Experience was top tier, everything there and clean. Toilet paper included thankfully. Private pool is very nice and the beach area is nice and secluded ! Definitely recommend !!

I am a regular guest because it is a special place for me and my family. It is beautiful, and cozy, and gives the sense of being at home. The host, Rubi, is always available, nice, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend coming to enjoy this piece of El Salvador's paradise.

We arrived to John's place and was warmly greeted by the house manager Arcides. We were able to settle in quickly and head straight to the beach that we had pretty much all to ourselves. The outdoor area was beautiful from the beach to the pool and the hammocks perfectly placed around the area to hang out. Arcides was beyond helpful with going to the store to get us drinks, food and helping us around the property. The beach area is pretty empty, but you could do a short walk to the right or left of the property and there are plenty of restaurants and activities. John helped us connect with a local to go fishing and by far one of the best days we had. The kids enjoyed this trip so much. It also had us up at 5:30am to catch the most beautiful sunrises. Do not miss the sunrises or sunsets. John's place and El Cuco was the peace and rest we needed on our trip!

Our family traveled from all over the US to El Salvador, and this property was the perfect place for our gathering. The beds were comfortable and each room was equipped with air conditioning, making it easy to sleep through the warm nights. The location is ideal, with many beachfront restaurants nearby, so we could easily enjoy local cuisine and the beautiful views. Francisco, the caretaker, and the rest of the staff were exceptional. They always made sure we had clean towels, and the pool was consistently well-maintained for us to enjoy. Additionally, Francisco went above and beyond by helping us with some car issues, saving us time and ensuring we had a smooth vacation experience. A special thank you to Rolando for making our stay so memorable. This was our second stay at Casa Maracol and we’re already planning our next visit. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place in El Salvador.

I loved the privacy of the beach, not too touristy. The staff was super sweet and welcoming. Second time staying here, will book aging in a near future.

This place is a little gem! Very cute and cozy. The people are very nice from the lady at the restaurant to the gentleman and other ladies that keep up the surroundings very tidy. They are all very friendly and sweet make you feel right at home. The room was very clean just like the pictures. The beach is also one of the best beaches in the area felt very safe and clean. Would definitely be back!

Nice overall place to stay straight across from the beach,we were the only guests on the property so it was nice and quite. The staff was absolutely fantastic. I would say it’s a little over priced for what it is but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time at La Estancia de Don Luis. It has the charming feel of a small family business. Rooms are actually quite basic, but the real treat is the beautiful palm garden and the big pool right at the beach front. There is a very relaxed atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly (they only speak Spanish, but we managed anyway). Good food, affordable drinks, it is really a place to relax and unwind which was exactly what we needed after a long roadtrip. If you are looking for fun and entertainment this may not be your place, but if you like relaxing in a hammock, swimming under palm trees, strolling on the beach in beautiful sunsets and very attentive and friendly staff, do not hesitate. The only reason for one less star in the information section is that the address and coordinates in Airbnb are off, but for the rest we found this a five star stay.

Great spot, it was everything I was looking for. Would recommend a suv/crossover even though a regular car would work as the entrance is about a 100 yard hill dirt road.

The bed was really comfortable, and the view was amazing. The pool was the right depth for my 2yr old to stand and walk. They could use some dish towels for the kitchen, but the glassware and dishes were nice. There is a small tide pool to navigate around or walk through below the knee with small fish n crabs in order to walk the beach, the kids enjoyed. I’ll never forget the view or the large waves crashing. The family enjoyed the two nights!

I had to cut my stay at Juan’s place short due to unforeseen circumstances and was highly satisfied with the way Juan handled the situation as an AirBnB host. The house itself features 3 decent sized rooms and a large kitchen/living room area. I also loved the neighborhood and its surroundings, the beach is literally down the street from Juan’s place. Good restaurants are a short walk away as well. Overall I’d say this place will suit those who like to be out and about all day and have a nice place to rest at end of the night.

El lugar es exactamente igual como las fotografías, es muy espacioso, limpio. Está a pasos del mar, Yuli pasa completamente pendiente de cualquier necesidad y tiene recomendaciones. Es muy bonito, está cercado y hay privacidad. Definitivamente para regresar.

Si buscas algo bueno, bonito y barato aquí es. Habitaciones espaciosas y tres de ellas con su propia terraza. A pocos pasos de la playa. Excelente opción.
