Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

Clean, full kitchen (could be restocked with some salt, pepper and oil), nice garden area. The location was off the main strip, about a 7-10 minute walk, which we appreciated for quiet nights. We slept very well all three nights.

Maya moon was amazing! The view is better than the pictures. Staff were very responsive and helpful in arranging pick up and drop offs. The restaurant food was great and convenient. Having access to the lake was just perfect! Easy to get around to other towns by boat and/or tuktuk. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the location and accuracy of the house. Host was very helpful. For the price it was great. It could use a fan, really stuffy inside at night. The pillows were really big or paper thin. We just didn’t sleep well here but it wasn’t a thing really to fix it. Quiet place with a shared driveway inside gate. Would return.

This is a beautiful house with amazing volcano views from the bedrooms, the balcony and the front garden in Santa Cruz de Laguna. There are kayaks that you can use and a private dock. The weather was a bit mixed so we didn't go swimming (in the lake or the pool) but we lived using the kayaks. The house has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Atitlan. Nelson was very helpful and arranged a boat to bring us to the house when we arrived.

The place was simply stunning with breathtaking views. I absolutely loved how quiet the place was with private lake access. The host was very responsive and gave such great recommendations. Definitely recommend getting a rental car since it’s not right in town plus there’s a garage! I would love to come back.

Es hat uns super gefallen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich von Christian und seiner Familie empfangen. Egal welche Frage wir hatten oder Hilfe benötigten, war er immer super schnell zu erreichen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, so dass man selber richtig kochen kann und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in San Pedro und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!

We had the best time at Christopher’s place. Everything is prestine. It is the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Meals were plentiful and delicious. Staff was very friendly. View is incredible. The soccer field is beautiful and our kids had a blast playing. Hot tub is a great way to end the day. I cant say enough about this place - we will be back!

We had a lovely 4 day stay at this airbnb. The walk up to the house is definitely a hike, about 300 steps, but the views of the lake and the volcanoes were certainly worth it. However, it was a little sketchy walking into town and home and night, just due to a lack of lights on the road outside San Marcos. We had issues with no warm water throughout our visit due to an issue with the water heater, but Chris was extremely kind and booked us a visit to the spa in town to make up for it. The only major issue I had was that we had booked this airbnb for a very peaceful, private, and romantic stay, and there were workers on and around the property working on various tasks for most of the visit. They were always respectful, but it did take away from the ambiance, especially when they played their own music.

The stay at this house was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. The host is very responsive. The only issue is not having the lake with an easy access. But it felt like being home.

We loved our stay! The hosts are very communicative and helpful. Check in instructions were clear and communicated well beforehand, and if any issues came up they were sorted immediately (we ran out of gas for the stove at one point, and it was fixed and replaced within 15 minutes!). The gardener was super nice and checked in on us regularly. The views are incredible and the house is comfortable. The wifi was strong and consistent for remote work. Definitely bring things from the supermarket prior to arrival so you don't have to boat back and forth. It's an eco house, so yes there are bugs, but nothing scary or that really impacted our experience. It's a really great spot if you're looking to escape!

I’ve stayed at Nash’s house a few times, and it remains my favorite place on the lake! The house is stunning, the views are incredible, the village is authentic, and the family that takes care of the house is so sweet. I love everything about staying here and will keep coming back. Un poco de problema para ingresar, resto genial se llega fácilmente a pana por tuc tuc o lancha

Andrea and Alejandra are angels! There was constant and quick communication with Andrea from the moment we booked to the moment we left. We got put in contact with Alejandra (who is an absolute sweetheart) who got us in contact with a tuk tuk driver that picked us up when we arrived to San Marcos and drove us around during our visit. The views are beautiful and it was great to have the kayaks/paddle boards available for use. Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful and made our stay a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough! Just be advised the stairs are killer haha, but worth it.

Hard to find unique stays like this one. Some of the best views of the lake and volcanos. I would stay here again if I ever return to Atitlan. The staff made everything even better. Some of the best staff I have dealt with. Staff like them make any stay even better.

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

This place was the highlight of our trip. We booked it last minute and stayed for one night. It was so peaceful, the bed is very comfy, the jacuzzi is lovely, and the view is great. The morning paddle board in the morning was amazing. I would definitely recommend this stay. We grabbed pizza and some beverages in town and just hung out here for the night! So beautiful.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons ici, et toujours un sans-faute ! La vue est tout simplement magnifique. Se réveiller avec le lever du soleil et admirer le paysage depuis le lit est un véritable privilège. Seul petit point d’attention : préserver ce lieu enchanteur en évitant une trop grande densité de logements, qui pourrait altérer le calme et la sérénité qui font tout son charme aujourd’hui.

Excelente estadía. Lugar perfecto. Mi familia estuvo muy cómoda. Petra muy amable y nos dio buenas ideas para paseos por los pueblos. Buen parqueo. Absolutamente recomendado. !!!
