This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

We had a pleasant stay at Gracy’s place. The private village provided a quiet and peaceful environment, which made our stay more relaxing. The house was nice and suited our needs for our price. There were a couple of minor issues. The TV had some lines on the screen, and the master bedroom curtain had a noticeable cut. However, these didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, it was a good experience. We appreciate Gracy’s responsiveness throughout our booking and recommend this place for those looking for a budget-friendly stay in a quiet location.

Improvements are needed in a few areas - but no major issues encountered. Still, we enjoyed our stay. ☺️

I had a wonderful stay with my family. The place is spacious and perfect for large groups. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Bryan was very responsive and the caretakers were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt very well taken care of during our stay. It’s a great spot for family get-togethers! Highly recommend it.

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was immaculately clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Clarisse and Rhain (caretaker) was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions I had promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. The property is also very spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the best parts was that the listing is exactly as described and shown in the photos — no surprises, just as beautiful and well-maintained in person. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and stylish stay. I’d definitely book again!

I stayed here with my two daughters, and we absolutely loved it! The views were breathtaking, and the entire property was stunning. We especially enjoyed the crystal-clear pool with a waterfall—such a perfect place to relax. Our house was beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The staff was incredible, always attentive and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

What a great deal! Place is perfect for family and barkada getaway to Enchanted Kingdom. Place is very spacious and hosts are very accomodating/ responsive to everything. Only issue were the ants on the kitchen floor, but everything else was worth way more than the price paid. Will definitely book here again next EK trip ❤️💖

La Prima has always been our go to place when we needed a place to stay every vacation to Philippines. It's near attractions, walkable to mall, place is very peaceful and secure. The house is always clean and feels like home everytime we arrive. The hosts are always easy to talk to, friendly, accomodating and kind ❤️ They even gave us discount as returning guests 🥰 Overall it's always a 5⭐️ stay with La Prima. ❤️

This place was amazing! It felt so cozy and welcoming, just like home. The caretakers were super kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was really clean, and the towels smelled so fresh. The blankets were super soft and comfy. Plus, Grab delivers here, so we could order food easily. I loved staying here and would definitely come back!

The place was small but extremely beautiful and quiet. Having the projector was a pleasant surprise and was used most of the stay. Sir Archie and Ms. Editha was very responsive despite a really last minute booking and was kind of enough to ensure that our check in went smoothly even if it was late into the evening. Thank you both for your kind hospitality and beautiful accommodation.

We had a great time. It helped that the pool was indoors as it was rainy during our stay.

ang ganda ng place, malinis and complete ang gamit sa kitchen, malapit din swimming pool kunting hakbang lbg 😍🥰, super accomnodating ang owner and responsible. mabilis dun mag reply sa inquiry ko, better to bring food to cook, at dapat early ang booking sa grab at lalamove if ever plan to order food, ganda rin ng view sa windmill and other restaurants sa upper part pa ng tower 1-2

The place is very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for. Air conditioner works very well but most days we just left the doors to the balcony open because of the comfortable temperatures here in Tagaytay. I love sitting on the balcony and taking in the nature. During the day you see birds flying all over and at dusk you can see bats flying around eating up all the insects. Almost every morning you can wake up to a dense fog bank which usually clears out during the day. Most days were cloudy making a it difficult to see a nice sunset but it didn’t bother me at all. We had a few issues which were promptly dealt with by Cham. The stove stopped working and within a few hours we had a temporary stove delivered and the next day a new stove was installed. We had an issue with power to the wall outlets and were moved to another unit while the power was fixed within 24 hours. WiFi can be unreliable but I blame that on the provider not the host. Wonderful experience.

Great place! Clean bathroom and they provided towels as well. Amazing use of space and details. Love the Galaxy lights!
