Apartment was super clean, in a great spot, and had an awesome view. Pablo was really helpful and quick to respond! This is the perfect place to stay when in San Jose!

El departamento estaba muy lindo. La zona estaba tranquila. Me volvería a hospedar. En definitiva, lo mejor es que tienes acceso a una piscina muy agradable. También hay una máquina de café en la planta baja por si se te antoja a cualquier hora. La vista desde el depa es muy bonita con sus ventanas gigantes.

We have stayed several places in CR, Airbnb and hotel/resorts, and this by far is the best place we've stayed. It's new, modern, clean, welcoming. Most of the employees were bilingual so it was easy to communicate. Definitely worth the money. Definitely worth vacationing here. Would stay here again, most definitely.

Terra Azul was just what we needed! We needed something close to the airport for one night while still having options for great food nearby. It was just the two of us but the space is large with a great layout, and perfect for a family. It was our last night in Costa Rica at the end of our honeymoon. Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Gracias por la hospitalidad Francisco es un host excelente, cuando necesite alguna recomendación o solucionar algo siempre estuvo atento. La casa es como se muestra en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. A 15 minutos caminando por el condominio se encuentran varios restaurantes probamos: (el Novillo Alegre, Taj Mahal, Moose, La Focaccia) deliciosos todos, y en general la comida Costarricense (su sazón) es deliciosa. Hay un Fresh (mercado) en esta misma área de restaurantes en el primer piso, este es el súper más costoso hay otros como el Palí que no están tan cerca pero tienen precios más económicos. La piscina es preciosa y los espacios sociales están muy bien adecuados mantenidos. Deben avisar a Francisco que van a usar el servicio de Uber para que lo autorice con anticipación a la portería y así no tengan inconvenientes para el ingreso. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, es a 15 minutos del aeropuerto (muy conveniente por los trancones/tráfico congestionado

Me senti como en casa, la casa muy bien y muy comoda con todos los servicios, el barrio tranquilo, Daisy muy atenta y amable.

Recomiendo totalmente quedarse en casa de la señora Rosa, ella es muy amable y cortes, la casa está ubicada en una zona muy cómoda, segura y con acceso a varios lugares. La casa es muy acogedora, amplia, limpia y ordenada. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa.

Limpio, centrico y cercano al aeropuerto, edificio con grandes amenidades. Excelente atención y disposición de los anfitriones. Ampliamente recomendable.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro a pie pero en una zona linda, con muchos cafés y restaurantes. Hay que tener en cuenta que pasa un tren muy cerca tocando bocina, lo que vuelve el departamento muy ruidoso por momentos. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario y el departamento es cómodoen general. Además el edificio tiene buenas instalaciones.

this is our second time staying with Jon. its a very nice place, strong wifi and he's fast to answer if we have questions or issues. we stayed in 2 other places on that property but Jon's is best because you can't hear the highway noise from his place and it's in the first floor so safe for kids not to be with a balcony. Definitely recommended

Stayed at Luigi's for a month, enjoyed ourselves. A nice little gym and swimming pool,which we used often. Sabana park right across the street which was great for a walk. Locals playing soccer and baseball and they are very talented. Had issues with some of the pots and pans, Luigi replaced within a day also the hot water went and that was also replaced within a day. All and all a great location if you are walking, grocery stores,and only a 30min walk to city center. Great little soda's right next door. Only thing you have to remember is a major road right next to building.
