San Pascual, Ciudad Lineal : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Cristina es una excelente anfitriona! No solo nos dejó un vino sino que le hizo un regalo a nuestro bebé. Se mostró atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos. El apartamento es cómodo, está bien ubicado y tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Está súper equipado!! El aparcamiento en la zona es pago así que recomiendo moverse en transporte público/andando. Esperamos volver!!

Great location and perfect apartment for 2. very clean, modern , calm and comfortable. We had a great weekend at this stay in Madrid. Would definitely book it again !

Apartamento confortável, bonito e bem iluminado. Próximo a metrô, supermercados, farmácia, lojas, etc. Shopping Islazu a curta distância. Fácil deslocamento para o centro. Recomendo!

alojamiento muy bien de precio y de calidad. Pasamos una noche porque íbamos a IFEMA y la verdad que fue cómodo, limpio y alrededor encontramos un par de bares donde se comía bien y muy económico para ser Madrid. volveremos

We stayed for a night in transit to Madrid and the apartment was great. Clean, comfortable, short drive to the airport and a couple of nice neighborhood restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated the complementary breakfast items that made easy our rushed morning.

Totalmente recomendado, muy cerca al aeropuerto de Barajas, la zona es tranquila, el departamento bastante limpio y completo, y la comunicación con la host siempre fue buena, cumplía totalmente lo que ofrecía.

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida's Airbnb. From the first communication to our day of departure, she was helpful, kind and responsive. She gave us great recommendations (Sanchez Romero is the grocery spot for the foodies out there!) as well as area restaurants (we loved El Urogallo and Urrechu). And the home itself is a gem! While it is attached to the host's main house, it is extremely private, quiet, spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. We loved the gourmet kitchen and cooked without missing a thing. And the garden was perfect for morning yoga and enjoying a glass of wine. The area of Pozuela de Alcarón is scenic - high end, residential and walkable. It is near Casa de Campo, a stunning park where we spent a sunny afternoon. The residence is only about 20 minutes outside of Madrid so we were able to drive in and out with ease almost daily. This home presents the best of both worlds. Highly recommend, and hope to stay again on our next visit!

El lugar estaba perfecto, muy buena ubicación, con todas las amenidades. Venimos viajando por 4 países y este ha sido uno de los pocos que cuenta con todo lo que necesitamos para sentirnos como en casa. Lo que hizo más especial la estadía fue el cuidado que Marta tuvo con nosotros. Se aseguró que estuviéramos cómodos y fue inmediata al contestar una pregunta que tenía. Definitivamente volvería a este Airbnb la próxima vez que venga a Madrid.

Très bel endroit à quelques minutes du métro qui va au centre. l'appartement et le quartier sont très agréables.

Nos hemos sentido cómodos en el apartamento, para una corta estancia esta muy bien, y aunque no tiene cocina como tal para cocinar, teniamos todo lo que necesitabamos. Estabamos bien comunicados con todos los servicios. Nos han facilitado mucho la hora de entrada y de salida y muy atentos a cualquier ayuda que necesitáramos. Sin duda volveriamos en caso de necesitarlo. La zona era bastante tranquila.

No hay nada mejor como sentirse en casa. Llegar de la jornada de trabajo y poder descansar en alojamiento de Laura ha sido una de las mejores experiencias. Es perfecto si vas a IFEMA porque está a escasos metros y tiene un bar enfrente que abre a las 7 para el desayuno y cierra muy pronto por la noche, lo que lo hace perfecto para tener buen servicio y no sufrir molestias. Además, en alojamiento encontré café de cortesía que me vino perfecto mientras atendía unas reuniones antes de ir a la feria. La zona es tranquila en un residencial de casas familiares. Sin duda, me lo pongo en favoritos!!

Wonderful apartment and very friendly host, Maria, that gave us some nice tips in the neighborhood. The bus stops in front of the door to go to the city centre whilst the neighborhood itself is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to a big park and cultural centre that we enjoyed as we were with the dog. The apartment has a lovely terrace. The only small downside to this apartment is that the nights on the street are rather loud with the bars around and quite some traffic, so ear plugs can be needed. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely recommend.

Carmen’s place was lovely. Located in a great area, walkable to restaurants and bars, and easy to check in. It was just what we needed for a weekend in Madrid. Thank you!

Tivemos problemas com uma estadia anterior em Madrid e tivemos que buscar uma hospedagem na noite anterior. Paola me respondeu prontamente. Ceci foi muito amável e nos permitiu deixar as malas antes do horário de check-in. Minha única consideração negativa é em relação à cozinha: caso o hóspede pretenda cozinhar, a cozinha, embora bem equipada, é muito pequena e tem uma disposição que dificulta o processo. Mas o apartamento é muito limpo, a área externa bem interessante e a cama confortável.

Staying at Daniels place was a great experience. He and Laura are very welcoming and the place is well equipped. Daniel is also very helpful I got sick at the end of the stay and he supplied pain killers and helped me a lot to have a smooth departure. All in all very clean super friendly, I can recommend their place 100%!
