftop pool area is amazing, with a constant breeze. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for the level if meal fixing we wanted to do. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back.

What a wonderful week we had! Paradise Condos is a truly apt name for this location. There were so many species of birds singing to us, plus many hummingbirds flitting about. The apartment had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Only thing we brought were are prescription snorkeling masks. We had coffee every day on the roof deck, followed by multiple snorkeling trips and afternoon beers at Tortugas. I have only two suggestions and only one that the owners could address: the cabinets and drawers were tricky to open and could benefit from some handles. Also, out of the owners control- most of the plastic beach chairs were cracked and broken. No worry- just went to Tortugas to lay out on their beach. I will definitely return! I will never over spend and stay at all inclusives again- Paradise condos is the best. It’s totally relaxed and ideal for family vacations.

We absolutely loved it! Asa was a great host, very quick to communicate. Loved the location, the place was clean and comfortable. It was a safe location with great neighbors as well. Will definitely book again! Thank you!

Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia . Solo un pequeño detalle las camas no son queen, tienen tamaño de una cama matrimonial y una observación los climas le hacen falta mantenimiento de ahí en fuera es una bonita casa y mucha seguridad muy agradables el lugar volvería a pasar mis vacaciones nuevamente en el mismo lugar .

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

Excelente departamento. Enorme, limpio, cómodo y bien distribuido. Está totalmente equipado, es la primera vez que voy a un Airbnb con tantas cosas para utilizar. Cafetera, tostadora, pava, dispenser de agua, sillas y sombrilla para la playa, parrilla, utensilios de todo tipo, etc. Fuimos 3 los huéspedes y estábamos super bien. Camas cómodas, TV y aire acondicionado en cada ambiente (el del living andaba mal lo cual fue reportado). El condominio es hermoso! Super cuidado, seguro, tranquilo. Adentro de Playacar hay tiendas como OXXO y 7 eleven y lugares para comer o pasear. Tambien alquilan bicicletas. La piscina enorme y limpia. Si queres descansar como yo éste es el lugar. Dejamos el auto sin problemas en el estacionamiento. A veces caminábamos al centro dado que estacionar es problemático allí, son 20 min caminando aprox. Y la playa a pocos metros, la cual me encantó. Se camina por una pasarela al lado del hotel Reef, muy directo y seguro.
