San Nicolás : locations de vacances en appartement

I stayed for a week and the flat had everything I needed: great location in the hip district of Palermo Hollywood, nice and modern furnitures and kitchen, the rooftop was also really nice and I could meet other people from the building. The swimming pool is nice too on a warm afternoon after the morning visits. Would recommend!!

Fantastic place! The host was incredibly accommodating, especially with my delayed flights, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The place was impeccably clean and situated in a prime location. The balcony views were absolutely stunning—perfect for watching sunsets. Excelente ubicación hacia los puntos turísticos de la ciudad, muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca, y con muchas opciones de transporte público. El lugar estaba muy bien equipado con artículos de primera necesidad y el anfitrión nos recomendó puntos interesantes para visitar y fue flexible con la llegada al lugar y con responder nuestras dudas. Súper recomendado!

La comunicación fue excelente, siempre fueron muy atentos, y respondían a nuestras inquietudes muy rápido, la zona es tranquila, las camas fueron muy cómodas, en general todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo!!

We stayed a week at this San Telmo apartment. It’s got such character and comfort. The balconies overlooking Defensa street were very cool. It was a breezy and comfortable place. Only slightly annoying during the day was a constant beeping from the parking garage across the street.

This apartment was beautiful and had everything you could need. I stayed for only a few days but would have loved to stay longer if I could. Also the location was central to the rest of the city for the things I found wanting to do. And one of the most convenient places was directly opposite where they had a shop which had everything you may need. I would 100% stay again it if I find myself needing an apartment in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires!

El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Hay un pequeño colchón para el sofá cama lo cual hizo que fuese mucho mas cómodo. El baño y cocina tenían todos los implementos justos y necesarios. El depto contaba con televisión por cable, aplicaciones de streaming y aire acondicionado. Un detalle que me hubiese gustado saber es que el balcón da a un patio interior y solo se ven las murallas de otros edificios. En términos generales fue una estadía agradable, estuvimos cómodas, no faltó nada dentro del depto y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue siempre expedita.

O apartamento de José é excelente, melhor do que as fotos mostram. Ficamos quase 2 semanas, eu, meu esposo e gêmeos de 8 anos, super bem acomodados. Fizemos várias refeições em casa, a cozinha tinha tudo o que precisávamos, fizemos até um churrasco na sacada com vista para a cidade. O ar condicionado e a piscina fizeram a diferença, nos permitindo aliviar o calor intenso do verão. A localização é perfeita, com muitos restaurantes, mercados e praças ao redor. Não havia garagem incluída, deixamos o carro na rua, pois é bem seguro. José deu várias dicas úteis. Recomendamos seu espaço e esperamos voltar em breve.

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Once they arrived, everything else was fantastic! Even a bottle of wine for my arrival. Thanks again for everything!!

El depto es simple y completo, tiene lo justo y necesario para la estadía. Silvana es súper atenta y relajada. Y la ubicación del depto es inmejorable.

This is the most elegant home available in Buenos Aires. At 100 years old, Caroles "house like" apartment is elegant, cozy, fully renovated, decorated and more spacious than photos can convey. After searching every AIRBNB apartment in the city, my fiancé and I can officially state that it is the only "truly classy up-scale rental " available. in town. With beautiful 14' ceilings in the living, dining, and master bedroom you and your friends will be transported to a royal past of sophistication and ease, located the center of BA, it's a safe, walkable neighborhood teaming with pedestrian life at all hours of the day and evening. You are close to everything, restaurants and even a very fancy mall. The size and quality of her renovated, light filled kitchen is truly rare in Buenos Aires. We considered an apartment with a view. Don't. An unloved, sparsely decorated box is too big a sacrifice for this GEM!

La estancia en el departamento de Sofía y Luis fue excelente. Sofia siempre estuvo en comunicación con nosotros y dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que necesitemos. El departamento tal como se ve en la publicación y muy espacioso para un grupo grande como el de mi viaje. Totalmente recomendable.

I have had a wonderful stay here! I’ve stayed in the apartment for a month and have extended too. It is very well located in a quiet area but with many coffee shops and restaurants and it is next to all my favorite green parks. The apartment is great with a big working desk, balcony, big closet and the kitchen is fully stocked for everything for cooking. Definitely recommend, especially for those long-term and working!! Thank you ☺️☺️

El departamento es precioso, los anfitriones siempre están pendientes, dispuestos a ayudar; responder preguntas y brindar soluciones, nuestra estancia fue increíble 100% recomendado, definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos con ellos.

Superó mis expectativas de fotos, un lugar para volver.

El mono ambiente es ideal para una pareja y un niño. Luminoso y bien cuidado. La zona es excelente, se puede dejar el auto afuera y tiene varios medios de transportes cercanos. El anfitrión fue flexible con el check in/out y brindó consejos de los comercios cercanos junto a las instrucciones para el uso del hogar.

Buen departamento, linda vista y con un lindo parque cerca. No se siente bullicio de Ciudad y se puede descansar. Muy bien ubicado para ir al Movistar Arena. Muchas líneas de Micro cercanas, subte y tren. El departamento está en un edificio con seguridad 24/7.

Excelente lugar para quedarse en Palermo. Sobre Santa Fe con muy buena accesibilidad a todos los medios de transporte. Muy comodas las camas y casi no se escucharon ruidos de afuera. La cocina apta para cocinar. Facil acceso y la anfitriona muy atenta y rapida para responder. Una excelente opción para quedarse en Palermo.

Excelente departamento y comunicación con Laura. La ubicación me gustó mucho, harta locomoción y cerca de lugares turísticos, se puede ir al barrio la boca caminando. Así también, los conserjes muy amables, me hicieron una inducción de los diferentes servicios del edificio. Si volvería a Buenos Aires, volvería a este lugar 👍

One of the best places to stay because of location and it was very nice!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Alejandra & Josefina’s place for our first time in BA. The unit is stunning and very comfortable with great bed, natural light, air conditioning, functional kitchen, and two workspaces. Building had great amenities like the pool, gym, terrace. Area couldn’t have been any better with tons of great cafes, restaurants, and bars no more than 1-2 blocks away. Grocery store across the street was very helpful. The hosts were wonderful - so friendly, responsive, and helpful. Amazing attention to detail (extra towels for our long stay, they even replaced coffee machine same day after there was an issue). I’d highly recommend this stay to anybody!
