Great space. Responsive host. Just a few minute drive to baloy.

For its price, we had a great time at Ugalde’s Coastal Cabins as almost all the usual Airbnb amenities are there. I want to highlight that they have complete kitchenware, dinnerware, and towels, which some Airbnbs unfortunately lack despite their higher prices! We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary coffee and chocolates. Our group of friends were the only ones at the place, and we had a really peaceful stay. The parking area is also spacious. We will definitely go back because the place is peaceful, providing the rest you need after a tiring day at the beach, and it’s only a 5-minute walk from the shore. Kudos to Mommy Lydia, the owner, and Jennifer, the host — they were very responsive and replied immediately.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, which was a big plus for us—especially since my mom is very particular about cleanliness, and she was satisfied. We also brought our dog, and it was the perfect place for him to run around freely, thanks to the spacious lawn. One thing to note is that karaoke from nearby resorts can be heard at night inside the room. The property has three rooms, and we booked two of them, so we had to share the kitchen with the guests in the third room for one night. This was a bit awkward, but luckily, they were kind and approachable. The location is also great, with the beach just a 2-3 minute walk away. Overall, the property is peaceful, private, and perfect for family outings. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

Superb stay! The host was very accommodating and responsive, even with my last-minute booking just a day before. Communication was quick and smooth, making everything stress-free. The place itself was cozy and perfect for a family stay. One thing I really appreciated was the abundance of pillows—finally, a place that understands one pillow is never enough! They also provided proper blankets (not just a piece of cloth), which made our nights extra comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it so convenient to cook meals together as a family. It was a pleasant surprise to have everything we needed right there. Also, having a TV in every room was very convenient, and the place was well-lit even at night, creating a cozy ambiance. Overall, it was an amazing experience! Honestly, I would’ve extended another night if it weren’t already booked—yes, it was that good. Thank you again for the warm hospitality! Will definitely come back if we get the chance.

Highly recommend. Five starts on all counts. Property is exactly as advertised. Lots to do in the area but also the option to relax in peaceful seclusion. Eric was kind and accommodating with any questions we had.

We really enjoyed our stay at Norman’s place. Beaches nearby are very accessible. Place is cozy and very clean. Staffs are very accommodating and very considerate. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

The place was about 5 mins walk from the main road and 2-3 mins walk to the beach. Bring your umbrellas out because you’ll be walking under the sun. The place is complete! The caretakers were so accommodating and friendly. A little setback would be the none to weak network signal but thankfully there’s wifi available. Highly hospitable people and would highly recommend to other friends. Worth every peso!

The place was great, especially if you’ve got activities around the Freeport Zone—that’s actually why we chose this BnB. The only issue we ran into was the noise from outside. It was a bit frustrating at times, especially since we could still hear what sounded like construction even around midnight. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a good night’s sleep on the first night. On the second night, we ended up playing music on our phones just to help us drift off—bit of a laugh, really! The room itself was tidy and clean, no complaints there. The noise is really the only thing to keep in mind, though that’s obviously something outside the owner’s control. All in all, we still enjoyed our stay. The owner was lovely and very friendly!

Ms Lailani is very responsive to all my queries, communication with her was smooth. The room is located on the 4th floor of the building, which you can access through stairs. The building might look old, but once you go inside of the room, it’s like you passed through a portal in a whole new place. My fiancé and I really had a great stay. We enjoyed the karaoke and we also love how everything is provided (utensils, condiments, toiletries). There are even available items (for sale) for our convenience. This place is highly recommended.

From beginning to end, Yuri is a fantastic host! I spent 1 month in her beautiful unit & it was exactly what I needed! Yuri was always only a text away for any questions. The unit is truly beautiful with everything you need for a long, or short, stay. Fully fitted out kitchen, nice relaxing balcony, & very comfortable beds! The condo is so peaceful & quiet with friendly reception staff. Everything you need is walking distance. Royal Duty Free Store, lots more malls & shops, great restaurants & if you get tired of the sparkling quiet pool, the beach is only a few minutes walk. I truly enjoyed staying at Yuri’s place & highly recommend it. Specially if you’re looking to be out of the hassle & noice of Barreto, which is only a short drive away. Thank you Yuri for a wonderful month of relaxation. I truly hope to return.

The hosts are accommodating and easy to talk to and are punctual and responsive to any and all inquiries. The price is reasonable, the place is clean and well-kept. Would recommend definitely!!!

Everything was exactly as they mentioned. They cleaned the room regularly. It was quiet and sustainable for all of my needs. I totally recommended :)

The place is located on the 2nd floor and thus it was a bit challenging for me to bring all of the stuff into our room considering i have a knee problem. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was nice and cozy. They also provided complimentary bottled water and snacks to enjoy. The place is close by and accessible to Duty-Free, Harbor Point, and Pier One. Communication-wise, April responded right away to any questions we had about our accommodation. 🇵🇭🤘

We just asked her to keep it until our next visit, and she did. Highly recommend!
