We had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious, clean and with complete amenities. There was just water leaking from the glass roof on top of the dining area since it was pouring when we stayed. The microwave also seemed not to heat up (or maybe we just didn't know how to operate), and the ants also easily appeared in the kitchen when food there's food. Regardless, it was a nice home to stay at. No major turn-off during our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was immaculately clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Clarisse and Rhain (caretaker) was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions I had promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. The property is also very spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the best parts was that the listing is exactly as described and shown in the photos — no surprises, just as beautiful and well-maintained in person. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and stylish stay. I’d definitely book again!

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

Had a great time staying in this unit. It has lived up to its name - The Cozy Home; really cozy and homey indeed. It has all the amenities we asked for. The place was also peaceful and quiet, conducive for relaxing and family time.

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

I had the pleasure of staying at David's place while attending my colleagues Dara and Ching's wedding, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property is absolutely serene, peaceful, and beautiful – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The atmosphere was so calming, and the attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. David and his team were incredibly accommodating and kind, always going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The place is clean and looks exactly in the photos. A bit secluded but made our stay quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Caridad ‘s place. Check-in was smoothly done. We arrived earlier than their 2:00pm check in time but the guards already allowed us to go inside after he got approval from Caridads assistant. Aircon was already opened and refreshing fragrance of the unit welcomed us. The place and beddings are clean and neat. CR is big, clean and with toiletries. Various house slippers were also available. Kitchen is well equipped. They have ref, microwave, kettle, electric stove and complete kitchen utensils. Restaurants is just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended. For sure, we will rent the place again in our next family bonding. ♥️♥️♥️

The whole stay at Ms. Evangelina's place is extravagant. It feels like home and we also had imagined what our soon to be built house will look like. The view around the area is stunning and are IG worthy. Sunset here is something else, it also helped to set the mood on my proposal with my now fiancé. Thank you so much for having us and even giving us discount before the stay. I also asked Ms. Evangelina to order some bouquet, and she had what I asked her to and even gave us a special gift. Will definitely go back here one day!

L'appartement est très joli et la vue sur le village est merveilleuse. Le village est très tranquille et on a vraiment l'impression d'être dans un autre monde. Mais vous devez avoir une voiture pour vous déplacer constamment. La pression d'eau est forte et la chaleur de l'eau de la douche est très bonne. Peu de commodité dans la cuisine mais de très bons restaurants alentour. La salle de bain est grande très apprécié! La chambre à coucher est trop petite pour 2 grands lits mais le calme de l'endroit est merveilleux pour un très bon sommeil relaxant. La sécurité est très bonne. Bref, merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Recommandé à tous!

Clean and cozy!

The place was great and the host was really nice and accomodating to us. We wished we could've stayed, however emergencies cannot be predicted or anticipated. Great place if you are planning to relax and just unwind.

We had a great time. It helped that the pool was indoors as it was rainy during our stay.

I highly recommend this place because it offers affordable prices while maintaining a great ambiance. It's conveniently located near the most popular spots in Tagaytay, and the refreshing view from the balcony is an added bonus.
