San Pancho : locations de vacances dans des lofts

Beautiful property! Great location at the top of a hill away from the bustle but a very short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The space itself is well-appointed and high quality. And we felt very safe staying there. No complaints, highly recommend this property.

Antonio was a super host! Excellent communication and fast to respond to my many inquiries. Appreciated the English correspondence as I do not speak Spanish well. Not as much sunshine in the condo or on the patio as I had hoped but still bright enough. Enjoyed the above ground floor convenience, no stairs nor elevators and close to amenities. Excellent value.

Wow! What a fantastic home! It is right down the street from Costco and La Comer (a high end grocery store) and tons of restaurants. The bus comes right on the street so you just need to stand in front of the house and flag it down— super convenient. We were so bummed that we found the restaurant Chai on our second to last day. Def check it out. Dante is very prompt for all questions or concerns. The house itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well appointed. We stayed for a month and are already planning our return trip this summer for a three-month stay. Excellent— def recommended!

The place was super cute with lots of space and in the heart of everything including restaurants, bars, shopping and steps from the beach. My only suggestion to the host is to make sure all of the light fixtures/bulbs and fans are properly working. Several of the lights were not working and therefore, it was not bright enough at times. Also, the ceiling fans were not working at its optimum and would stop eventually (not on a timer, which is that i initially thought). Due to location, it can get a little loud in the middle of the night and into the morning due to bars and patrons walking by. Otherwise, perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation. I will definitely stay there again!:)

Blanca and her family are Welcoming, helpful, kind. She gave me rides into town. Introduced me to neighbours. Was respectful of my privacy. I enjoyed my time with her. I would stay again. Thank you for everything Blanca. Stay Well. Hug 🤗 for little Blanca❤️

We had such a calm and relaxing vacation. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, listening to the birds at night. So close to the beach and a quick walk into town. The loft was small but perfect for what we needed.

Teresa and Arturo were very attentive and kind! We had to ask for a few small items and they responded immediately and kindly gave us many tips for places to visit in Mexico etc. The pool was lovely also. The walk to ‘town’ took us approx 5 minutes. Our only complaint was construction going on both at the complex as well as next door which was quite loud during our stay. Gracias Teresa & Arturo!

Tony was a great host and made me feel right at home. He was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend. A very easy walk to the Melecon (10 minutes) and right into the action. All the neighbors were great and very friendly. Many local markets along the route into town. A great place to stay, has everything you'll need. The pool is shared but while I was there it was shared 3 times, the rest was just me.

No miento si les digo que me costó mucho dejar este alojamiento... es fantástico! Todo es como se ve y describe en la habitación, es un lugar sumamente tranquilo, silencioso, que te permite escuchar nada más que el relajante sonido del mar. Está ocasión viajé sola y me sentí como en casa, en un espacio seguro y confortable, en su balcón pasé noches muy agradables, dejaba bastante tiempo la ventana abierta y no noté mosquitos ni nada. La ventilación funciona muy bien. La cocina tenía los utensilios que necesité, incluso con copas y en el congelador tienes una bolsa de gel que funciona perfecto para mantener tus bebidas frías. Me sorprendió encontrar libros en un cajón, aunque recomendaría tener algunos en español ya que la mayoría están en inglés. El lugar tiene muchas albercas y en muchas ocasiones las tuve para mi solita :) la playa es muy linda y tranquila. Las mejores vistas e incluso pudes ver ballenas si pones atención. Regresaría sin duda, lo mega recomiendo.

Alondra, siempre estuvo al pendiente, a toda hora, nos ayudó con dudas que teníamos, y fue muy paciente, el lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo, nos encantó.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lofts on Basilio. The loft was wonderfully decorated, clean, and as described. The shower in particular was a highlight. The rooftop has some amazing views, but we ended up not using the pool as it was smaller than expected. Also, the street noise does travel into the unit, but didn't bother us during our stay. Overall I would recommend this spot for the location and loft set up!

Adriana was an excellent host and very responsive when we had an issue with the water heater pilot being turned off. The unit is clean and a good size. It comes well equipped with towels, soap and shampoo. The unit could benefit from a drying rack for the balcony so you don’t have to run the dryer. The washroom set up is quite unique not allowing for a lot of privacy so you need to be very comfortable with the person you are staying with. The building itself is new and a great location - walking distance to many great restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. The rooftop pool is a great location to take in the sun and you can see the ocean.

Amazing stay!!! Felt super safe and loft had everything we needed. Security guards so nice. Sometimes there wasn’t enough hot water for the shower and the hot tub didn’t seem to warm up, but would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Alex's large studio in the luxury Oasis Riveria Cuale complex was exactly as expected and described. The area is a typical Mexcan neighborhood and there is occasionally music, rooosters, or other ambient local sound, but nothing truly disturbing. The grounds of the building are georgeously lush; the front desk and security friendly and attentive. Alex's assistant, Nuit, was extraordinarily helpful and responsive. Also especially notable was the generous supply of expendables provided such as tp, paper towels, dish soap etc - much appreciated! The kitchen area is small but serviceable and well equipped with utensils and cookware.

C’est notre deuxième voyage à Puerto Vallarta et nous voulions un appartement dans ce secteur car nous avons des amis qui habitent non loin et nous connaissons le quartier. Plusieurs épiceries, dépanneurs, et restaurants sont à distance de marche. Pour notre séjour de trois semaines, ce logement était parfait pour nous 2. Nous avions l’essentiel dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. La laveuse est aussi appréciée. Il faut savoir qu’il y a 15 marches à gravir pour se rendre à l’étage où se situe la chambre principale constituée d’un lit King confortable . La seconde chambre est au premier plancher et c’est un divan lit. Il y a 2 bureaux d’ordinateur avec chaises. L’internet est excellent. La vue sur le toit est magnifique et la piscine est agréable. Le site est sécuritaire.

This condo was very nice and had a great view. It was centrally located and it was easy to access everything with a short walk.

I spent a week here. Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of La Cruz close to restaurants, stores, the marina. The apartment is wonderful cozy and all I needed for my weeks work in the boat yard

El alojamiento fue buenísimo, la atención y sobre todo la ubicación todo tenemos cerca fruterías tiendas de conveniencia, el transporte público es fácil de tomar y que te deje cerca del alojamiento me hospedé con mi familia a todos nos precio muy cómodo y lindo el lugar sin duda alguna recomiendo este alojamiento y regresaría todas las veces 🫶

This was an ideal location and the accommodations were just lovely! Diana was responsive and helpful throughout. I loved having the cafe on the first floor of the building--when I came back at night, there were always patrons near the front door, helping me feeling safe as I got back in. Would love to return sometime soon!

Todo increíble, la ubicación perfecta, la alberca pequeña pero agusto, muy céntrico, la anfitriona super amable, el lugar bonito y con todo lo necesario, solo un poco de ruido pero nada que te quite el sueño.

La ubicación es muy buena, lugar tranquilo y tiendas de conveniencia cercanas. Si llevas auto el lugar es tranquilo. Recomendadisimo, muy pendiente el anfitrión de lo que necesites. Sin duda volvería.

The home is just as pictured. Quiet and cozy with all necessary amenities. It’s located in Mezcales, in a neighborhood called Alta Vela. I enjoyed the kind people, the parks are nearby for kids and everyone is pleasant. My perfect type of location is where I can walk to the gym, many stores and sites and this home is preferred to have a car and use public transport to get around. Ixchel and Quetzal could not have been better hosts, very helpful, quickly responsive and have wonderful integrity. If peace and quiet in a wonderful cozy home is what you are searching for, this is a great spot.
