Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

We had a great week staying at Casa Tortuga--a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a lovely backyard garden and pool. It is in a quiet part of town, especially the 2 bedrooms facing towards garden, and situated in a local neighborhood just a 4-minute walk to the main street and 7 minutes to the main plaza of Sayulita. We were very happy with our time here, and our hosts were responsive with questions we had during the stay. I would recommend this casa as a great value and nice option away from the business of the central area and beach front.

Would 10/10 recommend staying at Casa Olivo! Homero was extremely responsive and accommodating an early check in and late check out to allow our toddler to nap before our flight home. The location can’t be beat as it is walking distance to the restaurants and shops in town, but also peaceful and quiet. We loved waking up to the birds and waves and drinking coffee on the top patio with jungle views. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean, we used it multiple times a day. We used the portable speaker that came with the house, too. The kitchen had everything you could imagine needing, including Tupperware! There was even a high chair and pack n play. Beds were clean and comfortable. We are already discussing our next visit!

Excelente alojamiento, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio, cocina completamente equipada, wifi funcional, la alberca más grande de lo que esterábamos, todas amenidades todo muy bien, sin duda nuestra primera opción para regresar. Esperemos que algún día pudiera tener climatizada la alberca, por que nos toco clima frío y casi no pudimos disfrutarla, pero todo excelente.

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had the opportunity to stay at Casa Castillo for a week. My husband and I were joined by one other couple in the house, though it would easily accommodate a third couple with its 3 bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house looks a bit ominous on the approach, with a 14-foot-tall wooden door and three stories. But inside, it is warm and welcoming. We loved the coziness of it. We spent hours on the covered patio near the pool, drinking our morning coffee and later, unwinding after a hard day of work at the beach. The host, Brandi, was amazing in how quickly she responded to questions. She even gave us a bit of history of the house after I asked, telling us it was modeled after an Irish castle by the original owners. One thing of note is that the house had a number of amenities: a basket of suntan lotions, first aid kit, towels for the beach, a rack of sunhats, and the kitchen is equipped with just enough spices.

I stayed at Casa Coco for two weeks, and it was a lovely experience. Oquitzin is a wonderful host, he provided timely communication and accommodated my unexpected travel delays with no issues. Oquitzin also provided several recommendations for local restaurants, and beaches. The Airbnb is the main floor of a two story home, it is very clean and as represented. It is in a residential area, so the noise is limited to regular neighbourhood sound, there is a school close by and there was a bit of construction down the block, but nothing that was ongoing, intrusive or loud. The suite, is a wonderful mix of of indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space is magical and was one of the highlights of my stay, it is fully fenced, so there is no issue with privacy. You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee, read or just soak up the sun and enjoy the birds. It feels like a secret garden and your own small piece of paradise. I would rebook in a moment. Highly Recommend

We really appreciated our stay in this appartment. The outdoor kitchen and patio was very lovely and calm, perfect to read and cook with a charming view and the sound of the wildlife around us (lots of birds and salamander), with the possibility of being under the sun but also under the shade. Pretty peacefull but also close from the busy area enough so that its easy to go (10 min walk). There is a lot of privacy. No need to go far for food, there is convenience and fruits store on the nearest street. Honestly the best place to stay i experienced in my mexico trip, I would 100% go back if i came back to sayulita. We really appreciated the presence of Juan and Cristian who were always there when we needed and gave us good directions/advice for beaches, hikes and food, and were very nice and helpful with everything. Great place to stay in Versalles. Right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Manuel was responsive and helpful!

All pictures were accurate. The pool area is resort style, beautiful with lots of chairs available. The consigliere team is fantastic! Our internet was spotty from the bedrooms, advised the host & immediately he had a technician come to install a boaster! . Highly recommend.

El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina está muy buen equipada, un refrigerador de muy buen tamaño para guardar lo necesario para varios días. Ell refrigerador con una sorpresa que pone contento a cualquiera, unos refrescos y una botella de vino tinto listos para servirse. El mueble de sala muy cómodo y la televisión de un muy buen tamaño y calidad para disfrutar una película, hay Netflix. La recamara tiene una cama muy cómoda, se agradece que tiene 4 almohadas muy acolchadas, el closet de un tamaño que no se llena con lo de unas vacaciones. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en la sala y la recamara. El baño con un lavabo donde cabe todo, solo la regadera es difícil de domar porque supongo que tienen un calentador de paso. Aún cuando el departamento está al lado de la carretera no molesta el ruido del tráfico, y hay mucho, ni para ver la televisión ni para dormir. Grácias a Laura y Lorena por sus atenciones

Amazing rooftop pool but the drinks are pricey, service is great though. Elevators are confusing at first. Was a little annoyed how many times the management group asked for the same information. Overall would certainly stay here again! Tip, walking out the front entrance, walk to the right and there are some stairs that get you down the street without having to cross highway on the corner if there is traffic.

This apartment is a 10/10. Very big, perfect equipped kitchen, very quiet and huge space for sleep, working. The laundry and big terrace is a huge plus. I was extremely happy in this place, fully satisfied and will come again for sure! Perfect recommendation for everybody.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

Amazing condo, the decor very welcoming and made you feel like you were at home. All the amenities that we needed and close to everything. Looking forward to a return visit!!

Jessica and Mariela were fantastic hosts. Always responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. The condo is beautiful, the pools were amazing. Each pool a different temperature, something for everyone. They could use more loungers but I heard that is being addressed. Highly recommend this condo for your stay

Excellent stay in Zona Romántica! The place is spacious, bed is comfortable, building is secure, and the staff is wonderful. The shared rooftop space was also very nice and well equipped. They offered coffee (very good!), fruit, and pastries on the rooftop every morning for free. Good music during the day. The condo is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5-8 minutes walking from most of the places we ate at and also accessible to get ubers. They usually took 10-15 minutes to arrive, for morning trips we scheduled them in advance. It’s about 15 minutes without traffic to the center of puerto vallarta as well! We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

This was our second year staying at Alexander's condo. It was another great stay and we have already booked for next year. Alamar is a lovely complex and we love the infinity pool 100 steps outside our door, and the beach resort is also clean and amazing. Alexander was extremely responsive in his communications with us before and during our stay. The view from his condo is simply gorgeous. We could easily watch whales, dolphins and birds from our patio balcony - bring binoculars! Thanks again Alexander for sharing your beautiful condo, and we can't wait to come back next year!

This was our second year at this fabulous condo and we're booked again for next year! The owners were very responsive & our contact in PV, Beatriz, was incredibly helpful and always at our beck & call! The unit is in immaculate condition & the kitchen has all the amenities that you might need & more! We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio watching the whales & sunsets! Only two small negatives: it's very hard to control the water in the shower as it was either way too hot or cold, (probably something the owners have no control over) & there is only Netflix on the TV. Small problems compared to all the pluses!
